【0081】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an article placement shelf including a shelf board on which books such as books and files, and other articles are placed, and a side plate having an adjustment portion for making the height position of the shelf board adjustable. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various article placement shelves including side plates having an adjustment unit for making the height position of a shelf plate adjustable are known. For example, in a bookshelf disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-191724, metal shelf columns extend in the vertical direction on the inner side surfaces of the left and right side plates and are embedded in parallel to each other, and the shelf columns are spaced in the vertical direction. A cylindrical shelf holder is removably locked in a number of the locking holes provided in the first position. And the shelf board is supported by a pair of side board by the shelf holder of each side board being inserted in the ditch | groove provided in the lower surface of the shelf board.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional bookshelf, in order to support the shelf board at a desired height position, the shelf holder is engaged with the engagement hole at the desired height position of the shelf board, and then the shelf board It is necessary to insert the shelf holder into the recessed groove provided on the lower surface, and in order to adjust the height position of the already set shelf board, remove the shelf board, and then remove the shelf holder. The shelf holder is removed from the locking hole, the shelf holder is locked to the locking hole at a desired height, and then the shelf holder is inserted into the groove of the shelf board.
[0004]
Thus, when adjusting the height position of the shelf board, the operation of locking the shelf holder in the engagement hole, and the operation of inserting the shelf holder into the groove on the lower surface of the shelf board, The operation | work which removes a shelf holder from a latching hole was needed, and adjustment of the height position of a shelf board was work which took time.
[0005]
Therefore, it is conceivable to form the shelf receiving portion by providing a groove provided on the inner side surface of the side plate and extending in the front-rear direction without using the shelf holder, but ensuring the support strength of the shelf receiving portion. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the depth of the groove. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the strength of the side plate on which the deep groove is formed. Furthermore, there is a difficulty in increasing the weight.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and claims 1 to 10.7The described invention provides an article placement shelf having a shelf receiving portion with sufficient support strength without requiring an adjustment operation of the height position of the shelf board in a short time and causing an increase in the size and weight of the shelf. This is a common purpose. And, ContractClaim2The described invention further aims to improve the strength of the side plate by reducing the dimension in the front-rear direction of the slit.3The described invention is further intended to suppress a decrease in strength of a single backboard that supports the shelf board., ContractClaim4The described invention is further intended to support the shelf in a stable state by restricting forward movement in the shelf receiver.5The described invention further facilitates the formation of a forward movement restricting portion in the shelf receiving portion, and can support two shelf plates in a stable state on a common back plate even in the same level shelf receiving portion. Claims6The invention described is intended to reduce the cost of a duplex article mounting shelf, and claims7It is another object of the described invention to reliably prevent breakage such as chipping of the shelf receiving portion.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The invention according to
[0008]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the shelf board is installed between the pair of side plates, the shelf board is inserted between the pair of side plates, and the first convex portion on each side portion of the shelf board is A shelf board is supported by the 1st shelf receiving part by being inserted toward the 1st slit in a desired height position toward the back from the front. Moreover, when adjusting the height position of a shelf board, a shelf board is pulled out ahead, a 1st convex part is extracted from a 1st slit, and a 1st convex part is in a desired height position after that. The shelf is inserted into another first slit, and the shelf board is supported by the new first shelf receiver. In addition, in a state where the first convex portion is supported by the first shelf receiving portion, the first shelf receiving portion supports the convex portion using substantially the entire thickness of the side plate. The
[0009]
As a result, when setting the shelf board, the first convex portion is inserted into the first slit at the desired height position. From the frontWhen inserting and adjusting the height position of the shelf board, remove the first convex part from the first slit.In frontSince it is only necessary to extract it and then insert it into another first slit at a desired height position, it is possible to set the shelf board and adjust the height position of the shelf board in a short time.
In addition, the shelf board uses substantially the entire thickness of the side board.FirstSince it is supported by one shelf receiving part, the plate thickness of the side plate does not become larger than the thickness of the support surface of the first shelf receiving part, and therefore the size and weight of the article mounting shelf are increased. And sufficient support strength of the first shelf receiving portion can be secured.
