BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom counter mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in the bathroom, a shelf board is projected substantially horizontally from the wall surface, and a curtain plate is suspended from the front surface of the shelf board, and water is supplied to the space below the shelf board that is blindfolded from the front surface by the curtain board. A bathroom counter is formed by arranging pipes that communicate with pipes and lead to currants and showers. Here, the shelf board is fixed from the lower surface by a plurality of carriers arranged side by side along the wall surface of the bathroom, and the curtain is fixed to the front surface of the carrier. As shown in FIG. 13, the carrier 1 'is formed in a rectangular frame, and the pipe is inserted and disposed in the frame interior 5 surrounded by the rectangular frame. The piping 40 shown in FIG. 13 shows piping which reaches the currant etc. arrange | positioned along the lower surface of a shelf among the said piping.
[0003]
The construction of the bathroom counter using the carrier 1 ′ formed in the rectangular frame described above is performed by first mounting the carrier 1 ′ on the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and then piping in the frame interior 5 of the carrier 1 ′ in a substantially horizontal direction. And finally, the shelf board and the curtain board are fixed to the carrier 1 ′. In this way, in the construction in which the pipe is arranged in the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 ′ having the rectangular frame, the pipe is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction through the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 ′ already attached to the wall surface 2. That is, it is only possible to adopt such a construction method, that is, it is not possible to adopt a construction method such as arranging a pipe arranged in advance under the shelf board in the frame interior 5 when fixing the carrier 1 'to the wall surface. It is. For this reason, it has been pointed out that the workability is poor such that it is not possible to perform flexible construction such as changing the order of fixing the carrier 1 ′ to the wall surface and arranging the pipes.
[0004]
Also, in cold districts, when the bathroom is not in use, the water staying in the pipe placed below the shelf board may freeze, so the drain plug that can drain the bottom end of the pipe The water draining work is performed by opening the drain plug and discharging the water remaining in the pipe to the outside of the pipe. However, as described above, since the pipes are arranged so as to penetrate the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 ′, the arrangement positions thereof are limited. For example,FIG.As shown in Fig. 4, in the pipe 40 arranged below the shelf board, the pipe 40 arranged along the lower surface of the shelf board is bent downward so as to avoid a portion on which the shelf board of the carrier 1 'is placed. In such a case, the water remaining in the bent portion of the pipe 40 is not completely drained, so that residual water remains in the pipe 40 and the bent portion of the pipe 40 is left. There is a problem that the remaining water in the pipe 40 is frozen, thereby blocking the pipe 40 or damaging the pipe 40 due to the volume expansion of water due to freezing.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points,In addition to providing a bathroom counter mounting structure that improves the workability of the bathroom counter, including the installation of piping inside the carrier frame,It is an object of the present invention to provide a bathroom counter mounting structure that reliably drains the pipe.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the bathroom counter mounting structure according to claim 1 of the present invention has a shelf plate 3 protruding substantially horizontally from the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and the curtain plate 4 is suspended from the front end of the shelf plate 3. And place and fix the lower surface of the shelf 3With the shelf mounting part 10Fix the back of the curtain 4It has a curtain plate fixing part 12 and a wall surface fixing part 11 for fixing to the wall surface 2 of the bathroom.A plurality of rectangular frame carriers 1 are arranged side by side along the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and a part of the carrier 1 is provided with a notch opening 6 that communicates with the inside 5 of the frame surrounded by the rectangular frame carrier 1. A pipe such as a water supply pipe to be arranged below 3 is arranged inside the frame 5 of the carrier 1.A faucet to which the above-mentioned piping is connected by attaching and temporarily fixing the attaching portion 14 made of a hook-and-loop fastener provided on the curtain plate fixing portion 12 to the adherend portion provided on the back surface of the curtain plate 4 Is fixed to the wall surface 2 of the bathroom so as to be arranged below the shelf board 3 and the curtain 4 is fixed to the faucet. It is characterized by that. This,AhAfter the carrier 1 is fixed to the wall surface 2, the carrier 1 can be brought close to the pipe arranged in the bathroom from above, and the pipe can be positioned inside the frame 5 through the notch opening 6 provided in the carrier 1. As a matter of course, it is possible to install the pipe in the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1, as well as to install the pipe arranged in the bathroom in the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 when fixing the carrier 1 to the wall surface. It can be done flexibly by increasing the variation of the bathroom counter construction method,In addition, since the curtain plate 4 is structured so that it can be permanently fixed after being temporarily fixed, the workability of positioning and fixing the curtain plate 4 is improved, and the bathroom counterIt is possible to improve the workability.
