Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a bathing assistance apparatus suitable for a supporter such as an elderly person or a physically handicapped person or a care recipient.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a bathing assistance device for bathing elderly people, persons with physical disabilities, etc. who need assistance or care recipients, there are a seat part, a plurality of flexible members that suspend the left and right sides of the seat part, There has been known one that includes a raising / lowering drive mechanism for raising and lowering a seat by winding and unwinding a member.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, generally, the bathtub in which the left-right width dimension becomes large from the bottom face to the upper opening is used. When a conventional bathing assistance device is installed and used in such a bathtub, it is difficult to raise the seat for sitting up to a sufficiently high level, or a large load is imposed on the lifting drive mechanism. That is, when raising a seat seated by a person requiring support or a care recipient, excessive tension is applied to each flexible member, thereby excessively increasing the motor or gear of the elevating drive mechanism that winds each flexible member. [0021]
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the bathing assistance device of the present invention is configured such that the seat portion 7 is inserted so as to be able to be stowed and stowed from the seat portion main body portion 23 and the seat portion main body portion 23 to the left and right. It consists of a pair of left and right advancing and retracting parts 24 for width adjustment to which the lower end of the flexible member 9 is fixed. Further, a resilient member 26 (for example, a coil spring) that pulls the pair of advancing and retracting parts 24 toward each other and a synchronization mechanism E that synchronizes the left and right movements of the pair of advancing and retracting parts 24 are provided inside the seat part 7.
[0022]
The seat body 23 is formed with openings 27 at least on the left and right side surfaces. The advancing / retreating portion 24 has a width W2 that is substantially half of the full width (left-right width) W1 of the seat body 23, is inserted from the window 27, and is provided at least in each advancing / retreating portion 24. Four wheels 28 are rotatably attached to the lower surface of the upper wall 29 and the upper surface of the lower wall 30 of the seat body 23.
[0023]
More specifically, the seat body 23 includes a rectangular flat plate-shaped upper wall 29, a front wall 31, a rear wall 32, a front wall 31, and a rear wall that are suspended along the front and rear edges of the upper wall 29. A lower wall 30 provided along the lower edge of 32 and parallel to the upper wall 29, and an inverted L-shaped attachment member 41 attached to the lower surface of the upper wall 29 and in the left-right direction at the front and rear center position. The left and right side walls are omitted to form a window portion 27. Incidentally, for example, it may form a window portion to the lower wall 30, or attached to the mounting member 41 to the lower surface the upper wall 29 through the window portion, also to carry out the assembly of the described synchronization mechanism E, further, after assembly It is also preferable to cover the window with a plate material.
[0024]
The advancing / retreating portion 24 as a whole is E-type in a plan view, and includes a top-view gate-type upper wall 33 composed of a front and rear side portion and a side portion connecting one of the left and right sides of the front and rear side portion, and the front and rear sides of the upper wall 33. It has a frame part composed of a front wall 34a and a rear wall 34b that are bent downward along the side part, and further at a substantially intermediate position in the front-rear direction of the side part of the upper wall 33 and at the front and rear side parts. An inverted L-shaped attachment member 49 provided in parallel is provided. The front wall 34a and the rear wall 34b each have two wheels 28 pivotally attached to the front wall 34a and the rear wall 34b so that the front wall 34a and the rear wall 34b are connected in a bridging manner. A mounting rod 39 for mounting is provided at a position below the side portion. Further, a pair of projecting pieces 40 for attaching the respective end portions of the four elastic members 26 are attached to the side portions of the upper wall 33.
[0025]
In addition, the synchronization mechanism E is suspended by two pulleys 42 pivotally attached to the left and right sides of the mounting member 41 of the seat body 23 and rotatably about the front and rear axis, and the two pulleys 42. A flexible wire 43 (for example, a wire rope), and a part of the upper side portion 43a and a part of the lower portion 43b of the flexible wire 43 are fixed to the attachment member 49 of each advance / retreat portion 24 by the connecting shaft 44. Configured.
