本発明は中水利用地域における肛門部およびビデ部などの局部洗浄に用いる局部洗浄装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、肛門部やビデ部などの局部は不潔になりやすく、皮膚病や痔病の予防のためにも清潔に保つことが望まれており、従来から局部洗浄装置では加温した水道水を洗浄水として用い、肛門部およびビデ部などの局部の温水洗浄を行っていた。

従来の局部洗浄装置としては、原水を水洗タンクに供給する原水供給パイプから局部を洗浄する洗浄水を給水する方式や、水洗タンクから局部を洗浄する洗浄水を給水する方式が用いられていた。

図12において従来の局部洗浄装置は、原水を水洗タンク2に供給する原水パイプ41から局部洗浄を行うノズル5に原水を供給する水供給手段4と、原水パイプ41からの水を局部に噴射するノズル5を有する構成となっており、局部を洗浄する洗浄水としては、水洗タンク2に供給される便器洗浄用の水と同じものが用いられていた。

また、水資源の保護や節水を目的として、トイレにおける便器洗浄用水として、風呂の排水や雨水等の中水を利用する地域や施設が増加してきており、便器洗浄用水として中水を用いる方法としては、実開平3−36068号、実開平3−36069号、特開平2−300427号公報に記載されているものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の局部洗浄装置では便器洗浄用の水として中水を利用する地域や施設では、局部洗浄水としても中水を用いなくてはならず、風呂排水や雨水には石鹸かす、湯垢、汗などの有機物、空気中の汚れなどの粒子が含まれているため、局部洗浄水としては不衛生であった。また、中水には水道水のように残留塩素などの殺菌剤が添加されていないため、配管内で雑菌が繁殖する恐れもあった。

一部、中水パイプと水道水供給パイプの両方を併用して、局部洗浄水には水道水を、便器洗浄用水には中水を用いるものもあるが、設備が大型化するという課題があった。

また、濾過のみによる水浄化では濾材の孔径を小さくする必要があるため、濾材の抵抗が大きくなり、水浄化に時間がかかるという課題があった。

また、濾材や試薬を用いた水浄化では、試薬の供給や濾材交換などのメンテナンスが必要とされるという課題もあった。

また、水浄化細菌を用いた水の浄化では、風呂排水中の窒素化合物を水浄化細菌が酸化分解して硝酸が生成すると風呂水のPHが低下し、PHが低下すると有機物を分解する水浄化細菌の活性が低くなり、水浄化細菌による水の浄化能力が低下するという課題があった。また、浄化開始初期は水浄化細菌の活性が低くいという課題や、水浄化細菌の固定床から水浄化細菌が流出するという課題もあった。

本発明は上記目的を達成するために、沈澱濾過槽と、前記沈澱濾過槽に凝集試薬を供給する試薬タンクと、前記沈澱濾過槽からの水を濾過する濾過フィルタとを有して風呂排水または雨水等の中水を浄化する水浄化手段と、殺菌剤を供給する殺菌剤タンクと、前記殺菌剤タンクの殺菌剤を水に添加して前記水浄化手段で浄化された水を殺菌する殺菌手段と、前記殺菌手段で殺菌された水を供給する水供給手段と、前記水供給手段により浄化、殺菌処理された水を噴出して局部洗浄するノズルとを備えた構成としてある。
