従来、例えば図5に示すように、エンジンのクランク1とオルタネーター2間にベルト3を掛装する場合、ベルト3を張るためにアイドラプーリー4が取り付けられており、アイドラプーリー4は、図6の斜視図で、また図7の側面図で示すような構造となっており、プーリー本体5に組み付けられたシャフト6には直交状にアジャストボルト7が螺合されて、ブラケット8に組み付けられるものであるが、ブラケット8には調整用の長孔9が形成され、また、ブラケット8の一端側に折り曲げて折曲片部8aが形成され、この折曲片部8aに形成された溝孔10内に、下方よりアジャストボルト7の頭部7a側を挿入して、アジャストボルト7をシャフト6に螺合させて組み付けた後に、アジャストボルト7の頭部7a側が溝孔10から抜脱するのを防ぐために、折曲片部8aの自由端側をくの字状に折り曲げて落下防止爪8cを形成していた。

本発明は上記従来の問題点に鑑み案出したものであって、ブラケットの構造を単純化できて加工費を低減させることができ、しかも作業性が向上するアイドラプーリーを提供せんことを目的とし、その要旨は、シャフトに回転可能に組み付けられるプーリー本体と、前記シャフトに直交状に螺合されるアジャストボルトをブラケットに組み付けて構成されるアイドラプーリーにおいて、前記ブラケットには、調整用の長孔の一部に前記アジャストボルトの頭部を通す差込孔が形成されているとともに、前記長孔から連続状にブラケットの一端の折曲片に至るアジャストボルト移動用の溝孔が形成されてなり、前記シャフトに前記アジャストボルトを螺合させた状態で該アジャストボルトを前記差込孔から前記溝孔内に移動させて前記折曲片側に配設できるように構成したことである。

【実施例】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
本例のアイドラプーリー4を構成するブラケット8は、図1に示すような構造に形成されており、ブラケット8には、略90°折り曲げて折曲片部8aが一体形成され、調整用の長孔9から折曲片部8aに至り連続状に溝孔10が貫通形成され、溝孔10は折曲片部8aの下端まで開口したものではなく、折曲片部8a内ではU字状に形成されている。また、調整長孔9の一部には差込孔9aが凹み状に形成されており、この差込孔9a内にアジャストボルト7の頭部7aを通すことができるように構成されている。
また、図中11は、取付孔であり、組み付け後に、この取付孔11にボルトを通して、エンジンのシリンダブロックカバーにアイドラプーリー4が取り付けられるものである。

本発明は、シャフトに回転可能に組み付けられるプーリー本体と、シャフトに直交状に螺合されるアジャストボルトをブラケットに組み付けて構成されるアイドラプーリーにおいて、ブラケットには、調整用の長孔の一部にアジャストボルトの頭部を通す差込孔が形成されているとともに、長孔から連続状にブラケットの一端の折曲片に至るアジャストボルト移動用の溝孔が形成されてなり、シャフトにアジャストボルトを螺合させた状態でアジャストボルトを差込孔から溝孔内に移動させて折曲片側に配設できるように構成したことにより、アジャストボルトをシャフトに螺合させた状態で、アジャストボルトの頭部を差込孔から差し込み、溝孔内を移動させて、アジャストボルトの頭部をブラケットの折曲片側に配置して組み付けることができ、従来のように組み付け後に落下防止爪を加工する必要がなく、ブラケットの構造が単純化されて加工費が従来よりも低減し、しかも、従来よりも組み付け等の作業性が極めて向上する効果を有する。