[0026]
Here, to exemplify the procedure for assembling the seat portion 7, first, the end portions of the elastic members 26 are sequentially attached to the projecting pieces 40 of the advancing and retreating portions 24 arranged in opposition to connect the advancing and retreating portions 24 to each other. Then, it is inserted into the seat body part 23 from the one window part 27. Then, the attachment member 49 of each advance / retreat part 24 and the attachment member 41 of the seat part main body part 23 face each other with a predetermined interval. Then, the advancing / retreating portion 24 is maintained in a state where the dimension W3 protruding from the window portion 27 of the seat main body portion 23 is substantially equal, and the mounting member 49 of each advancing / retreating portion 24 and the predetermined upper side portion 43a of the flexible wire 43 are set. The position and a predetermined position of the lower side portion 43 b are connected by the connecting shaft 44.
[0027]
FIG. 5 shows a state in which the seat portion 7 is suspended by the flexible member 9, and at this time, in each wheel 28 of the advance / retreat portion 24, the wheel disposed on the window portion 27 side of the seat portion main body portion 23. Reference numeral 28 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper wall 29, and the wheel 28 arranged on the inner side of the seat body part 23 is in contact with the upper surface of the lower wall 30. In the case of the illustrated example, the vertical position of the pivot shaft 45 of the left and right wheels 28 is slightly shifted so that the frame part of the advance / retreat part 24 does not hit the upper and lower walls 29, 30 of the seat body part 23.
[0028]
Thus, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the bathing assistance apparatus 1 of the present invention is used for the bathtub 2 having a lateral width Wo that increases from the bottom surface to the upper opening. That is, in correspondence with the left-right width dimension Wo of the bathtub 2, the left-right width dimension W of the seat portion 7 can be increased or decreased during elevation.
[0029]
Specifically, FIG. 2 and FIG. 6 show a state in which each flexible member 9 is extended by the drive mechanism 6 and the seat portion 7 is lowered to the bottom surface of the bathtub 2. Is slightly slack (that is, no tension is applied), and the seat 7 is in a state in which the pair of advancing and retracting portions 24 are attracted to each other by the elastic member 26 (the width of the seat 7 is narrowed). ).
[0030]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, when the flexible members 9 are wound up by the drive mechanism 6 from this state, the seat portion 7 rises while maintaining the horizontal state. At this time, tension is applied to each flexible member 9 due to the weight of the supporter or care recipient and the weight of the seat 7, whereby each advance / retreat part 24 resists the urging force of the elastic member 26 in the left-right direction. It is pulled in the direction of arrow A. Specifically, the wheels 28 roll on the lower surface of the upper wall 29 and the upper surface of the lower wall 30 of the seat body 23, and each advance / retreat unit 24 moves to the left and right in synchronization with the synchronization mechanism E. That is, in FIG. 8, the upper side portion 43 a (connection shaft 44) and the lower side portion 43 b (connection shaft 44) suspended from the pulley 42 are moved equidistantly in the left-right direction, so 24 move in equal distances in the left-right direction in synchronization. That is, the left-right width dimension W of the seat portion 7 increases while maintaining the seat portion main body portion 23 at the left-right center position of the bathtub 2.
[0031]
Embodiment 2
Next, a bathing assistance apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 9, A is a bathroom washroom. Reference numeral 48 denotes a cushion member placed on the seat body portion. In the bathing assistance apparatus according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the seat 7 is seated on the seat main body 23 on the waist and left or right (left in the illustrated example) from the seat main body 23. It comprises a width adjusting advance / retreat portion 24 which is inserted so as to be freely projectable and accommodated and to which the lower end of the flexible member 9 is fixed. Furthermore, a guide roller 51 that rolls in contact with the inner surfaces of the left and right side walls 4 of the bathtub 2 is attached to the side edge of the seat body 23 and the side edge of the advance / retreat part 24.
[0032]
The seat main body 23, a window portion 27 on at least the left side is opened and formed. The advancing / retreating portion 24 has substantially the same width dimension as the full width dimension (left / right width dimension) W1 of the seat body 23, is inserted from the window 27, and has at least four advancing / retreating portions 24. Wheels 28 are attached to the lower surface of the upper wall 29 and the upper surface of the lower wall 30 so as to roll freely.
