Description

【0001】

[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
In Figure 1, 1 denotes a roof unit piece flow type constituting a pitched roof, the roof unit 1 includes a roof truss 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the roof truss 2 includes a pair of vertical frames 3 arranged on both the left and right sides, and an upper chord member 4 and a lower chord member that are horizontally and parallelly spaced between the vertical frames 3. 5 and a vertical member (also referred to as a bundle member) 6 and a diagonal member (also referred to as an oblique bundle member) 7 disposed at appropriate intervals between the upper chord member 4 and the lower chord member 5.
[0013]
The upper chord member 4 is stretched between the upper end portions of the vertical frame 3. In particular, the lower chord material 5 is arranged at a position higher than the lower end of the vertical frame 3, and the roof truss 2 is formed in a gate shape. In the illustrated roof truss 2, the lower chord material 5 is joined to the vertical frame 3 via the auxiliary frame 8, but the lower chord material 5 may be directly joined to the vertical frame 3. For joining the members in the roof truss 2, it is preferable to use a gusset plate 9 or a nail plate which is a joining plate in order to improve the joining strength. Here, while the total height of the roof truss 2 is about 1400 mm, the lower end of the lower chord member 5 is set to a position about 800 mm higher than the lower end of the vertical frame 3.
[0014]
Small walls 10 made of right-angled triangular wall panels are joined to the vertical frames 3 on both sides of the roof truss 2. Further, a cross member 11 is spanned between the front ends of both small walls 10, and a sloped ceiling 12 made of a ceiling panel is spanned between the cross member 11 and the roof truss 2 as shown in FIG. ing. The ceiling panel forming the sloped ceiling 12 is formed by, for example, a plaster board or other surface material 14 stretched on a ceiling frame 13 made of a lumbar material assembly, and one end of the ceiling frame 13 is attached to the lower chord material 5. The other end is joined to the cross member 11 by nailing.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 5, rafters 15 are spanned between the upper chord member 4 and the cross member 11 of the roof truss 2, and a surface member 16 such as plywood that forms a roof surface is stretched on the upper surface of these rafters 15. Established. The roof unit 1 is used to form a gable-shaped roof portion 17b of a roof 17 having a dormitory-shaped roof portion 17a and a gable-shaped roof portion 17b as shown in FIG. 4, for example. The gable roof portion 17b is formed by joining a pair of roof units 1 to each other at a roof truss 2 portion as shown in FIG. Moreover, the said roof unit 1 is installed in the upper part of the building unit 20 of the frame wall construction method which consists of the floor panel 18 and the wall panel 19, for example. Reference numeral 21 denotes a heat insulating material such as glass wool provided on the upper surface of the gradient ceiling 12, and is arranged so as to straddle the lower chord material 5 of the adjacent roof truss 2.
[0016]
According to the roof unit configured as described above, the lower chord member 5 is arranged higher than the lower ends of the vertical frames 3 on both sides, and the roof truss 2 is formed in a gate shape. A continuous space can be obtained without being partitioned by the roof truss 2, and the space can be effectively utilized while having the roof truss. In addition, since one end of the gradient ceiling 12 is joined to the lower chord member 5, the gradient ceiling 12 can be easily formed.
[0017]
Since the truss surface of the roof truss 2 penetrates and does not hinder the air flow, a ventilation layer can be formed between the roof surface and the ceiling surface, and the comfort and durability can be improved. Moreover, since the heat insulating material 21 can be straddled on the lower chord material 5 of the adjacent roof truss 2 as mentioned above, it is easy to ensure heat insulation.
[0018]
6 to 7 show a form in which the gate-shaped roof truss 2 is arranged on the opening side of the loft (attic room) 22. In the roof truss 2 according to the present embodiment, the vertical frames 3 on both sides are each composed of an inner vertical frame 3a and an outer vertical frame 3b, and the upper chord member 4 is horizontally placed between the upper ends of these vertical frames 3 (3a, 3b). The lower chord material 5 is laid across the inner vertical frame 3a at a position higher than the lower end of the vertical frame 3. Between the upper chord member 4 and the lower chord member 5, vertical members 6 and diagonal members 7 are disposed at appropriate intervals, and diagonal members 23 and the like are also disposed between the inner and outer vertical frames 3a and 3b. Improvements are being made. In this embodiment as well, the total height of the roof truss 2 is about 1400 mm, whereas the lower end of the lower chord member 5 is about 800 mm higher than the lower end of the vertical frame 3 (3a, 3b).
[0019]
The roof truss 2 is joined to one side of a floor panel 24 that forms the floor of the loft 22. The floor panel 24 is formed by stretching a face material 26 such as a plywood that forms a floor surface on the upper surface of a floor frame assembly 25 that is an assembly of floor joists. A recess 28 is formed so as to be continuous with an entrance / exit 27 formed by the portal roof truss 2. A wall truss 29 is provided upright on the other side of the floor panel 24, and a normal roof truss 30 that is not a gate shape is joined to the upper end of the wall truss 29.
[0020]
A rafter 31 is spanned between the upper end portion (upper chord material) of the gate-shaped roof truss 2 and a normal roof truss 30, and a face member 32 forming a roof surface is stretched on the upper surface of the rafter 31. . Further, a horizontal ceiling 33 made of a ceiling panel is spanned between the lower end portion (lower chord member) of the normal roof truss 30 and the rafter 32, and one side portion of the horizontal ceiling 33 and the portal roof truss 2 are arranged. A gradient ceiling 12 is stretched between the lower chord material 5. According to the roof unit 1 configured as described above, since the portal roof truss 2 is arranged on the opening side of the loft 22, a loft in which the entrance 27 is secured can be easily formed.
[0021]
The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and even if there is a design change or the like without departing from the gist of the present invention. It is included in the present invention.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
