Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shelf apparatus in which a plurality of shelves are stacked and can be transported after being disassembled.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This conventional seed shelf device is shown, for example, in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-001497 (B65D19 / 08) filed earlier by the present applicant. This shelf apparatus is composed of a base and side walls provided upright around the bottom wall of the base. Engaging portions are provided in the vicinity of the four corners of the base, and this engaging portion is configured to be engageable with the upper end of the side wall, and is located on the inner side in the vicinity of the front and rear side walls and downwards near the four corners of the base. It protrudes while expanding.
[0003]
In addition, the base was provided with an L-shaped metal frame whose upper surface was raised, and a bottom wall made of a single plate-like metal panel was fixed by welding over the entire inner surface of the frame. The rising part around the base is a vertical wall. Side walls are set up inside the vertical wall, and the vertical wall, the lower part of the side wall, and each adjacent side wall are fixed with bolts, and placed in a polyethylene bag or a plastic bag. After fresh foods such as seafood, fruits and vegetables were directly stored in the shelf device, the shelf device was stored in a container and transported.
[0004]
Then, after transporting the fresh food, the shelf device was disassembled by removing the bolts that were fixed, and returned with the bolts that had been removed from the side wall on the base. The side wall is formed by welding and fixing a plurality of hat-shaped reinforcing members and a plurality of Z-shaped reinforcing members to the metal panel substantially in parallel, and in a direction orthogonal to a substantially central portion of the reinforcing members and the hat-shaped reinforcing member. A Z-shaped reinforcing member was fixed by welding.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the engaging part that protrudes while expanding downward near the four corners of the base extends below the base by a predetermined distance because the forklift claw is inserted under the base and the shelf device is loaded on the container. It was expanded after I let it. In this case, since the engaging part formed an engaging part that welded a plurality of metal plates and extended downward from the base and expanded, it took a great deal of time to cut and weld each metal plate. There was a problem that took.
[0006]
In addition, the side wall welds and fixes the plurality of Z-shaped reinforcing members and the plurality of hat-shaped reinforcing members to the metal panel substantially in parallel, and is orthogonal to the substantially central portion of the Z-shaped reinforcing member and the hat-shaped reinforcing member. The Z-shaped reinforcing member is welded and fixed in the direction to be bent, but the Z-shaped reinforcing member is not box-shaped and is easily bent. For this reason, when fresh food items are stored in the shelf device, there is a problem that the side walls are deformed and bulge due to the weight of the fresh food items.
[0007]
In addition, after transporting fresh food, many shelves were disassembled by removing bolts, and then stacked with side walls on the base and stored in containers. In addition, the bolts obtained by disassembling a large number of shelf devices are collectively put in a predetermined container and returned together with the container storing the disassembled shelf devices. This bolt is there is a problem that you lose the really bolt because it is returned in a container is removed from the shelf device. For this reason, there was also a problem that the shelf device could not be assembled due to insufficient bolts.
[0008]
In addition, the base was welded and fixed to the bottom wall made of a single plate-like metal panel over the entire inner surface of the L-shaped metal frame, but the L-shaped metal frame was welded to the bottom wall. There was a step in the part, and this step was located inside the side wall. For this reason, there has been a problem that polyethylene bags or plastic bags containing fresh food such as seafood, fruits or vegetables stored in a shelf device are cut by friction with a step due to vibration of transportation.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shelf apparatus that can be disassembled and assembled with a simple structure and that is difficult to deform side walls. .
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the shelf apparatus of the present invention includes a base and a plurality of side walls standing around the base,The base and the side wall and each adjacent side wall are detachably joined to each other at the joint, and each joint is one of the base and the side wall to be joined to each other or each adjacent side wall. The engaging groove is formed by a joint member that is rotatably held by a rotating shaft provided on the other side. The engaging groove has a substantially crank shape, and is joined to the rotating shaft. An urging member for urging the member in the depth direction of the engagement groove is provided.
