Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, the protective tube (sheath tube) of the water supply hot water pipe, a bend pipe is again and again relates shall be used to pipe Curved flexible tube raised, such as conduit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one of the conventional bent pipes, one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 1-334489 is known. A curved pipe A ′ shown in FIGS. 15 and 16 is for bending a flexible pipe by raising a flexible pipe. A pipe body M ′ having a fitting groove 31 that can be fitted over the entire length, and both ends of the pipe body M ′ in the bending direction. A pair of closing lids 33 are respectively fitted to the provided fittings 32 and partially closed at both ends of the fitting groove 31. The plumbing tool main body M ′ is fixed to the floor lower surface or the like via a pair of legs 34 attached to the central portion in the bending direction without interfering with the opening.
[0003]
For example, in order to start up the protective pipe (sheath pipe) P for inserting and protecting the hot water supply pipe using the curved pipe fitting A ′, it is performed as follows. First, after the protective pipe P is bent and inserted into the fitting groove 31 from the opening on the back side of the pipe body M ′, the pipe is inserted into each fitting rod 32 at both ends of the pipe body M ′. Protective pipes P fitted into the fitting grooves 31 inside the fitting body M ′ by bending the closure lid 33 from the bending direction of the fitting body M ′ and bending the fitting body M ′ in the bending direction, It is prevented from coming out in the direction of the bending radius. In this state, the curved pipe fitting A ′ is fixed to the floor lower surface G through the pair of legs 34 and the protective pipe P is piped, and a hot water pipe (not shown) is connected from one end of the protective pipe P. Z) is pushed through.
[0004]
However, when this hot water pipe is passed through the protective pipe P, the curved portion of the protective pipe P is displaced with respect to the curved pipe fitting A ′ due to the resistance of the pipe, and is shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. As shown, the curved diameter of the protective tube P tends to be smaller. As a result, the pipe resistance of the hot water supply pipe is further increased, making it difficult or impossible. As described above, this defect is not only in the case where the pipes are passed through the flexible pipe, but also in the case where the wires such as the electric wires are passed through another flexible pipe such as a bent pipe. Also occurs in exactly the same way.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a bent piping device that can pass and pass through a bent portion of a flexible pipe without any trouble when the pipe is connected to or passed through a bent portion of a bent pipe at a rising portion. It is said.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve this problem, the invention of claim 1 is provided with a plumbing fixture main body that is bent in an arc shape as a whole and rises a flexible pipe to be fitted into the fitting groove inside thereof to bend the pipe. In the bent piping tool, the piping tool main body has a fitting holding portion whose outer peripheral side is opened, and a bending diameter of the flexible tube fitted into the fitting groove of the fitting holding portion is reduced. A diameter-reducing prevention tool for preventing the flexible tube from being pulled out to the outside in the bending direction, and a mounted portion for attaching to the central part in the longitudinal direction. The diameter-reducing prevention tool is a bind wire or a bar. The attached portion is constituted by an insertion hole through which a bind line or a bar can be inserted, and the insertion hole is arranged so that the bind line or the bar extends between the openings of the insertion holding portion. It is provided to face the part across the opening in the main body. To have.
Here, the “small diameter prevention tool” means that the fitting groove is partially covered in the portion excluding both ends of the piping tool body, and can be applied to the piping tool body by resistance at the time of passing and passing. It means a member for preventing the bending diameter of the flexible tube inserted into the insertion groove from being reduced by shifting the flexible tube.
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, after the flexible tube is inserted into the inner insertion groove from the opening on the outer periphery side of the arc-shaped insertion holding portion, the attachment portion at the center portion in the longitudinal direction of the pipe body is attached. By attaching the diameter reduction preventing tool, the fitting groove is partially covered from the outer peripheral side, the piping tool body is fixed to the floor lower surface or the like, and the flexible pipe is raised and bent. Thereafter, a pipe such as a hot water supply pipe or a wire such as an electric wire is inserted from one end of the flexible pipe to pass through or pass through. Even when these pipes or wires reach the bent portion of the flexible tube that is bent and supported by the bent pipe fitting, the bent portion of the flexible tube has a simple configuration with a reduced diameter. It is possible to reliably prevent the flexible tube inserted into the insertion groove by the binding wire or the bar, which is a prevention tool, from coming out to the outside in the bending direction, and the flexible tube is not displaced with respect to the piping device body. The pipes and wires follow the curved shape of the flexible tube, and are smoothly fed while being bent, and are passed through. Further, since the attached portion for attaching the diameter reduction preventing tool to the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the plumbing tool main body is constituted by the insertion hole, it is easy to insert the binding wire or the bar into the insertion hole. .