[0033]
More specifically, the seat body 23 includes a rectangular flat plate-shaped upper wall 29, a front wall 31 suspended from the front and rear edges of the upper wall 29, a rear wall 32, a front wall 31, and a rear wall. A lower wall 30 provided along the lower edge of the wall 32 and parallel to the upper wall 29 and a right side wall 52 are provided, and the left side wall is omitted to form the window portion 27. Further, on the outside of the right side wall 52, a mounting rod 53 for mounting the flexible member is provided at the lower position.
[0034]
The advancing / retreating portion 24 has a rectangular shape in plan view as a whole, and has a frame portion composed of an upper wall 33 and a front wall 34a and a rear wall 34b that are bent downward along the front and rear sides of the upper wall 33. Two wheels 28 are pivotally mounted on the front wall 34a and the rear wall 34b so as to be rotatable around the longitudinal axis, and the front wall 34a and the rear wall 34b are connected in a bridging manner. A mounting rod 39 for mounting the member is provided at a position below the side portion.
[0035]
FIG. 12 shows a state in which the seat portion 7 is suspended by the flexible member 9, and at this time, in each wheel 28 of the advance / retreat portion 24, the wheel disposed on the window portion 27 side of the seat portion main body portion 23. Reference numeral 28 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper wall 29, and the wheel 28 arranged on the inner side of the seat body part 23 is in contact with the upper surface of the lower wall 30. The guide roller 51 is in contact with the left and right side walls 4 of the bathtub 2. In the case of the illustrated example, the vertical position of the pivot shaft 45 of the left and right wheels 28 is slightly shifted so that the frame part of the advance / retreat part 24 does not hit the upper and lower walls 29, 30 of the seat body part 23.
[0036]
Thus, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the bathing assistance apparatus 1 of the present invention is used for the bathtub 2 having a lateral width Wo that increases from the bottom surface to the upper opening. That is, in correspondence with the left-right width dimension Wo of the bathtub 2, the left-right width dimension W of the seat portion 7 can be increased or decreased during elevation.
[0037]
More specifically, FIG. 9 and FIG. 12 show a state in which each flexible member 9 is extended by the drive mechanism 6 and the seat portion 7 is lowered to the bottom surface of the bathtub 2. Is slightly slackened (ie, no tension is applied), and the advancing / retreating portion 24 is pushed in the storing direction by the left and right side walls 4 of the bathtub 2 via the guide roller 51 (the width of the seat portion 7). Is narrowed).
[0038]
Then, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, when each flexible member 9 is wound up by the drive mechanism 6 from this state, the seat 7 rises while maintaining the horizontal state. At this time, tension is applied to each flexible member 9 due to the weight of the supporter or care recipient and the weight of the seat 7, whereby the advancing / retreating portion 24 guides in the left direction (arrow A direction) in the illustrated example. The roller 51 is pulled to a position where it contacts the left and right side walls 4 of the bathtub 2. Specifically, the advancing / retreating portion 24 moves to the left while the wheel 28 rolls on the lower surface of the upper wall 29 and the upper surface of the lower wall 30 of the seat body 23. That is, the left-right width dimension W of the seat portion 7 increases while the seat body portion 23 moves to the right side (washing area A side) of the bathtub 2.
[0039]
In this embodiment, it is more preferable that the seat portion 7 is detachable from the flexible material 9 and can be attached even if it is rotated halfway so as to be reversed in the front-rear direction.
[0040]
By the way, FIG. 15 (a) is explanatory drawing which represented the tension | tensile_strength which acts on one flexible member 9 with the vector in the seat part 7 suspended by the some flexible member 9, On the other hand, FIG. 7B shows a provisional case in which the flexible member 9 is attached to the seat body portion 23 without the advance / retreat portion 24 as a comparative example. In addition, the seat part 7 of FIG. 15 (a) and the seat part main-body part 23 of the same figure (b) shall be raised to the same height position.
[0041]
First, FIG. 15A will be described. F is a vector indicating a vertical force (load such as body weight) acting on the mounting rod 39 attached to the advance / retreat portion 24, and F 1 acts on the flexible member 9. F2 is a vector indicating the horizontal force acting on the mounting rod 39. Thus, in the bathing assistance apparatus of the present invention, as the seat portion 7 rises, the left and right width dimension W of the seat portion 7 increases, and the left and right ends of the seat portion 7 approach the roller 22. The angle α formed with the vector F1 is relatively small, which makes the vector F1 relatively small. That is, the tension acting on the flexible member 9 can be small.
