Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to curtain fabrics used mainly for partitioning large spaces such as beds, banquet halls, and entertainment venues in shared lodgings, hospitals, social welfare facilities, and premises.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since partition curtain fabrics are frequently removed from the curtain rails, washed and reused, various attempts have been made so that they can be washed without removing the hanging jig each time. A partition curtain fabric for rental work is known in which a double-layered interlining tape is attached to the part, and a pocket for wrapping the hanging jig is attached to the part, and a hanging jig is attached to the pocket so that it can appear and disappear. JP-A-2002-209720, JP-A-2002-204745, JP-A-2002-19196, JP-B-60-12047).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For curtain fabric with a pocket on the upper edge, even if it can be washed without removing it by pushing a hanging jig into the pocket, it takes a lot of time to wrap it in the pocket, so it is exceptionally efficient. On the contrary, double the interlining tape is attached and the upper edge of the curtain fabric is finished hard, the pockets and interlining tape appear to be exposed and damage the appearance of the curtain fabric, double the interlining tape The cost will be increased by the amount that you make.
[0004]
And in curtain fabrics with interlining tape, when the curtain is closed, an arch-shaped or vertical raft can be formed along the interlining tape bent at the upper edge, but the curtain is opened and one end of the curtain rail is opened. In the drawn state, the crease formed at the upper edge of the curtain fabric between the runners adjacent to each other and gathered at one end is pushed back by the interlining tape and bent into an arch shape or a saddle shape. The pool of curtain fabric collected and folded up is bulky, so that the living space cannot be opened widely, and inconveniences such as being compactly folded and difficult to store and accommodate occur.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, the present invention can attach the hanging jig to the upper edge of the curtain fabric so that it can be moved freely without sacrificing the appearance and drape of the curtain fabric, and can be washed in a compact manner without removing the hanging jig. It can be folded and stored and housed, and the volume of the pool that can be stored in the open state is low, the living space can be opened widely, and the partition curtain fabric suitable for rental work can be obtained efficiently and economically. With the goal.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The partition curtain fabric according to the present invention comprises: (A) a first streak 11a and an intermediate streak 13a in which a coarse texture gap is straighter than an adjacent part of the fabric gap at the upper edge of the woven or knitted curtain fabric. And the three stripes of the second stitch 12a are formed in order from the upper edge side (20) of the curtain fabric, and (B) the stitch gap 13b of the intermediate stitch 13a is the stitch of the first stitch 11a and the second stitch 12a. A fourth feature of the partition curtain fabric according to the present invention is that, in addition to any of the first, second, and third features, a predetermined interval is provided in the length direction W of the curtain fabric that the upper edge 20 continues. The stitch 16 perpendicular to the length direction W is attached to the curtain fabric, and the weave / knitting structure of the stitch 16 is different from the weaving / knitting structure of the portion adjacent to the stitch 16; The flexibility of the curtain fabric in the length direction W of this is that it changes discontinuously with the line 16 as a boundary.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The curtain fabric may be woven or knitted. FIG. 2 illustrates the knitted curtain fabric, with the course direction oriented in the curtain height direction H and the wale direction oriented in the curtain width direction W, ie the curtain fabric length direction W followed by the upper edge 20. Used. The curtain fabric is knitted into a rough see-through portion 28 on the upper edge side (20) and a dense shielding portion 29 on the lower edge side (30). The curtain fabric knitted into the see-through portion 28 and the shielding portion 29 in this way is mainly used as a partition curtain in a hospital room (Jokho 43-1624, Jokko Sho 60-41186, Jokko Sho 63-31673, Jikkou 2). -37433). On one end side of the curtain fabric, three streaks are attached in the order of a first streak 11a that becomes the first fold 11, an intermediate streak 13a, and a second streak 12a that becomes the second fold 12. The first stitch and the second stitch are formed by using a yarn that is thinner than the knitting yarn constituting the other part of the knitting yarn that continues in the wale direction in these stitches. The left and right portions of the intermediate stitch 13a are knitted by connecting the adjacent chain stitch row 17 and the chain stitch row 17 with an insertion thread 18 for each course. The intermediate stitch 13a is formed by increasing the wale interval and connecting adjacent chain stitch rows 17a and chain stitch rows 17b with a thick insertion thread 19 every five courses. A coarse stitch 13b surrounded by the chain stitch row 17a and the chain stitch row 17b is continuous in the wale direction.