[0016]
Claim2The described invention is claimed.1In the article placement shelf, the article placement shelf includes a back plate positioned between the pair of side plates, and the back plate has a height position corresponding to each of the plurality of first shelf receiving portions. Are provided with a plurality of second shelf receiving portions, each of the second shelf receiving portions,While passing through the back plate in the front-rear directionIt is formed by providing a second slit extending in the left-right direction, and the rear portion of the shelf board has a second convex portion that can be inserted and removed in the front-rear direction with respect to the second slit, and the second convex portion is the first convex portion. 2 slitsDo not protrude backwardBy being inserted, the shelf board is supported by the second shelf receiving part. The shelf board is inserted / removed in the front / rear direction from the front with respect to the back plate by inserting / removing the second convex part from / to the second slit.Is.
[0017]
This claim2According to the described invention, the first convex portions on both sides of the shelf board are respectively supported by the pair of side plates, and the second convex portion on the rear portion is supported by the back plate, so that the article placed on the shelf board The load due to the weight of is distributed to the first convex portion and the second convex portion, and is supported by the side plate and the back plate. Thereby, since the load borne by the first convex portion is reduced, the dimension in the front-rear direction of the first convex portion can be shortened, and thus the first shelf receiving portion that supports the first convex portion is formed. It is possible to shorten the dimension in the front-rear direction of one slit, and it is possible to suppress a decrease in strength of the side plate due to the formation of the first slit. Further, when the shelf board is supported by the first shelf receiving part of the pair of side plates and the second shelf receiving part of the back plate, the shelf board is set when the shelf board is set and the height position is adjusted. For the first slit and the second slit,From the frontJust plug in and out.
Further, the second convex portion is inserted into the second slit, and the shelf board is supported by the second shelf receiving part, so that each second is made using the full thickness of the back plate at the maximum. It is possible to support the convex part.
[0018]
As a result, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the side plate by shortening the dimension of the first slit forming the shelf receiving portion and suppressing the decrease in the strength of the side plate due to the formation of the first slit, The article placement shelf is reduced in size and weight. Furthermore, although the shelf board is supported by the side board and the back board, the shelf board is attached to the first slit and the second slit. From the frontBy simply inserting and removing, the shelf can be set and the height of the shelf can be adjusted in a short time. Moreover, since the 2nd convex part is supported by the 2nd shelf receiving part formed by providing a 2nd slit in a backplate, it utilizes the full thickness of the board thickness of a backplate to the maximum. Since it becomes possible to support each 2nd convex part, a shelf board is supported in the stable state by the thickness of the board thickness of a back board, and also the board thickness of a back board is made thin by utilizing full thickness. This makes it possible to reduce the size and weight of the article placement shelf.
[0019]
Claim3The described invention is claimed.2In the article mounting shelf described above, each of the second slits includes a plurality of partial slits divided in the left-right direction by a partition extending in the up-down direction. The second convex portion is inserted into each partial slit.Is.
[0020]
This claim3According to the described invention, since the back plate provided with the second slits is continuous in the vertical direction with the partition portion located between the partial slits, the back plate also has a plurality of second slits in the vertical direction. Regardless, the partition portion can suppress a decrease in strength of the back plate.
[0021]
As a result, since the back plate having a plurality of second slits is prevented from lowering in strength by the partition provided between the partial slits, even if the interval between adjacent second slits is narrowed, the shelf plate Strength sufficient to support the rack is obtained, and the minimum adjustment amount of the height position of the shelf board, that is, the degree of freedom in setting the adjustment pitch is increased.
[0027]
Claim4The described invention is claimed.2 orClaim3In the article mounting shelf described above, when the locked portion provided on the second convex portion engages with the locking portion provided on the second shelf receiving portion, the shelf plate moves forward. Is regulated.
[0028]
This claim4According to the described invention, since the locked portion of the second convex portion provided on the shelf plate engages with the locking portion of the second shelf receiving portion provided on the back plate, Although the first convex portion is merely inserted into the first shelf receiving portion, it is difficult to move forward, and the first convex portion is difficult to come out from the first slit opened forward.
