本発明は、電子はかり等において、受け皿を支持するためのはかりのパンベース固定機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般的に、電子はかり等における受け皿は、パンベース上に載置することにより使用されている。従来のパンベース1は例えば図4に示すようにはかり本体2から上方に突出された荷重受軸3の上端面にビス孔4を設けると共にその両側に凸部5を設け、パンベース1の裏側に形成した2個の凹部に凸部5をそれぞれ当てがい、更にビス6により固定している。このように組み立てたパンベース1上に受け皿7を載置する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、この構造ではパンベース1は荷重受軸3に対し正確に位置付けできず、位置合わせを行う場合には複雑な機構を追加を要したりする。また、パンベース1が回転し易く、その姿勢が不安定となり、傾いたりすると測定精度に影響を及ぼす虞れがある。

本発明の目的は、上述の問題点を解消し、パンベースの姿勢を安定して固定できるはかりのパンベース固定機構を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成するための本発明に係るはかりのパンベース固定機構は、受け皿を載置するパンベースを荷重受軸上に取り付ける場合において、前記荷重受軸の上端面側方に突片状の突部を設け、前記パンベースの裏側に前記突部を上方から挟着する挟着部を形成すると共に、前記パンベースに設けたビス孔を介して前記パンベースをビスにより前記荷重受軸の上端面に固定したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を図1〜図3に図示の実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1は電子はかりの分解斜視図であり、はかり本体11の前面部には各種機能スイッチ12、表示パネル13が設けられ、中央部は秤量部となっている。

はかり本体11内の荷重測定部に連結する荷重受軸14が孔部15から上方に突出され、この荷重受軸14の上端部に金属ダイキャスト或いは合成樹脂材から成るパンベース16が設けられ、更にパンべース16上に受け皿17が載置されている。

荷重受軸14の上端皿14aにはねじ穴14bが設けられ、上端部14aの側方には突片状の突部14cが形成されている。

パンベース16は基部16aから少なくとも2本のアーム、実施の形態では4本のアーム16bが放射状にかつ上方に傾けて張り出され、各アーム16bの先端に取り付けた滑り止めを兼ねたゴム製のクッション16cを介して受け皿17を支えるようにされている。

そして、図3に示すように基部16aの裏側には、荷重受軸14の突部14cを上方から挟着する2つの壁部から成る挟着部16dが設けられ、更に基部16aにはこれらの挟着部16dを囲むような方向に長手方向を有する長孔16eが設けられている。なお、長孔16eの代りに、調整のために余裕を持つ丸孔とすることもできる。

パンベース16を荷重受軸14に取り付けるには、パンベース16を上方から荷重受軸14の上端皿14aに載せ、パンベース16の挟着部16dにより荷重受軸14の突部14cを挟着し、更にビス18を長孔16eを通して荷重受部14の孔14bに螺合して、図3に示すように固定する。

この際に、ビス18を通すパンベース16の孔は長孔16eとされているので、この長孔16eを利用して、パンベース16の回り角度位置を微調整する。そして、パンベース16のアーム16bを介して受け皿17を載置し、測定可能な状態とする。

なお、ビス18を簡単に取り外せるように、皿ばねを使用して軽く締め付けるようにしてもよく、この場合にはパンベース16の回り角度位置の微調整は更に容易となる。

測定時には、受け皿17上の被計重物は、その荷重がパンベース16を介して荷重受軸14に伝達され、はかり本体11内の荷重測定部により測定される。そして、各種機能スイッチ12により要求される機能に従って、測定値などが表示パネル13に表示される。

以上説明したように本発明に係るはかりのパンベース固定機構は、受け皿を載置するパンベースを角度調整が容易でかつ簡便に取り付け可能とし、荷重受軸に対し揺動し難くしたので、パンベースの姿勢が安定し受け皿を正しく載置できる。