[0011]
FIG. 3 illustrates a woven curtain fabric, with the weaving width direction oriented in the curtain height direction H and the weaving direction in the curtain width direction W, ie, the curtain fabric length direction W followed by the upper edge 20. Used towards. On one end side of the curtain fabric, a first line 11a that becomes the first fold line 11, an intermediate line 13a, a second line 12a that becomes the second fold line 12, and the first turn-back allowance 21 are folded and doubled. For this purpose, a discontinuous line 10 is attached. The discard line 10, the first line 11a, and the second line 12a are formed by using a thread that is thinner than the warp that forms the other part of the warp. The intermediate stitch 13a is formed by a knit weave structure in which the warp interval is rough and the two adjacent warps 31a and 31a (31b and 31b) are reversed every five wefts. A coarse weave 13b surrounded by one set of warps 31a and 31b and five sets of wefts 32 bound to the two sets of warps 31a and 31b is continuous in parallel with the warps. .
[0012]
The curtain fabric is folded 180 degrees along the first streaks 11a, folded back 180 degrees along the second streaks 12a in the direction opposite to the first folds 11, and the first fold 11 from the upper edge 20 to the first folds 11 is folded back. N-shaped with a folding back 21, a second folding back 22 between the first fold 11 and the second fold 12, and a fabric main body 23 extending from the second fold 12 to the lower edge 30 of the curtain fabric. An edge 24 having a cross-sectional structure is formed, and is sewn at a middle portion between the first fold 11 and the second fold 12 by perforation lines 14 and 15 parallel to the folds 11 and 12. A gap groove 25 sandwiched between the first turn-back allowance 21 and the second turn-back allowance 22 is formed on the upper edge side of the curtain fabric as the groove bottom, and the suspension jig 26 is attached to the gap groove 25 for tailoring. The first folding allowance 21, the second folding allowance 22, and the fabric main body 23 forming the gap groove 25 are joined at a necessary interval in the length direction W of the curtain fabric where the upper edge 21 continues, The hanging jig 26 can also be attached to the inside 27 of the pocket surrounded by the joint location and the groove bottom.
[0013]
In the curtain fabric according to the present invention, the coarse cloth gaps are continuous along the first streaks 11a and the second streaks 12a, and the woven and knitted structures of the first streaks 11a and the second streaks 12a are adjacent to each other. Since it is different from the woven and knitted structure, the flexibility in the height direction H of the curtain fabric largely changes discontinuously at the borders 11a and 12a. It will be folded 180 degrees along these lines 11a and 12a, and it is not necessary to set the folds 11 and 12 by applying an iron or the like. A sharp border 24 is formed.
[0014]
As described above, in the present invention, the flexibility in the height direction H of the curtain fabric is changed discontinuously between the first streak 11a and the second streak 12a. This is to make it easier to turn back the bill 21 and the second turn-around bill 22. Similarly, the flexibility in the longitudinal direction W of the upper edge of the curtain fabric is changed discontinuously in the streak 16 because a crease occurs in the curtain fabric along the streak 16 when the curtain is opened and closed. This is because the curtain fabric is easily folded along the streaks 16. For this purpose, the woven / knitted structure of the streaks 11a / 12a / 16 is changed to a woven / knitted structure different from the woven / knitted structure of the portion adjacent to the streaks 11a / 12a / 16. The difference in structure is not only due to the woven or knitted structure, but also due to the difference in the arrangement density of the woven yarn or knitting yarn, such as the difference in the thickness of the woven yarn or knitting yarn, warp density, weft density, coarse density, wale density, It may be a thing.
[0015]
Specifically, in the curtain fabric to be woven, warps or wefts that continue parallel to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 are made thinner than the warp yarns or wefts that are adjacent to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16, Alternatively, the warp arrangement density (warp density) or the weft arrangement density (weft density) that continues in parallel to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 is set to the warp arrangement density (warp yarn) of the portion adjacent to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 Density) or an array density of wefts (weft density). In the curtain fabric to be knitted, the knitting yarn constituting the stitches 11a, 12a, 16 is made thinner than the knitting yarn constituting the portion adjacent to the stitches, or the course continues along the stitches 11a, 12a, 16 And the interval of the wale (course density, wale density) is made coarser than the course or wale interval (course density, wale density) of the portion adjacent to the streaks. The warp arrangement density (warp density) or the weft arrangement density (weft density) that runs parallel to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 is calculated as the warp arrangement density (warp density) or the weft arrangement density (weft density) of the adjacent portions. In the case of making it coarser, warps or wefts that continue parallel to the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 can be made thicker than the warp yarns or wefts that are adjacent to the stitches. Similarly, when the courses and wale intervals (course density, wale density) that follow along the streaks 11a, 12a, and 16 are made coarser than the courses and wale intervals (course density, wale density) of the adjacent portions thereof. Alternatively, the knitting yarn constituting the stitches 11a, 12a, and 16 can be made thicker than the knitting yarn constituting the portion adjacent to the stitches.