[0007]
Moreover, the mounting structure of the bathroom counter according to claim 2 of the present invention is the notch recess 8 according to claim 1, which is notched upwardly in the shelf mounting part 10 of the carrier 1 on which the shelf 3 is mounted. And a drain plug 9 is provided at the lowermost part of the pipe arranged below the shelf 3 and the pipe arranged along the lower surface of the shelf is inserted into the notch recess 8. It is characterized by that. As a result, the notch recess 8 is formed in the lower surface of the shelf mounting part 10 of the carrier 1 on which the shelf 3 is placed so as to be recessed upward, so that it is arranged along the lower surface of the shelf 3. The pipe can be inserted into the notch recess 8 and arranged in a straight line. That is, the pipe is arranged along the lower surface of the shelf 3 that may have occurred in the carrier 1 ′ without the notch recess 8 of the prior art. There is no situation where the pipe is bent downward so as to avoid the carrier 1 ′. Therefore, the water staying in the pipe is not delayed from the drain plug 9 provided at the lowermost end portion of the pipe. It can be discharged.

[0010]
The bathroom counter places and fixes the shelf 3 on the upper surface of the carrier 1 fixed along the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and fixes the curtain plate 4 on the front surface of the carrier 1, and the shelf 3 is the wall surface of the bathroom. 2 so that the curtain plate 4 is suspended from the front end of the shelf 3 and a pipe that communicates with a water supply pipe or the like to reach a currant or shower is arranged below the shelf 3. Configured. Details will be described below.
[0011]
The carrier 1 is a rectangular frame in which a rectangular lower side formed by upper and lower horizontal sides and left and right vertical sides is deleted. The example of the carrier 1 shown in FIG. 1 is an example in which the rectangular frame has a U-shape that is opened downward by deleting all of the lower side of the rectangular shape. The example of the carrier 1 shown in FIG. 12 is an example in which a part of the lower side 37 of the rectangular frame is deleted. The horizontal horizontal frame 1a which is the upper side of the rectangular frame constitutes a shelf mounting part 10 for mounting the shelf 3 on the upper surface, and one of the pair of vertical vertical frames 1b which are the vertical sides of the rectangular frame. The vertical vertical frame 1 b constitutes a wall surface fixing portion 11 that is fixed to the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and the other vertical vertical frame 1 b constitutes a curtain plate fixing portion 12 that fixes the curtain plate 4. The horizontal horizontal frame 1a and the vertical vertical frame 1b of the carrier 1 each have a L-shaped cross section, which is the same as the above for the fixed piece 35 that fixes the shelf board 3, the curtain board 4 and the wall surface 2. This is because the reinforcing piece 36 for reinforcing the fixed piece 35 is provided to improve the rigidity of the carrier 1. Here, the opening formed by deleting the lower side of the rectangular frame is referred to as a notch opening 6, and communicates with the notch opening 6 and is a space surrounded by the horizontal horizontal frame 1 a and the pair of vertical vertical frames 1 b. This is called internal 5. A plurality of insertion holes 13 through which fixing tools 15 such as screws are inserted are provided in one vertical vertical frame 1b which is the wall surface fixing portion 11 and horizontal horizontal frame 1a which is the shelf mounting portion 10, respectively. A sticking portion 14 made of a hook-and-loop fastener is provided on the front side of the other vertical vertical frame 1b that is the fixing portion 12, and a concave shape is formed upward on the lower surface of the horizontal horizontal frame 1a that is the shelf mounting portion 10. A notch recess 8 is provided in the notch. The insertion hole 13 provided in the one vertical vertical frame 1b which is the wall surface fixing portion 11 is formed in a long hole formed vertically so as to be able to finely adjust the height position to the wall surface 2 of the carrier 1. (FIG. 3). The carrier 1 is disposed at a total of four locations, that is, both end portions of the shelf plate 3 in the front view width direction and two locations therebetween (FIG. 2).