[0011]
In addition to the above, the shelf device of claim 2The side wall has dimensions that can be stacked on the base, and the engaging portions of the base can be engaged with the peripheral edge of the stacked side walls, and positioning pieces for positioning the base engaging portions are provided at the four corners of the side wall. It is characterized by that.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a side view of the shelf device 10 of the present invention stacked, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a base 11 constituting the shelf device 10 of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a top view of the base 11, and FIG. The figure which shows the state which engaged the engagement part 18 protruded toward the downward direction of the stand 11 with the upper end of the side wall 22, FIG. 5 has each shown the figure which shows the state which piled up the several shelf apparatus 10 which decomposed | disassembled. .
[0013]
The shelf device 10 is composed of a metal plate that does not easily corrode, and the shelf device 10 is composed of a base 11 and a plurality of side walls 22 that are erected around the base 11. . A vertical wall 13 is erected around the base 11 by bending the periphery of a panel of a metal plate of a predetermined thickness such as stainless steel to one side (in this case, upward) at a substantially right angle. The base 11 has a width of about 1025 mm and a depth of about 995 mm with the inner side of the surrounding vertical wall 13 as the bottom wall 12 (FIGS. 2 and 3).
[0014]
On the other hand, the base 11 and the side walls 22 and the adjacent side walls 22 are detachably joined to each other at the joints. The joining portion includes a base 11 to be joined to each other and side walls 22 or engagement grooves 14A and 28A, which will be described later, provided on one of the adjacent side walls 22, and a rotating shaft 32, which will be described later, provided on the other side. It is comprised from the joining member 30 hold | maintained so that rotation is possible.
[0015]
The vertical wall 13 is located at the outer peripheral edge of the bottom wall 12 (base 11) and is formed at a predetermined height (in this case, a height substantially equal to the thickness of the side wall 22 edge portion 26 described later). The vertical wall 13 is configured such that the lower end of the side wall 22 can be easily brought into contact with the inner side of the vertical wall 13 by inserting the lower end of the side wall 22 from the inside of the base 11. A substantially vertically long engagement plate 14 (in this case, the engagement plate 14 is provided at a position corresponding to a joining member 30 provided on a side wall 22 to be described later) is provided at a substantially longitudinal center of each vertical wall 13. It has been. The engagement plate 14 extends in the longitudinal direction of the vertical wall 13 and is welded and fixed to the vertical wall 13 with a metal plate such as stainless steel that is wider than the bending height of the vertical wall 13 and thicker than the vertical wall 13. ing.
[0016]
The engagement plate 14 is provided with an engagement groove 14A, and a bolt 33 constituting a joint provided at the lower end of the side wall 22 described later is engaged with the engagement groove 14A. The engaging groove 14A is notched from the upper side of the engaging plate 14 to a substantially central portion with a width smaller than the diameter of the bolt 33, and is bent at a substantially right angle so as to be substantially horizontal with the bottom wall 12 (in this case, a bolt). 33 to 3 times the diameter of bolt 33 to bolt 33). That is, the engagement groove 14A is cut out in a substantially crank shape and the upper side is opened, and a bolt 33 provided at the lower end of the side wall 22 is inserted into the engagement groove 14A along the crank shape from the opening. It is configured to be able to.
[0017]
Also, a hat-type large reinforcing member 15 is provided as a first reinforcing member on the lower surface of the base 11 (bottom wall 12). The hat-type large reinforcing member 15 is made of stainless steel equivalent to the bottom wall 12 by pressing or the like. The plate is bent to have a substantially hat-shaped cross section (hat shape) (FIG. 12). The hat-shaped large reinforcing member 15 is provided with bent pieces 15A and 15A (parts that contact the collar of the hat) extending to the left and right, and the bent pieces 15A and 15A are welded to the bottom surface of the bottom wall 12, A hat-type large reinforcing member 15 is fixed to the lower surface of the base 11 to improve the deformation strength of the bottom wall 12.
