[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described cleaning method, since the deposits in the container mouth are washed away through a small hole after capping, a large amount of cleaning water and cleaning time are required, and the cleaning process becomes long, and cleaning equipment is installed. The space must also be widened.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reliably and quickly cleaning a small amount of stored liquid adhering to a container mouth.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, after filling the container with the storage liquid, the container mouth of the container is covered with a seal liner and sealed, and the container mouth is washed with a cleaning liquid while fixing so as to maintain the sealed state, Covering the cap shell, forming the cap shell according to the container mouth, and forming the seal liner so that the seal liner is detached from the container mouth when the cap shell is lifted when the cap is opened. Clean reliably and in a short time.
[0008]
Further, a means for covering the container mouth of the container filled with the storage liquid, a means for maintaining the state covered with the seal liner, and a cleaning liquid for the container mouth while maintaining the state covered with the seal liner Means for spraying, means for covering the container mouth of the container after washing, and forming the cap shell in accordance with the container mouth, and when the cap shell is lifted when the cap shell is opened, the seal liner is moved to the container mouth As a container mouth cleaning device provided with at least means for forming the container mouth, the liquid stored in the container mouth can be reliably and quickly cleaned.
[0009]
In order to achieve the above object, after filling the container with the containing liquid, fitting a seal liner that is friction-fitted into the container mouth of the container, washing the container mouth with the cleaning liquid, and then covering the cap shell, Forming the cap shell in accordance with the container mouth and forming the seal liner so as to be detached from the container mouth as the cap shell is lifted when the cap is opened, so that the liquid contained in the container mouth can be washed reliably and in a short time. . In this case, if an adhesive is provided on the inner surface of the cap shell in contact with the top surface of the seal liner, the seal liner can be removed simultaneously when the cap is opened.
[0010]
In addition, after filling the container with the storage liquid, a seal liner that is friction-fitted to the container mouth of the container integral with the cap shell is fitted, and the cleaning liquid is flowed from the lower end of the cap shell to be washed, If the cap shell is molded together, the cap shell and the seal liner can be securely connected, and only the seal liner can be prevented from remaining when the cap is opened.
[0011]
Further, if the cap shell has an exhaust hole in the vicinity of the periphery under the seal liner, the cleaning effect can be increased.
[0012]
Furthermore, if the cleaning liquid flowing in from the gap at the lower end of the cap shell is performed before the capping machine, the apparatus necessary for the process can be arranged without changing the capping machine.