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 4, the shelf plate 3 is formed by projecting a locking projection 3 b downward across the front end of the horizontal plate 3 a. The lower surface of the horizontal plate portion 3 a of the shelf plate 3 is placed on the shelf plate placement portion 10 of the carrier 1 and fixed via the fixing tool 15. At this time, the shelf board 3 is fixed to the carrier 1 substantially horizontally so that at least the horizontal board portion 3a of the shelf board 3 is in a horizontal state or is inclined so that the front side is positioned slightly downward. In order to adjust the fixing of the shelf 3 to the carrier 1 in a substantially horizontal state, for example, a spacer member (not shown) is placed at an appropriate position between the shelf placement part 10 of the carrier 1 and the lower surface of the horizontal plate 3a. Or the like). In this example, the upper surface of the shelf board 3 is provided so as to be substantially continuous with the upper surface flange 34a of the bathtub 34 (FIG. 2).
As shown in FIG. 7, the curtain plate 4 has a stepped portion 4b recessed at the back over the upper end of a hanging flat plate-like front plate portion 4a provided with a decorative stepped portion 4c in the lower portion, and is arranged in the front view width direction. A central recess 32 is provided in the central portion so as to be recessed on the wall surface side. Further, an operation portion insertion hole 22 and an inspection portion 23 are provided at appropriate positions. The curtain plate 4 is fixed by locking the stepped portion 4b to the back surface of the locking projection 3b of the shelf plate 3 and bringing the back surface of the front plate portion 4a into contact with the curtain plate fixing portion 12 of the carrier 1. . This fixing is performed by detachably attaching an adherend portion (not shown) provided on the back surface of the front plate portion 4 a to the sticking portion 14 of the curtain plate fixing portion 12 of the carrier 1. Strictly speaking, the curtain 4 is temporarily fixed by adhering the adhering portion 14 and the adherend portion, and is screwed to the mounting base 27 of the hot water mixing operation portion 20 and the flow path switching operation portion 21 described later. Strong final fixing is performed by the tightening nut 28 to be combined. As described above, the structure that can be permanently fixed after temporary fixing improves the workability of positioning and fixing the curtain plate 4.
[0013]
As described above, in the space blinded from the front by the curtain plate 4 below the shelf plate 3, a pipe that communicates with a water supply pipe or the like to reach a currant or a shower is disposed. In this example, FIG. As shown, the mixing faucet 16 integrally connecting the water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe introduced from the outside of the bathroom is disposed at a position below one end of the shelf board 3 in the front view width direction, and A shower pipe 17 leading from the mixing faucet 16 to a shower (not shown) and a currant pipe 19 leading to the currant and the water discharge port 18 are respectively arranged along the lower surface of the shelf board 3.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the mixing faucet 16 includes a hot water mixing valve capable of changing the mixing ratio of hot water and water, and a flow path for switching the mixed hot water flow path to the shower pipe 17 or the currant pipe 19. The shower pipe 17 and the currant pipe 19 are provided with a switching valve, and water and hot water supplied from a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe connected at the lower end are connected to the upper end via the hot water mixing valve and the flow path switching valve. It has a structure that distributes water. The hot and cold water mixing valve is operated by the hot and cold water mixing operation unit 20, and the flow path switching valve is operated by the flow path switching operation unit 21. The hot and cold mixing operation section 20 and the flow path switching operation section 21 are exposed to the front from the operation section insertion holes 22 of the curtain plate 4 so that the hot and cold mixing valve and the flow path switching valve can be operated from inside the bathroom. . A pair of drain plugs 9 are provided at the lowermost position of the mixed water tap 16 corresponding to the connecting portions of the water supply pipe and the hot water supply pipe, respectively. The predetermined portion of the curtain plate 4 located in front of the drain plug 9 can be operated from the inside of the bathroom and the inspection section 23 can be opened and closed so that the drained water can be discharged into the bathroom. Is provided. Further, the water discharge port 18 is fixed to the lower surface of the shelf plate 3, which is a substantially central portion of the shelf plate 3 in the front view width direction, and the currant pipe 19 extends along the lower surface of the shelf plate 3 toward the water discharge port 18. Is arranged. At this time, the currant pipe 19 is inserted through the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 on which the shelf board 3 is fixedly supported, but is inserted through a notch recess 8 provided in the horizontal horizontal frame 1a of the carrier 1 ( FIG. 1). The shower pipe 17 is arranged on the opposite side of the currant pipe 19 and is led out of the bathroom from the wall surface 2 ′ adjacent to the wall surface 2 of the bathroom, and reaches the shower located in the upper part of the bathroom. This shower pipe 17 is also arranged along the lower surface of the shelf board 3 in the same manner as the currant pipe 19, and the notch recess 8 provided in the horizontal horizontal frame 1 a of the carrier 1 is inserted in a portion through which the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1 is inserted. I am letting. The water outlet 18 is exposed from the central recess 32 of the curtain 4 into the bathroom.