[0008]
Further, the invention of claim 2, in the invention of claim 1, wherein the insertion hole, to a plurality arranged longitudinally along the bend in the pipe tool body, the function and effect of the invention of claim 1 In addition, the flexible tube fitted in the fitting groove is easy to follow along the bending direction of the pipe body, so that the structure is further prevented from coming out to the outside in the bending direction.
[0009]

The closing ring R is detachably attached to one end.
[0010]
The plumbing tool body M includes a quarter-arc-shaped fitting holding part 1 for fitting and holding the bent part of the protective pipe P, and an opening side of the fitting holding part 1 in order to make it self-supporting. It is comprised with a pair of standing board part 2 extended and formed in the outer peripheral side as it is. For this reason, the overall shape of the side surface of the piping body M is an irregular isosceles triangular shape with an arcuate hypotenuse, and only the raised upper end portion has a predetermined length from the upper end downward. The tube insertion part 3 has an irregular cylindrical shape whose side is closed and the cross-sectional area increases toward the upper end, but the outer peripheral side of the remaining part is all open. That is, a pair of upright plate portions 2 formed by extending the opening side of the insertion holding portion 1 as it is toward the outer peripheral side are parallel to each other and facing each other, and the lower end surface 2a is formed by the tube insertion portion. 3 is formed in parallel with the upper end surface 3a, and the side end surface 2b of the upright plate portion 2 which is the back side of the entire piping body M is formed at right angles to the lower end surface 2a.
[0011]
For this reason, the outer peripheral side, which is the back surface of the pipe body M, is all opened in the portion of the pair of upright plate portions 2 constituting this except for the pipe insertion portion 3, and by this opening structure, The protective tube P can be inserted from the back side of the piping body M. In addition, when only a part of a pair of standing plate part 2 is seen, it opens in both the lower surface and the back surface, and the back side of this pair of standing plate part 2 is rather than the back side of the said tube insertion part 3. An opening is made in a state of slightly entering inside. With this structure, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, when the pipe body M is installed at the corner between the wall surface W and the floor lower surface G, foreign matters exist in the corner. Moreover, it becomes possible to install the plumbing tool body M at the corners without any trouble. Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the cross-sectional shape of the quarter-arc fitting and holding portion 1 has the same substantially U shape over the entire length, and the inner groove portion thereof. Forms a fitting groove 4 for fitting the bent portion of the protective tube P.
[0012]
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the plumbing tool main body M is provided with the upright plate portions 2 parallel to each other at the side end portion, and the side end surface has a U-shape over the entire circumference. A ring fitting portion 6 having a half-cylindrical shape into which the closing ring R is fitted on the outer peripheral side is fitted on the outer side of the case 5. The holding portion 1 extends in the bending direction. For this reason, a large step portion is formed at the base end portion of the ring fitting portion 6 of the pipe body M in a side view. On the outer peripheral surface of the end portion along the direction of the insertion groove 4 of the ring fitting portion 6, a plurality of retaining protrusions 7 project from the circumferential direction.