[0018]
The hat-type large reinforcing member 15 protrudes below the base 11 at a height that does not contact a panel 23A of the side wall 22 described later when the shelf device 10 is disassembled and stacked. Although not shown, between the bent pieces 15A and 15A of the member 15 is configured with a height and a width that allow easy insertion of a forklift claw. And the shelf apparatus 10 is comprised so that it can move by inserting the nail | claw of a forklift between both the bending pieces 15A and 15A of both hat-type large reinforcement members 15 and 15, and lifting.
[0019]
A hat-type auxiliary member 16 is provided on the lower surface of the base 11 as a second reinforcing member in a direction perpendicular to the substantially central portion of the hat-type large reinforcing member 15. The front-rear direction is provided at three intervals at intervals of approximately four. The hat-type auxiliary member 16 is bent into a substantially hat-shaped (hat-type) cross section like the hat-type large reinforcing member 15, and the hat-type auxiliary member 16 is approximately half the height of the hat-type large reinforcing member 15. The space between the bent pieces 16A, 16A provided to extend from side to side is configured to have a width of about 1/4 of the hat-type large reinforcing member 15.
[0020]
The hat-type auxiliary member 16 is provided in a substantially straight line from one side of the lower surface of the base 11 to the other side via the hat-type large reinforcing member 15, and the bent pieces 16A and 16A of the hat-type auxiliary member 16 are the lower surface of the bottom wall 12. The end in the longitudinal direction is welded and fixed to the hat-type large reinforcing member 15. In this case, since the hat-type auxiliary member 16 is fixed by welding in a box shape, the bending strength can be greatly improved as compared with the conventional Z-type reinforcing member. Thereby, since the bending strength of the bottom wall 12 can be significantly improved, even if the bottom wall 12 thinner than the conventional one is used for the base 11, the bottom wall 12 is hardly deformed. Therefore, when fresh food items or the like are stored in the shelf device 10 using the bottom wall 12 thinner than the conventional one, the bottom wall 12 of the base 11 may be deformed by the weight of the stored fresh food items. Therefore, the cost of the shelf device 10 can be reduced.
[0021]
In addition, engaging portions 18 are provided at the lower four corners of the base 11, and the engaging portions 18 are side walls 22 that are fixed to the inside of the vertical wall 13 that extends in the front and rear of the base 11. Is provided at a position corresponding to the upper end of the. The engaging portion 18 includes an engaging member 20 that projects while expanding downward, and a spacer 19 positioned between the engaging member 20 and the base 11. The spacer 19 is composed of a metal pipe having a predetermined length, and one side of the spacer 19 is fixed to the base 11 by welding and the other side is fixed to the engaging member 20 by welding. Each engaging portion 18 provided on the base 11 is located slightly inside the front and rear side walls 23. In addition, it has been conventionally known that the spacer 19 (pipe) is less likely to buckle than a rectangular column welded with a plate material.
[0022]
The engaging member 20 extends while expanding downward from the lower end portion of the spacer 19, and the expanding portion of the engaging member 20 is engaged with the upper end of the side wall 22. Although not shown, the engaging portion 18 is provided with a stainless steel plate equivalent to the bottom wall 12 constituting the base 11 so as to expand downward, with a predetermined interval in the front and rear, and a periphery between the front and rear. This is also covered with a stainless steel plate equivalent to the bottom wall 12 constituting the base 11, and they are fixed by welding. The engaging members 20 have both lower ends spread out as grounding portions 20A and 20A, and the shelf device 10 is grounded to the ground or the floor by the grounding portions 20A and 20A. A recess 20B is provided between the two grounding portions 20A and 20A, whereby the engaging member 20 is formed in a substantially C-shape on the front.