[0015]
Further, a second-stage counter 33 is provided at the lowermost position of the curtain plate 4 below the bathroom counter formed using the carrier 1, and below the shelf board 3 on which the above-described piping and the like are disposed. This space is also blindfolded from below to improve the appearance (FIG. 6).
[0016]
Here, the structure of the hot water / mixing operation unit 20 and the flow path switching operation unit 21 will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the hot water / mixing operation section 20 and the flow path switching operation section 21 are each provided with a pair of columnar mounting bases 27 protruding from the front of the mixing tap 16 on the curtain plate 4. A fastening nut 28 provided with an O-ring 28a and a cap 29 provided with a display part 29a are sequentially attached to the mounting base 27 through the operation part insertion hole 22 that has been penetrated, and the mounting base 27 is attached to the central position of the mounting base 27. The operation handle 30 is attached to an operation shaft 27 a that protrudes further forward from 27, and a cap 31 is attached to the front surface of the handle 30. A screw portion 27b is provided on the peripheral portion of the mounting base 27, and a screw portion 28b is also provided on the inner peripheral side of the tightening nut 28. The screw portions 27b and 28b are screwed together to tighten the tightening nut. By tightening 28 on the mounting base 27, the curtain plate 4 is sandwiched between the mounting base 27 and the tightening nut 29. At this time, the tightening nut 28 abuts the O-ring 28 a against the curtain plate 4, and a watertight structure is formed between the curtain plate 4 and the tightening nut 28. The tightening nut 28 is covered with a cap 29 and is hidden from the front surface so that the appearance is improved. A lever 30a is projected in the outer peripheral direction on the operation handle 30 in which an operation shaft 27a, which is a rotating shaft body for directly operating the valve body of each valve, is inserted and fixed, and the cap 29 indicated by the lever 30a is displayed. By aligning the portion 29a with the state of the valve body, each valve can be reliably operated by a visual operation of aligning the lever 30a with the display portion 29a. The cap 31 is attached to the central portion of the operation handle 30 so that the operation shaft 27a inserted into the operation handle 30 is hidden from the front surface.
[0017]
Further, the structure of the inspection unit 23 of the curtain 4 described above will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the inspection portion 23 is provided on the curtain plate 4 so as to be openable and closable with a structure in which a cover member 25 is detachably attached to an inspection hole 24 that penetrates the curtain plate 4. The lid member 25 is provided with a thin plate portion 25a formed in a plate shape like the curtain plate 4 on the front surface, and a thick wall portion 25b formed in a thick plate shape with a rubber member such as silicon on the back surface of the thin plate portion 25a, The locking recess 26 is formed by cutting out at least the upper and lower ends of the thick portion 25b. The lid member 25 can be detachably attached by fitting the locking recess 26 to the peripheral portion of the inspection hole 24. In order to attach the lid member 25 to the inspection hole 24, a locking recess 26 below the lid member 25 is fitted into the lower end of the inspection hole 24 (FIG. 10A), and the locking recess below the lid member 25 is inserted. The upper part of the lid member 25 is pushed so as to rotate backward about the point 26 [FIG. 10B], and the locking recess 26 above the lid member 25 is fitted into the upper end of the inspection hole 24 [FIG. 10 (c)]. Further, in order to remove the lid member 25 from the inspection hole 24, a fingernail or the like is hooked on a locking recess 26 below the lid member 25, and the lid member 25 is lifted upward to engage the lower portion of the lid member 25. The fitting between the retaining recess 26 and the lower end of the inspection hole 24 is released [FIG. 11 (a)], and the lower portion of the lid 25 is rotated forward about the locking recess 26 above the lid 25. [FIG. 11B] is performed by pulling in this manner. As described above, since the thick portion 25b formed of the rubber member forms the locking recess 26, even if an impact is applied to the inspection hole 24 from the outside, the thick portion 25b is affected by the impact. In addition, in this example, the upper and lower ends of the thick portion 25b are tapered so as to spread outward as they go to the back, so that the locking recess 26 is formed. Even if the thickness of the curtain plate 4 at the peripheral portion of the inspection hole 24 inserted into the latch recess 26 of the lid member 25 varies, the latch recess 26 absorbs the thickness of the curtain plate 4 which is the above-mentioned mixture. It is obtained, and is provided with high stability of mounting the lid member 25 on the inspection hole 24.