[0013]
In addition, a binding line B (described later) is inserted into a central portion in the bending direction of the insertion holding portion 1 in the piping body M, and the connection portion between the insertion holding portion 1 and the pair of upright plate portions 2. A plurality of bind wire insertion holes 8 are provided at predetermined intervals along the direction of the insertion groove 4. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 13, auxiliary fixing rods 9 are respectively provided on the front and rear ends of the lower ends of the pair of upright plate portions 2 so as to face the outside, and the auxiliary fixings that move back and forth. A fixing rod 11 for fixing the piping body M to the floor lower surface G is provided between the rods 9. As shown in FIG. 13, the fixing rods 11 provided one by one on the outside of the pair of upright plate portions 2 are adjacent to each other when a plurality of bent pipes A 1 are arranged in the horizontal direction. The fixed rods 11 of the curved pipe fitting A 1 are provided so as to be shifted in the front-rear direction by a predetermined length so as not to interfere with each other.
[0014]
Further, the closing ring R closes the outside of the fitting groove 4 in the ring fitting portion 6 of the pipe body M, and the protective tube P fitted into the fitting groove 4 has a curved radial direction. It is a member that prevents it from slipping out. That is, the closing ring R has a ring shape having flexibility along the circumferential direction, and is applied to the portion of the retaining projection 7 of the ring fitting portion 6 on the opposite portions in the circumferential direction. A pair of flat plate portions 20 is provided. The length of the closing ring R is a dimension that is fitted with a slight gap between the housing 5 provided on the side end surface of the piping body M and the retaining protrusion 7.
[0015]
Next, with reference to FIGS. 9 to 12, using the Curved pipe tool A 1 described above, the protective tube P for protecting inserted through the water supply hot water pipe inside the case of start-up piping Description To do. The protective tube P has both moderate flexibility and rigidity, and is also called a sheath tube. First, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the closing ring R is loosely fitted to the outside from the upper end of the protective tube P, and the upper end portion of the protective tube P is inserted into the pipe insertion portion 3 of the pipe body M. Is inserted, and both the closing ring R and the pipe body M are loosely fitted into the protective pipe P. After that, as shown in FIG. 11, the curved portion of the protective tube P is fitted into the fitting groove 4 inside the opening from the outer peripheral side of the pipe body M, and the wall surface W, the floor lower surface G, The pipe body M is installed at the corner formed by the following, and the closing ring R loosely fitted in the protective pipe P is moved to the side of the pipe body M in the middle thereof, as shown in FIG. As shown, the closing ring R is fitted to the outside of the ring fitting portion 6. As shown in FIG. 11, when the pipe body M is installed at a predetermined position, the pipe body M is loosely fitted to the protective tube P via the pipe insertion portion 3 at the upper end thereof. Therefore, the work of installing the pipe body M at the target position is facilitated.
[0016]
Thereby, the outer side opening of the other end of the fitting groove 4 provided along the longitudinal direction of the pipe body M is closed, and the protective tube P does not come out of the bent radial direction from the portion. Further, in the curved pipe fitting A 1 of the present embodiment, the pipe insertion portion 3 is provided at one end of the insertion groove 4, and the outer opening of the insertion groove 4 of the portion is the pipe insertion portion. It is closed by the peripheral wall of the part 3. For this reason, by opening the closing ring R on the outer side of the ring fitting portion 6 of the pipe body M, the openings at both ends of the fitting groove 4 provided in the pipe body M are closed. At the both end portions, the protective tube P inserted into the insertion groove 4 does not come out in the direction of the curved diameter. Note that the inner peripheral surface of the blocking ring R becomes the outer peripheral surface of the ring fitting portion 6 due to the reaction force that the protective pipe P that is bent in the portion of the closing ring R tries to escape in the direction of the bending radius. Therefore, the closing ring R is less likely to come off from the ring fitting portion 6. Further, when removing the closed ring R once fitted for some reason, the protective tube P is pulled toward the ring fitting portion 6 side to eliminate the reaction force acting on the protective tube P. Good.
