衛生洗浄装置の温水タンクは、樹脂材料により成形された上・下2つの箱形部品からなり、溶着・もしくはビス締めにより1つの温水タンクとして構成される。また前記温水タンクは、上水道からの供給水をバルブにて一定圧力に調圧後、二次圧として接続入水するための連結管・入水管と、給水温度を感知しタンク内に配設されたヒータに通電加熱制御を行うサーミスタと、出湯及び負圧解除のためのバキュームブレーカが付設された基本構成となっている。また、温水制御装置機能故障に対しバイメタル式の温度過昇防止スイッチと、ヒータ過通電防止に対しフロートスイッチ・温度ヒューズが組み付けられ、安定した温水保持機構構成を成している。
