Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a delivery slip used for delivery work of a delivery product, and more particularly to a delivery slip for entering delivery information with a thermal printer.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a delivery slip in which a delivery slip serving as a receipt slip is attached to a sticker slip constituting a delivery slip in a peelable manner is used as a delivery slip for a non-impact printer. In this conventional product, an adhesive that does not normally adhere is used for adhering the sticker and the delivery slip. In recent years, there has been a demand for a method of entering delivery information in a delivery slip using a thermal printer, and a delivery slip composed of a thermal coloring sheet has been desired.
[0003]
However, conventional pressure-sensitive adhesives require a heat-drying process when applying the adhesive to a sticker or delivery slip, so that the heat-sensitive coloring sheet is colored during heat-drying and cannot be used as a delivery slip. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a peelable solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not require a heating and drying step in the process of forming the adhesive coating film of the heat-sensitive color forming sheet, wherein the delivery slip is composed of a heat-sensitive color developing sheet. It is an object of the present invention to provide a delivery slip and a method for producing the same so that the thermosensitive coloring sheet does not develop color in the step of applying the adhesive to the thermosensitive coloring sheet.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors do not use an emulsion-type pressure-sensitive adhesive that has been used in conventional peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive base materials, but instead use a solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive. If it is a pressure sensitive adhesive obtained by mixing this and a fine powder as a base, it has a function that can be peeled after bonding with a good adhesive force as before, and without undergoing a heat drying step Since a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed, the present invention has been conceived by finding that no problem occurs in the forming process even if the delivery slip is composed of a heat-sensitive coloring sheet.
[0006]
That is, the delivery slip of the present invention includes a sticker slip in which a delivery information entry portion is provided at a predetermined position on the front side of the thermosensitive coloring sheet, and an adhesive and a release paper covering the adhesive are provided on the back side. In addition, a delivery form made of a thermosensitive coloring sheet is peelably bonded to a part of the sticker form that does not overlap with the delivery information entry part on the surface side by a pressure sensitive adhesive made of a detachable solvent-type adhesive. It is characterized by.
[0007]
In particular, in the delivery slip of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composed of the above-mentioned peelable solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive is mixed at a ratio of 5 to 50 parts by weight of fine powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of the solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is characterized by.
[0008]
In the delivery slip creation method of the present invention, a delivery information entry section is provided at a predetermined location on the surface side of the thermosensitive coloring sheet, and an adhesive and a release paper covering the adhesive are provided on the back side. After applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive made of a peelable solvent-type adhesive on the part of the vote that does not overlap with the delivery information entry part, a delivery form made of a thermosensitive coloring sheet is superimposed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface. It is characterized by being pressure-bonded.
[0009]
Next, the peelable weak adhesive pressure sensitive adhesive in the present invention will be described in detail. This is made by mixing a solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive such as rubber, acrylic or silicone with a pressure-sensitive adhesive base and further mixing fine powders for the purpose of imparting peelability after pressure bonding. The solvent-type pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention includes a rubber polymer such as styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, polyisobutylene rubber, a copolymer acrylic polymer based on 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, a rubbery siloxane and a resinous siloxane. It is made by dissolving various polymers such as silicone polymer as the main component in a solvent such as trichlene, toluene, normal hexane, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, and further adding additives such as tackifiers. Any of these are known and commercially available. In particular, a solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive selected from acrylic or rubber is preferably used because it is excellent in practical aspects such as cost and processing as well as adaptability to a sheet.
[0010]
The fine powder mixed with the pressure-sensitive adhesive base has non-new properties with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive base, for example, silica, starch, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, Examples include kaolin, activated clay, and spherical alumina. In consideration of the peelability after pressure bonding, the uniform coefficient n of the Rosin-Rammler uniform number is preferably in the range of 1.0 to 2.6. Particularly preferred is a porous material having a specific surface area measured by the BET method of 70 to 270 m 2 / g. In particular, in consideration of adhesive strength, peelability, and other practicalities, fine powder silica and fine powder starch can be suitably used.Further, a mixture of these can be obtained by adjusting the mixing ratio, It has been found that it is more suitable because the peelability can be easily adjusted.
[0011]
The mixing ratio of the fine powder with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive base is 5% with respect to 100 parts by weight of the pressure-sensitive adhesive base in consideration of adhesive strength, peelability, blocking property, surface strength, and the like. It needs to be in the range of -50 parts by weight, preferably in the range of 10-30 parts by weight, more preferably in the range of 15-25 parts by weight.
[0012]
In the delivery slip preparation method of the present invention, the peelable pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared as described above is applied to the overlapping surface of one sheet mainly by a gravure offset printing method, followed by a heat drying step. Without forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating film, the overlapping surfaces of the two sheets are brought into contact with each other and pressure-bonded at a predetermined pressure. The dry coating amount of the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating film depends on the pressure (50 to 200 kg / cm 2 ) at the time of pressure bonding with a dry sealer and the degree of adhesiveness and peelability of the prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive. And the range of 0.5-10 g / m < 2 > is suitable, Preferably the range of 5-6 g / m < 2 > is good.
[0013]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the delivery slip of the present invention and the method for producing the delivery slip are composed of a thermosensitive coloring sheet, and a solvent-type adhesive that does not require a heating and drying process in the adhesive coating formation process of the thermosensitive coloring sheet. By forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating consisting of an agent, the heat-sensitive coloring sheet does not develop color when forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive coating, and a delivery slip without coloring stains can be obtained. This is advantageous in that predetermined information can be heated and printed on the exposed surface of the superposed sheet with a thermal printer.