[0017]
Subsequently, the pipe body M is installed at the corner where the wall surface W and the floor lower surface G intersect, and the screw 10 is inserted into the screw hole 11 a provided in the fixing rod 11. The plumbing tool main body M is fixed to the floor lower surface G. After that, as shown in FIG. 12, the bind line B is inserted into the plurality of bind wire insertion holes 8 provided in the pipe body M, and the bind line B is bound on the inner peripheral side of the pipe body M. Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the bent portion of the protective tube P inserted into the insertion groove 4 is drawn inward in the bent radial direction, and the state is maintained. For this reason, the fitting groove 4 of the pipe body M has a protective pipe P in which the outer opening is partially covered and inserted into the fitting groove 4 at three or more positions of its both end portions and its central portion. The curvature diameter is reduced, and it is prevented from coming out to the outside. In this construction example, the standing portion of the protective tube P is in contact with the wall surface W, but can be installed on the floor lower surface G in a state of not contacting the wall surface W.
[0018]
In this way, a hot water supply pipe (not shown) is passed from one end of the protective pipe P that is installed on the floor from the floor lower surface G, and the hot water hot pipe is connected to the bent portion of the protective pipe P. When it reaches, an external force that reduces the curved diameter acts on the protective pipe P due to the resistance of the pipe as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. However, in the curved pipe fitting A 1 according to the present invention, the protective tube P inserted into the fitting groove 4 of the pipe fitting main body M is not only at both ends thereof but also at the center portion thereof by the bind line B. Since the bend diameter is not reduced, the hot water pipe inserted into the protective tube P is moved forward along the bent portion of the protective tube P. It is smoothly passed through. 3, 4, 7, and 16 , the floor plate 12 has an insertion hole 13 through which the pipe insertion portion 3 at the upper end portion of the piping body M is inserted so as to face the upper surface of the floor plate 12. The clearance gap between the insertion holes 13 is closed by the closing plate 14 on the upper surface of the floor plate 12.
[0019]
Moreover, in the said Example, the bending diameter of the protective tube P inserted in the said insertion groove 4 becomes small in the center part of the longitudinal direction of the insertion groove 4 of the piping tool main body M using the bind line B. As shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of bar insertion holes 15 are provided in the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the pipe body M, and the bar insertion holes 15 are provided. It is also possible to prevent the bending diameter of the protective tube P inserted into the insertion groove 4 from being reduced by the bar 16 made of a bolt inserted into the insertion groove 4.
[0020]
[0021]
[0022]
Moreover, in each said Example, as a diameter reduction prevention tool which prevents that the bending diameter of the protective tube P inserted in this fitting groove 4 becomes small in the center part of the bending direction of the fitting groove 4, it binds Although the wire B, the bar 16 and the central closing lid 22 are shown, any wire may be used as long as it has the above function. For example, a protective pipe P fitted in the fitting groove 4 by providing a slit bent along the bending direction in the central portion of the piping body M ′ and inserting a bent plate into the slit. You may make it apply to the outside. Furthermore, the diameter reduction preventing device is sufficient if it has a function of preventing the flexible tube inserted into the fitting groove of the piping device main body from coming out to the outside and reducing its bending diameter. As described above, not only a configuration in which the insertion groove provided in the pipe body is closed over the entire width, for example, a short bar material is cantilevered from one end to the other end in the width direction of the insertion groove. Even when the outside of the flexible tube inserted into the insertion groove is held, the entire width of the insertion groove is not covered but only a part of the insertion is covered. Good.
[0023]
[0024]
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
According to the curved piping device according to the present invention, the diameter reduction preventing device that prevents the flexible tube from coming out is configured by the bind wire or the bar, and the diameter reducing prevention device is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the piping device main body. The attached part for attaching to the central part of the pipe is formed by an insertion hole through which the bind wire or bar can be inserted, and the bind line or bar inserted through the insertion hole in the central part of the piping body is inserted. The center of the bending direction of the flexible tube inserted into the internal insertion groove from the outer peripheral side opening of the insertion holding part by the binding wire or the bar inserted through the insertion hole to span between the openings of the holding part The part can be held from the outside. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the flexible tube from coming out of the fitting groove and reducing its bending diameter, and to connect the pipes and wires to the flexible tube that has been set up. However, the bending portion of the flexible tube does not shift with respect to the pipe body due to the resistance of the pipe and the wiring. In FIG. 5, the curved shape of the flexible tube can be followed, and it can be smoothly fed while being bent. As a result, pipes and wires can be easily connected and connected.