[0016]
In Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-53756, a woven structure structure of a woven fabric is used as a method for making the woven fabric easy to fold by linearly providing a portion where the flexibility changes discontinuously. Is disclosed. Also, in Japanese Utility Model Publications 47-11579, Japanese Patent Publications 46-28707 and 57-47777, as a method of making the knitted fabric linearly easy to fold, the portions where the flexibility changes discontinuously are described. A method has been disclosed in which the knitting density at a straight portion where the properties change is coarser than the knitting density at the portion following the straight portion. In the present invention, as a method of changing the flexibility of the curtain fabric discontinuously in the streaks 11a, 12a, and 16, the Japanese Utility Model Publication Nos. 56-53756, 47-11579, 46-28707, and 57-57- The method disclosed in 47777 can be employed.
[0017]
In the gap groove 25, the flexibility in the height direction H of the curtain fabric also changes discontinuously in the intermediate line 13a as in the case of the first line 11a and the second line 12a. Accordingly, the intermediate stitch 13a can also be configured by making the arrangement density of the woven yarn and the knitting yarn, such as the warp density, the weft density, the course density, and the wale density, coarser than the portion adjacent to the stitch 13a. However, unlike the first streaks 11a and the second streaks 12a that make it easier to fold the curtain fabric, the intermediate streaks 13a are for hooking the hanging jig 26, and the tip of the hanging jig 13 can be inserted. It must be as rough as possible and strong enough not to break when hooked. Therefore, the fabric gap 13b is formed by thick yarns as shown in FIG. 2, or several yarns are combined into one bundle as shown in FIG.
[0018]
The hanging jig 26 has an upper rod 35 to be hooked on the curtain rail 33 or a runner 34 running on the curtain rail, and a lower rod 36 to be hooked by being inserted into the cloth gap 13b, and an upper rod tip 37 and a lower rod tip 38 are provided. It is possible to use known curtain hooks or hill rings that protrude in opposite directions and are generally Z-shaped or N-shaped in the opposite direction. However, as shown in FIG. 1, the hanging jig 26 projects the heel tip 38 of the lower heel 36 straight and long so that it can be hooked in the cloth gap 13b. The tip of the tip 38 is folded back so as to be hooked to the tip, and the bent head of the upper tip 35 is protruded in a mountain shape with respect to the tip 38 of the lower tip 36, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the tip 38 of the lower tip 36 protruding straight. In order to prevent the runner 34 from coming off from the head of the upper collar 35 projecting into the mountain shape, the upper collar 37 has a shape projecting long in the opposite direction to the lower collar 38. Further, the hanging jig 26 has a shape in which the head of the upper hook 35 protruding in a mountain shape does not protrude from the gap groove 25 of the curtain fabric and the upper edge 37 of the upper hook is hidden in the gap groove 25 of the curtain fabric. . More specifically, the distance from the tip 38 of the lower arm 36 protruding straight and long to the head of the upper arm 35 protruding in the shape of a mountain, that is, the height of the head of the upper surface 35 protruding in the shape of a mountain, The depth of the gap groove 25 is equal to the distance from the perforated line 14 forming the groove bottom to the first fold line 11.
[0019]
In the curtain fabric shown in FIG. 1, the first folding allowance 21, the second folding allowance 22, and the fabric main body 23 are stitched together by the two perforations 14 and 15, but the number of perforations is not limited. The number of perforated threads may be 1 or 3. In the curtain fabric shown in FIG. 2, the adjacent chain stitch row 17 a and the chain stitch row 17 b are connected with a thick insertion thread 19 every five courses to form an intermediate stitch 13 a, which is divided into the thick insertion threads 19. The formed coarse stitches 13b are formed every 5 courses, but the adjacent chain stitch rows 17a and the chain stitch rows 17b are not limited to every 5 courses, but are connected by the insertion yarns 19 every 20 to 30 courses. A coarse stitch 13b may be formed every 30 courses, and the number of courses forming the coarse stitch 13b is not limited. Similarly, in the curtain fabric shown in FIG. 3, intermediate stitches 13a are formed by a knit weave structure in which two adjacent warps 31a and 31a (31b and 31b) are reversed for every five wefts. The coarse texture 13b divided into the bundles of wefts 32 is formed at a rate of one for every five pickings (weft driving), but the coarse texture 13b is one per picking 20-30 times. It can also be formed in the ratio of pieces.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention (Claim 1), the hanging jig 26 is attached to the clearance groove 26 between the first folding allowance 21 and the second folding allowance 22, and the tip 37 is pushed out from the clearance groove 26 at any time. Can be hooked on the runner 34 and is stored in the gap groove 26 during washing, so that the hanging jig 26 does not get in the way, and the curtain fabric can be washed without removing the hanging jig 26.