[0029]
As a result, in a state where the shelf board is supported by the first and second shelf receiving parts, the locked part of the shelf board and the engaging part of the second shelf receiving part are engaged, so the shelf board is moved forward. It becomes difficult to move, the shelf board can be stably held at a predetermined position, and the shelf board does not move when the article is moved on the shelf board.
[0030]
Claim5The invention described in the article mounting shelf according to any one of
[0031]
This claim5According to the described invention, the concave groove of each second convex portion engages with the convex strip of the second shelf receiving portion, so that the first convex portion of the shelf board is inserted into the first shelf receiving portion. Although it is only, it becomes difficult to move ahead, and it becomes difficult for a 1st convex part to slip out from the 1st slit currently opened ahead. Furthermore, since one ridge of the second shelf support is shared by the first and second shelf plates, there is no need to separately provide a ridge that engages the groove of the first and second shelf plates. The processing and formation are easy, and it is not necessary to increase the thickness of the back plate.
[0032]
As a result, in a state in which the shelf board is supported by the first and second shelf receiving portions, the recessed groove of the shelf plate and the protruding line of the second shelf receiving portion are engaged, so that the shelf board is difficult to move forward. Thus, the shelf board can be stably held at a predetermined position, and the shelf board does not move when an article is moved on the shelf board. Furthermore, since only one ridge is provided on the second shelf receiving portion, it is easy to process the ridge, and it is not necessary to increase the thickness of the back plate to form the ridge. The thickness of the back plate can be reduced, and the article mounting shelf can be reduced in size and weight.
[0033]
Claim6The described invention is claimed.2 orClaimAny one of 4Article placement shelfThe article placement shelf is a duplex shelf having a first shelf portion and a second shelf portion with front sides opposite to the front-rear direction, respectively, and the shelf plates are the first shelf plate and the second shelf plate. The back plate is a single back plate common to the first shelf and the second shelf, and the second convex portion of the first shelf and the second shelf of the second shelf. The two convex portions are supported at different positions in the left-right direction by the second shelf receiving portion,The first shelf board and the second shelf board are shelf boards having the same specifications.
[0034]
This claim6According to the described invention,At the same position in the left-right direction on the support surface of the second shelf receiving portion defined by the plate thickness of the back plate, the rear surfaces of the second convex portions of the first shelf plate and the second shelf plate installed in the same step are It is possible to support each of the second convex portions by using substantially the entire thickness of the back plate without facing each other. As a result, even in the same level shelf receiving section, the first and second shelf boards are supported in a stable state by the thickness of the back board, and by using the total thickness, the board thickness of the back board is also increased. It is possible to reduce the thickness and weight of the article placement shelf.. Furthermore, since the first and second shelf boards have the same specifications, the mass production effect can be exhibited. As a result, it is possible to reduce the cost of the duplex article mounting shelf due to the mass production effect.
[0035]
Claim7The invention described in
[0036]
This claim7According to the described invention,PreviousSince the first shelf receiving portion at the front edge of the side plate is covered by the face decorative member, the object is prevented from coming into contact with the first shelf receiving portion. Further, since each decorative member is detachable, maintenance such as replacement of each decorative member is easy. Furthermore, since the part opened ahead of the slit is covered by the front decorative member, the shelf board is prevented from coming out forward. And the height position of a shelf board can be adjusted by removing the front decorative member made detachable.
[0037]
As a result, the first shelf receiverBeforeSince the object is prevented from coming into contact with the first shelf receiving part by being covered with the face decorative member, it is possible to prevent the first shelf receiving part from being damaged due to the contact of the object. Moreover, since each decorative member is detachable, maintenance is easy. Furthermore, by attaching the front decorative member, the portion of the first slit that is open to the front is covered, so that the shelf board is prevented from slipping forward. And the adjustment of the height position of a shelf board can be easily performed by removing the removable front decorative member.
[0038]