[0018]
When constructing the bathroom counter having the above-described configuration, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the mixing faucet 16, the currant pipe 19 and the shower pipe 17 are disposed in the bathroom and the carrier 1 is attached to the wall surface of the bathroom. Temporarily fix to 2. At this time, the currant pipe 19 and the shower pipe 17 are arranged inside the frame 5 of the carrier 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the shelf 3 is fixed to the shelf placement part 10 of the carrier 1. At this time, the plurality of carriers 1 are fixed to the wall surface 2 while adjusting the vertical position so that the shelf board 3 is horizontally arranged at a predetermined position. The vertical position adjustment of the carrier 1 to the wall surface 2 is performed by inserting the fixing tool 15 into an arbitrary position of the insertion hole 13 of the wall surface fixing portion 11 which is a long hole that is long in the vertical direction. In contrast, the fixing tool 15 is firmly placed on the wall surface 2 by sliding it up and down to a predetermined position. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, a second-stage counter 33 is installed. Next, the curtain 4 is attached to the carrier 1 as shown in FIG. At this time, as described above, after temporary fixing by sticking the sticking part 14 of the carrier 1 and the sticking part of the curtain plate 4, the mounting base of the hot water mixing operation part 20 and the channel switching operation part 21 The main fixing is performed firmly by a tightening nut 28 screwed onto the screw 27. And finally, as shown in FIG. 8, installation construction of the operation handle 30 etc. of the hot water mixing operation part 20 and the flow-path switching operation part 21 is performed.
[0019]
Here, in the construction in which the shower piping 17 and the currant piping 19 (hereinafter referred to as each piping), which is the first construction step, are arranged in the frame inside 5 of the carrier 1, each piping is arranged in advance in the bathroom. Later, the carrier 1 is fixed to the wall surface 2 of the bathroom to form a bathroom counter, or after the carrier 1 is fixed to the wall surface 2 to form the bathroom counter, each pipe is horizontally oriented in the frame interior 5 of the carrier 1 Although the construction method which is made to penetrate and arrange | positions can be considered, in the bathroom counter using the carrier 1 which provided the notch opening 6 of this example, any of the said construction methods can be employ | adopted. That is, the carrier 1 provided with the notch opening 6 in this example makes the former construction method possible by positioning each pipe arranged in the bathroom in advance in the frame interior 5 through the notch opening 6. In view of the fact that only the latter construction method could be adopted in the carrier 1 ′ not provided with the notch opening 6 of the prior art, in the construction of the bathroom counter using the carrier 1 provided with the notch opening 6 of this example, After fixing the carrier 1 to the wall surface 2, it is possible to install each pipe in the inside 5 of the frame of the carrier 1, and when fixing the carrier 1 to the wall surface in advance, Construction to be arranged in the frame interior 5 is also possible. By increasing variations in the construction method of the bathroom counter, flexible construction can be performed and workability can be improved.