[0021]
A cloth gap 13b is formed in the gap groove 26 by hooking and attaching the hanging jig 26. The cloth gap 13b forms part of the curtain fabric. It is necessary to provide a seam in the gap groove 26 for attaching a tool to the gap groove 26 or stitching the first folding margin 21 and the second folding margin 22 constituting the gap groove 26 and hooking the hanging jig 26. The gap groove 26 is also folded along the first stitch 11a and the second stitch 12a, and the first folding allowance 21, the second folding allowance 22 and the fabric body 23 which are overlapped with the N-shape are simply stitched by the perforated thread 14. Since the first streaks 11a and the second streaks 12a are formed by a rough gap between the straight lines, the curtain cloth is turned 180 degrees in an N-shape and the iron is applied. Even without bets, will be sharp edging 24 and clearance groove 26 of the folds 11, 12 equipped with the width of Orikaedai 21, 22 are formed, sewn tailoring partition curtain fabric is greatly streamlined.
[0022]
According to the present invention (Claim 1), in order to attach the hanging jig 26 to the upper edge of the curtain fabric so as to be able to move in and out, a special interlining is used as in JP-A-2002-209720 and JP-A-2002-204745. There is no need to attach double tapes, and no interlining tape is required, so the material cost of the curtain fabric is reduced by that amount, and the flexibility of the curtain fabric is not impaired by the interlining tape. A partition curtain fabric rich in drape can be obtained economically.
[0023]
Further, according to the present invention (Claim 1), the first folding allowance 21, the second folding allowance 22, and the border 24 by the fabric body 23 are formed, and it is necessary to attach the interlining tape to the upper edge of the curtain fabric. Therefore, the drape of the curtain fabric is not impaired by the interlining tape as in the conventional curtain fabric with the interlining tape attached, and the curtain is opened and gathered to one end of the curtain rail. The fold 39 formed on the upper edge of the curtain fabric between the matching runners is not pushed back by the interlining tape and bent into an arch shape or a saddle shape. Similar to 12, sharpens. As a result, the pool of curtain fabric that can be gathered and folded at one end of the curtain rail is not bulky, so the living space that can be opened by the curtain is not narrowed by the pool of curtain fabric. The living space can be opened widely. Further, since the bulk in the state of being gathered and folded in such a manner (reservoir pool) can be reduced, the storage and accommodation of the curtain fabric is enhanced, and it becomes easy to put it into the washing machine and wash it.
[0024]
As described above, according to the present invention (Claim 1), the sewing of the curtain fabric is greatly rationalized, it can be washed without removing the hanging jig 26, it is easy to wash, and it has a good drape. It is possible to obtain a partition curtain fabric that is suitable for rental work efficiently and economically, because the pool of collected and folded can not be bulky, the living space can be opened widely, it can be folded and stored compactly. I can do it.
[0025]
According to the present invention (Claim 2), the first folding allowance 21, the second folding allowance 22, and the fabric body 23 are sewn on the upper edge side of the perforated line 14 so that the upper edge 20 and the second The inconvenience that the crease 12 is loosened and the gap groove 26 is opened to give an unsightly appearance is avoided.
[0026]
The curtain fabric divided into the fluoroscopic part and the shielding part is mainly used for partitioning the hospital room, and is frequently washed due to the particularity of its use. However, according to the present invention (Claim 3), it is suspended each time. The curtain can be washed without removing the jig 26, and maintenance (maintenance management) is easy, and a curtain fabric suitable for rental work for partitioning a hospital room can be obtained.
[0027]
In the curtain cloth divided into the see-through part and the shielding part, even if the upper edge 20 is brought close together to form a ridge, or the crease 39 is set on the upper edge 20, the crease formed by the crease 39 is formed. The mountain is interrupted by a rough fluoroscopic part and does not continue to the shielding part or the lower edge part (30). However, according to the present invention (Claim 4), the streak 16 that makes the curtain fabric foldable is formed by the coarse cloth gaps that run parallel to the Ulsan and does not disappear by washing. Even if there is a break in the rough see-through part, the upper edge part 20 (border 24) continues to the shielding part 29 in a straight line, and the patient room can be cut off neatly and beautifully. Instead, the entire curtain fabric including the shield 29 can be folded compactly and neatly along the line 16, and the drape and storage / accommodability are further improved, and the volume of the pool that can be opened by the curtain is further reduced. The living space can be opened more widely, and it can be put into a washing machine to be more easily washed, so that a partition curtain fabric optimum for rental work can be obtained.
