Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating a damaged filter cloth of a dust collector.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of the dust collector is shown in FIGS. In the figure, the dust collector 1 is divided into a casing 2 by a thimble plate 3 and divided into a dust-containing air chamber 4 and a purified air chamber 5 at the top. A large number of filter cloths 10 are suspended on the thimble plate 3 to contain dust. The dust-containing air introduced into the air chamber 4 is filtered by the filter cloth 10 and discharged through the purified air chamber 5. The filter cloth 10 has a reverse injection pipe 12 for removing accumulated dust. Each filter cloth 10 includes a nozzle 13, and a cage 11 having an upper end attached to the nozzle 13 is inserted in the filter cloth 10 in order to maintain a predetermined bulge. 6 is an exhaust fan, 14 is a high-pressure air supply pipe for reverse injection, and 15 is a pressure air supply switching valve to each reverse injection pipe. Reference numeral 16 denotes an upper attachment flange of the filter cloth 10, 17 denotes a fastening band, and 19 denotes a centering bolt attached to the upper flange 18 of the nozzle.
[0003]
As a result, the dust-containing air introduced into the dust-containing air chamber is filtered by the filter cloth 10, and the dust adhering to the filter cloth is automatically reverse-injected from the reverse-injection pipe 12 when reaching a predetermined negative pressure. Is removed. However, the dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter cloth due to long-term use, and cannot be removed by the above-described reverse injection, and may be removed and cleaned. In this case, a method is adopted in which the case 11 is pulled up and the filter cloth is then dropped into the dust-containing air chamber and taken out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the filter cloth 10 may be damaged during use. In this case, dust has entered and accumulated in the filter cloth. Therefore, the filter cloth 10 and the cage 11 are in close contact with each other, and when the filter cloth 10 is removed, the filter cloth 10 cannot be dropped into the dust-containing air chamber 4 as it is, and pulling up with the cage 11 stains the vicinity. At the same time, it cannot be lifted up from the bag filter mounting hole 3a of the thimble plate 3 as it is, and it is lifted up together with the cage 11 while cutting the filter cloth to remove the accumulated dust and remove the cage 11 Has been adopted.
[0005]
However, when this method is used, dust is scattered, and health problems for workers and contamination to the surroundings cannot be avoided.