[0020]
Also, in cold districts and the like, water staying in each pipe arranged below the shelf 3 when the bathroom is not used may freeze, so that water staying in each pipe when the bathroom is not used. The punching work is performed. This draining operation is performed, for example, as follows in the bathroom counter of this example. First, the main plugs of the hot water supply pipe and the water supply pipe are tightened. Next, the inspection part 23 of the curtain plate 4 is opened, and the drain plugs 9 provided at the lowermost end part of the mixing faucet 16 are opened. And the hot water mixing operation part 20 is operated, and the hot water mixing valve is made into the state which connects a hot water supply pipe and a water supply pipe. Finally, the flow path switching operation unit 21 is operated to switch the flow path switching valve between a state where it is communicated with the shower pipe 17 and a state where it is communicated with the currant pipe 19. In the bathroom counter of this example, since each pipe can be arranged in a straight line along the lower surface of the shelf board 3, the above-mentioned pipe that may have occurred in the carrier 1 'of the prior art is lowered so as to avoid the carrier 1'. Therefore, the water staying in the pipe can be completely discharged to the bathroom through the drain plug 9. In addition, if the drain plug 9 is positioned at the lowest end on the bathroom side from the main plug of the hot water supply pipe and the water supply pipe, the remaining water in the hot water supply pipe and the water supply pipe on the bathroom side from the main plug is also drained in the draining operation. 9 can be discharged into the bathroom. In this way, in the bathroom counter of this example, it is possible to perform the drainage operation of the water staying in each pipe so that the remaining water does not remain in each pipe. It is possible to reliably eliminate the fact that the remaining water in the pipe in the pipe is blocked by freezing and that the pipe is damaged by the volume expansion of the water due to freezing of the remaining water. is there.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
In the bathroom counter mounting structure according to claim 1 of the present invention as described above, the shelf board is projected substantially horizontally from the wall surface of the bathroom, the curtain board is suspended from the front end of the shelf board, Place and fix the bottom of the plateWith shelf placement unitSecure the back of the curtainIt had a curtain fixing part and a wall fixing part fixed to the wall of the bathroomA plurality of rectangular frame carriers arranged side by side along the wall of the bathroom, a cutout opening communicating with the inside of the frame surrounded by the rectangular frame carrier is provided in a part of the carrier, and the water supply is arranged below the shelf board Since pipes such as pipes are arranged inside the frame of the carrier, in the construction of the bathroom counter, the carrier is brought close to the pipe arranged in advance in the bathroom from above, and the pipe is brought into the frame through a notch opening provided in the carrier. Since it can be positioned, it is possible to install the pipe inside the carrier frame after fixing the carrier to the wall surface, as well as the carrier frame when fixing the carrier arranged in the bathroom in advance to the wall surface. It can also be installed inside, and only the former construction method can be used for carriers that do not have a conventional notch opening. Considering that was, since in the construction of bathroom counter using carrier having a cutout opening of the examples that may be be one large degree of freedom in construction methods than traditional performing ad hoc construction,Bathroom counterIt is possible to improve the workability. In addition, a sticking portion made of a hook-and-loop fastener provided in the curtain plate fixing portion is detachably attached to a sticking portion provided on the back surface of the curtain plate and temporarily fixed, and the faucet to which the pipe is connected is placed on the shelf. Since the curtain plate is fixed to the wall of the bathroom so as to be disposed below the plate, and the curtain plate is permanently fixed to the faucet, that is, the curtain plate has a structure capable of performing permanent fixation after temporary fixing. The workability of positioning and fixing the curtain is improved, and the workability of the bathroom counter can be improved.
[0022]
Further, in the bathroom counter mounting structure according to claim 2 of the present invention, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the upper surface is cut in a concave shape on the lower surface of the shelf placing portion of the carrier on which the shelf is placed. A notch recess is formed, a drain plug is provided at the lowermost end of the pipe arranged below the shelf, and the pipe arranged along the lower surface of the shelf is inserted into the notch. Since it is arranged, for example, the pipe arranged along the lower surface of the shelf board can also be inserted and arranged in the notch recess, and can be arranged in a straight line, that is, in the carrier not provided with the notch recess of the prior art The above-mentioned piping that may have occurred is not bent and arranged so as to avoid the carrier. Therefore, the water that drains the water remaining in the piping from the drain plug provided at the lowest end of the piping Ensure that the draining operation does not leave residual water in the piping. The remaining water in the pipe at the bent part of the pipe that could have occurred in the prior art is frozen, which may block the pipe or damage the pipe due to the volume expansion of the water due to freezing. It can be surely eliminated.