[0042]
Next, the comparative example of FIG. 16 (b) will be described. F is a vector indicating a vertical force (load such as weight) acting on the mounting rod 39 attached to the seat body 23, and f1 is This is a vector indicating a force (tension) acting on the flexible member 9, and f2 is a vector of a horizontal force acting on the mounting rod. In this case, the angle β formed by the vector F and the vector f1 becomes large, and the vector f1 becomes large. That is, the vector f1 becomes considerably larger than the vector F1 described above, and excessive tension acts on the flexible member 9.
[0043]
As described above, the bathing assistance device according to the present invention greatly reduces the load acting on the drive motor 15 and each gear of the drive mechanism 6 described in FIG. 1 by reducing the tension acting on each flexible member 9. It is configured to mitigate. Alternatively, if the loads of the flexible member 9 and the drive mechanism 6 are the same, the seat 7 can be raised sufficiently high (up to the vicinity of the upper edge of the bathtub 2).
[0044]
When the raised seat portion 7 is lowered, the advancing / retreating portion 24 projecting left and right from the seat portion main body portion 23 is gradually accommodated in the seat portion main body portion 23, and the left and right width dimension W of the seat portion 7. Becomes smaller (see FIG. 9).
[0045]
FIGS. 16 and 17 show another embodiment of the present invention. This bathing assistance apparatus 1 has two rollers 50 around the left and right axial centers on the lower wall 30 of the seat body portion 23 of the seat 7. It is pivotally pivoted. As a result, in the lowered seat portion 7, the roller 50 can be rolled on the bottom surface of the bathtub 2 to move the seat portion 7 in the front-rear direction (as indicated by the phantom line). Fine adjustment of the sitting position of the person who needs care or care recipient can be easily performed. It is also possible to shorten the roller 50 in the axial direction so as to have four or the like. (Not shown)
[0046]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, For example, in addition to the right and left sides of the seat part 7, the flexible member 9 is attached also to the front part (front wall 31 of the seat surface main-body part 23), and a seat You may comprise the drive mechanism 6 so that the part 7 may be raised / lowered.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
[0048]
[0049]
[0050]
[0051]
[0052]
(According to Claim 1 ) As shown in FIG. 13, the seat body portion 23 is provided with an advancing / retreating portion 24 so as to be protruded and retracted to the left or right (left in the illustrated example). Since W can be increased or decreased, excessive tension does not act on the flexible member 9 even if the bathing assistance device of the present invention is installed in the bathtub 2 having a lateral width Wo that increases from the bottom surface to the upper opening. . That is, when raising the seat main body 23 on which a supporter or care recipient needs to sit, the right and left width dimension W of the seat 7 increases, so that the flexible member 9 can be made as shown in FIG. The acting tension (vector F1) can be small. Therefore, an excessive load does not act on the drive mechanism 6 that winds up and pays out the flexible member 9, and it is difficult to break down. Alternatively, the seat body 23 (seat 7) can be raised sufficiently high to the vicinity of the upper edge of the bathtub 2.
[0053]
(According to claim 2 ) As shown in FIG. 13, the seat portion 7 is raised while maintaining the horizontal state of the seat portion main body portion 23 and moving to the washing place A side (right side in the illustrated example) of the bathtub 2. Can be made. Accordingly, the postures of the supporter who needs to sit on the seat main body 23 and the care recipient need to be stabilized, and the supporter who needs to sit on the seat main body 23 and the care recipient need to sit in the washing area A from the seat 23. The distance of lateral movement when transferring to a bathing chair or wheelchair (not shown) can be shortened. Therefore , a supporter or a care recipient can transfer the bathing assistance device 1 from a bathing assistance device 1 to a bathing chair, a wheelchair, or the like (not shown).
[0054]
[0055]
[0056]
[0057]
(According to claim 3 ) Since the guide roller which rolls in contact with the left and right side wall inner surfaces of the bathtub is attached to the left and right side edge portions of the seat portion, there is no possibility of damaging the bathtub, which is more preferable.
