本発明は、一般家庭で使用するオーブントースターに関するものである。

従来この種のオーブントースターは、実開昭63−46717号公報に示されているように、例えば図9のような構造になっていた。即ち、外筐体40の内部に左右側板と反射板で構成される調理庫41を形成し、内筐体42としておりこの内筐体の側壁に上下ヒータ43、44を懸架し、かつこの上下ヒータ43、44の間に焼網45を設け、内筐体42の前側開口部を開閉する扉46を設け、さらに扉46下方に上下ヒータ43、44への通電を制御する制御部47が取り付けられている。また、焼網45上には加熱調理する食パン等の調理物48が載置されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし従来の外装体の組み立ては部品点数が多く組み立てがし難いものであり、側板との段差が不均一になったりしていた。また前板の組み立ては従来のものはビス止めして組み立て、時間を要していた。また板金製の前板の樹脂製のパネルの嵌合状態が悪く誤動作していた。また最近では調理器もマイコンなども搭載し配線も複雑になりリード線処理も必要となってきた。本発明はこのような従来の問題点を解決することを目的とするものである。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明の手段の一つは、ヒーターを有した調理庫を内装した本体と、この本体の前面本体の前面開口部を開閉する扉と、前記調理庫の両端部につめ部を有した反射板と遮熱板を設け、前記つめ部を左右側板につめ曲げして固定し調理庫を構成し少なくとも反射板の爪を遮熱板のつめより長く構成したオーブントースターとして、組み立てやすくしたものである。
