【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a cleaning tool, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-46189, there is a cleaning tool in which a brush body is rotatably supported on a frame, and dust storage portions (dust rooms) are provided on both front and rear sides of the brush body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The dust scraped off from the floor surface by the brush body is not thrown into the dust storage portion behind the brush body, and may pass through the gap between the dust storage portion and the floor surface, resulting in poor dust collection performance.
[0004]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to reliably capture dust that is scraped off by a scraping body by a dust collector and improve dust collection performance.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of claim 1 is a cleaning tool in which the scraping body is rotatably supported by the frame, and the dust collector disposed at the rear of the scraping body is supported by the frame, and is supported by the frame. A dust collector is provided on one side of the scraper, a dust inlet is provided on the other side, and a dust storage chamber is connected to the dust inlet provided at the top of the dust collector. The scooping body has a rake face part that guides the dust to be scooped up, and a bottom face part that is connected to the rake face part at an acute angle. It is supported so as to be movable up and down with respect to the frame while maintaining.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The cleaning tool 10 rotatably supports a scraping body 12 made of a brush on a front portion of a frame 11 via a rotation shaft 13, and a wheel 14 can be rotated on a rear portion of the frame 11 via a rotation shaft 15. To support.
[0007]
In the frame 11, a dust introduction port 16 having a height H is provided on the front side of the scraping body 12, a dust introduction port 17 is provided on the rear upper part of the scraping body 12, and a dust storage chamber 18 connected to the dust introduction port 17. Is provided.
[0008]
The scraping body 12 includes a scraping portion 12A (brush portion) and a tire portion 12B, and the scraping diameter (brush diameter) of the scraping portion 12A is larger than the tire diameter of the tire portion 12B.
[0009]
A dust collector 20 is supported on the rear side of the scraping body 12 in the frame 11 and on the lower side of the dust inlet 17. The dust collector 20 has a bottom surface portion 20A that is in contact with the floor surface, and a curved (or planar) rake face portion 20B that faces the scraping body 12 without a gap (or via the gap). The support shaft portion 20C is supported in the rectangular holes 21 on both sides of the frame 11 so as to be movable up and down. The dust collector 20 moves the support shaft 20C up and down with respect to the rectangular hole 21, and makes the bottom surface 20A and the bottom end of the scooping surface 20B come into contact with the floor without gaps due to its own weight. All the dust is guided to the dust input port 17 side by the scooping surface portion 20B without escaping the dust scraped off to the rear along the floor surface.
[0010]
The cleaning tool 10 extends the inner surface of the frame 11 from the dust inlet 16 side along the outer periphery of the scraped body 12 obliquely forward, and scrapes the branch portion 11 </ b> A branched from the substantially upper part of the scraped body 12. Scraping large dust that extends to the upper edge forming portion 11B of the dust inlet 17 along the outer periphery of the raising body 12 on the diagonally rear side and clogs the upper edge forming portion 11B with the scraping portion 12A of the lifting body 12. The dropping unit 22 is assumed.
[0011]
The cleaning operation by the cleaning tool 10 is performed as follows.
(1) By moving the cleaning tool 10 forward by an operating force applied to a support arm (not shown) provided on the frame 11, the tire portion 12B of the scraping body 12 is pressed against the floor surface and rotated.
[0012]
(2) When the scraping portion 12A of the scraping body 12 scrapes the dust on the floor surface introduced from the dust introduction port 16 backward, the dust is guided by the rake surface portion 20B of the dust collector 20 and becomes a dust input port. 17 is put into the dust storage chamber 18. The dust thrown into the dust storage chamber 18 is discharged from a discharge port (not shown).
[0013]
The cleaning tool 10 may be used by connecting the dust inlet 17 or the dust storage chamber 18 to the vacuum suction port of the electric vacuum cleaner.
[0014]
Further, when the cleaning tool 10 moves backward, the tail end of the bottom surface 20A of the dust collector 20 is flipped up in a round shape so that the tail end is not caught on the floor surface.
[0015]
According to this embodiment, there are the following operations.
(1) The dust on the floor surface scraped back by the scraping body 12 is scooped up and captured by the scooping surface portion 20B of the dust collecting portion 20, and dust collection efficiency can be improved. Since the rake face portion 20B is in contact with the floor surface, the dust is not slipped further back.
[0016]
(2) Since the dust collector 20 is supported by the frame 11 so as to be movable up and down, the dust collector 20 always has a downward movement behavior by its own weight, and the rake face 20B is always brought into contact with the floor without any gaps.
[0017]
(3) Since the scooping body 12 includes the tire portion 12B, the tire portion 12B is pressed against the floor surface by the weight of the cleaning tool 10 and rotates, thereby reliably rotating the scooping body 12A. Since the scraping diameter is made larger than the tire diameter, the scraping portion 12A strongly sweeps up the dust by the scraping force based on the recovery of the elastic deflection, improving the scraping performance, and dust in the deep fiber of the carpet Can scrape well.
[0018]
(4) Since the dust removing unit 20 is provided only on the rear side of the scraping body 12, and the front side without the dust removing unit 20 is the dust introduction port 16, the dust introduction port 16 has a large amount of dust between the floor surface. An introduction height H is formed, and large dust such as confectionery waste can be collected smoothly.
[0019]
In the present invention, the scraping body is not limited to a brush but may be a sponge, a rubber blade, an elastomer, an elastic protrusion, or the like.
[0020]
In the present invention, the floor is a tatami mat, flooring, carpet or the like, and has a particularly remarkable and unique effect on flooring.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the dust scraped off by the scraper can be reliably captured by the dust collector, and the dust collection performance can be improved.
