Description

【0001】

In addition, it aims to reduce the cost and the delivery time.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, silicon coating is performed on the base material of the thermal transfer sheet, and at least the polyurethane resin for fixing the colorant of the electronic image is strongly adhered on the coating surface. It consists of two layers of polyurethane resin with strong film rigidity and easy to peel off. These layers are peeled off from the base material of the thermal transfer sheet, the peeled surface is placed opposite to the transfer object, and the silicone is placed on top. It was used to print by heating and pressing with an iron or the like with release paper.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
At down coater, a surface layer silico - - Silk subscription anti length force 200 Kg / cm 2 polyurethane resin Pumeruto - Shah at 80 ° C. on a preparative substrate to 130 DEG ° C. - sheet subjected to emissions release treatment After coating and drying, a 40-micron adhesive layer is provided, and a water-soluble polyurethane resin is used so that the adhesive layer is not attacked. And a 10 micron anchoring layer was applied. The thus configured thermal transfer sheet is inserted into an electronic image forming output device (trade name Color Laser Copy Pixel Dio730) manufactured by Canon Inc., and the color toner image is fixed. It was. The resin layer of the thermal transfer sheet to which the color toner image is fixed is peeled off from the base material of the sheet, and the peeled surface is placed opposite to the transfer object to fix the color toner image. A silicone release paper was applied on the layer, and the iron release paper was strongly pressed with an iron at a temperature of 120 ° C. for 10 seconds from the top, and the silicone release paper was immediately peeled off from the transferred material. Then, the color toner image is dissolved in the polyurethane resin having a three-dimensional structure and porous unfired silica and added firmly, and the color of the transferred material is suppressed by mixing titanium oxide. The image became clear. Also, there is nothing on the color toner image even after washing, so it is clear and not discolored, and the adhesive layer adheres to the fiber in an anchor shape without being affected by the color toner image fixing layer, thereby obtaining strength. As a result, it is possible to obtain a printed product of a color image which is simple, inexpensive, robust and clear in a short time.
[0007]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
In FIG. 1, using a silk screen printer, solvent-based polyurethane resin (manufactured by Dainippon Ink Co., Ltd.) was applied on the silicone coating surface of the base material (1) of single-sided silicone coating paper 90 g / m 2 . ) Crisbon AH500 (2) was applied with a dry film for 40 microns. Next, 15 parts of titanium oxide and 3 parts of silicon powder (manufactured by Shionogi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) Carplex FPS-2 were mixed together with 1 part of quaternary ammonium salt into water-soluble polyurethane resin (manufactured by Dainichi Seika Kogyo Co., Ltd.) Seikaprene UD710. (3) was coated with 10 micron dry film.
[0009]
In FIG. 2, the thermal transfer sheet obtained as described above is inserted into an electronic image forming output device (product name: Color Laser Copy Pixel Dio730) manufactured by Canon using a color toner. Then, the color toner image was fixed.
[0010]
Next, in FIG. 3, the polyurethane resin layer to which the color toner image is fixed is peeled off from the substrate (1), and the peeled surface (solvent-based polyurethane resin AH500) side is placed relative to the cotton fabric. Furthermore, the silicon coating surface of the peeled base material (1) is made to face the color toner image surface, and is pressed from the top with an iron at a temperature of 120 ° C. for 10 seconds to form the base material (1). I peeled off. As a result, a clear color toner image was printed in a shape conforming to the fabric.
[0011]
The thermal transfer sheet of the present invention has a coating film thickness of 50 microns, and the polyurethane resin of the adhesive layer exhibits a sharp melt melt viscosity from 80 ° C., so it can be held by hand from the surface of the silicon coat at room temperature. When heat transfer, when the colortoner is at a fixing temperature of 120 ° C., the adhesive layer from 40 microns is at the melting point, so that it is anchored to the fabric sufficiently by heating pressure such as iron. In addition, the color toner was added and fixed to the surface of the polyurethane resin having a three-dimensional structure, so that it was possible to obtain a clear color toner image print without changing color after washing. .
[0012]
The printed fabric obtained above was subjected to a dyeing fastness washing test in a physical property test of the Fukui Industrial Technology Center, and in JIS L0844 A-3 method at Engineering No. 714 dated October 11, 1996. Good results were obtained with a discoloration color of grade 4 and a contamination grade of 5.
[0013]
The present embodiment is configured as described above, but the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a color toner image is fixed on a thermal transfer sheet using an electronic image forming output device, and is peeled off together with the resin layer from the substrate, and the peeled surface is covered. Place it relative to the transfer material, apply release paper from the top and heat and press with an iron etc. to make the color toner image difficult to insert into the resin part, and at the same time, the adhesive layer adheres to the transfer object in an anchor shape and is strong Therefore, even after washing, it is solid with almost no discoloration, and the polyurethane resin has a good texture. Therefore, the present invention provides an industrial utility value by omitting the plate making process and providing a clear printed matter by an electronic image forming output device in a short time, which is simple, inexpensive and robust to a transferred material.
