上記課題を解決するため本発明の籾殻無公害断熱材は籾殻をノンホルマリン接着材で固めた断熱材において
自然乾燥状態の上記断熱材をノンホルマリン接着材により古紙(新聞紙等)で包蔵しさらに乾燥状態で防湿紙にて被覆保護して目的を達成する

【実施例1】
本発明の実施例を説明すると、7リットルの籾殻に500ccのノンホルマリン接着を混ぜ合わせ、図外の30cm×30cm×5cmの木枠で形成したノンホルマリン接着材で固めた籾殻1(以下、断熱材1とする。)を脱型して自然乾燥させる自然乾燥後断熱材1にノンホルマリン接着材を塗布し、図1に示すようにこの状態の断熱材1を古紙(新聞紙)2で包蔵し乾燥させるその状態でさらに防湿紙3を被覆するものである

24時間後、従来の断熱材による箱に入れられた温度計はマイナス18度Cを示し、本発明の籾殻無公害断熱材で作られた箱内の温度計は、マイナス16度Cであった。