[0023]
The depth of the recess 20B formed in the engaging member 20 is formed to be slightly smaller than the thickness of the side wall 22, and when the shelf device 10 is disassembled and stacked (when the shelf device 10 is disassembled and stacked) The edge portion 26 provided around the side wall 22 is inserted into the recess 20 </ b> B), and the grounding portion 20 </ b> A is configured not to contact the panel 23 </ b> A of the side wall 22. That is, when stacking the shelf device 10, the upper end of the side wall 22 is engaged in the recess 20 </ b> B of the engaging member 20, and when the shelf device 10 is disassembled and stacked, the side wall 22 stacked horizontally. The peripheral edge (edge 26) is inserted into the recess 20B. In this state, the grounding portion 20A on one side of the recess 20B of the engagement member 20 is configured not to contact the panel 23A of the side wall 22.
[0024]
On the other hand, the side wall 22 includes front and rear side walls 23 and 23 provided on both front and rear sides of the shelf device 10 and left and right side walls 29 and 29 provided on the left and right sides of the shelf device 10. FIG. 6 shows front and rear side walls 23, and 23A in the figure is a metal panel such as stainless steel having a predetermined thickness. The front and rear side walls 23 are provided with a hat-type small reinforcing member 24 that is substantially equivalent to the above-described hat-type auxiliary member 16 as a first reinforcing member, and the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 extends in the vertical direction of the front and rear side walls 23. Is provided. The hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 is provided at three positions with an interval that divides the left and right sides of the front and rear side walls 23 into approximately four equal parts, and the bent pieces 24A, 24A on both sides of the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 are welded to the panel 23A. .
[0025]
A hat-type auxiliary member 25 is provided as a second reinforcing member in a direction orthogonal to a substantially central portion of the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 provided on the front and rear side walls 23. The hat-type auxiliary member 25 is configured substantially the same as the hat-type auxiliary member 16 described above, and is provided in a substantially straight line from the front side of the front and rear side walls 23 to the other side through the hat-type small reinforcing member 24. Yes. The hat-type auxiliary member 25 is cut out at a portion located on the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 and the bent pieces 25A, 25A are brought into contact with the lower surface of the bottom wall 12 and fixed by welding, and also on the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 side. A portion where the hat-type auxiliary member 25 is cut out is fixed to the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 by welding.
[0026]
Also in this case, since the hat-type auxiliary member 25 is fixed by welding in a box shape, the bending strength can be greatly improved as compared with the conventional Z-type reinforcing member. As a result, the bending strength of the panel 23A can be greatly improved, so that the panel 23A can be prevented from being deformed even if the panel 23A thinner than the conventional one is used for the front and rear side walls 23. Therefore, even when fresh food items or the like are stored in the shelf apparatus 10, the panel 23A of the front and rear side walls 23 is not deformed by the weight of the stored fresh food products, so that the cost of the shelf apparatus 10 can be reduced. Is possible.
[0027]
The peripheral edge portion of the panel 23A is bent toward the attachment surface side of the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 to form an edge portion 26 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the edge portion 26 is an end portion of the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24. The cover hat small reinforcing member 24 is fixed by welding. The front and rear side walls 23 have a size that can be superimposed on the inner side of the vertical wall 13 provided around the upper surface of the base 11 with the edge portion 26 facing upward in a state where the front and rear side walls 23 are substantially horizontal. And the recessed part 20B formed in the engaging part 18 of the base 11 is engaged with the edge part 26 of the laminated front and rear side walls 23.
[0028]
In addition, positioning pieces 27 are provided at the four corners of the front and rear side walls 23.Provided,The positioning piece 27 is a metal plate such as stainless steel and has a triangular shape with a predetermined thickness. The positioning piece 27 is provided along the edge of the edge portion 26 and is welded and fixed to the side of the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 fixed to the panel 23A by welding. In this case, the positioning piece 27 has the engagement portion 18 (engagement member 20) in the front-rear direction of the front-rear side wall 23 in a state where the engagement portion 18 of the base 11 is engaged with the edge portion 26 of the front-rear side wall 23. It is fixed by welding at a position that prevents it from moving in the left-right direction.
[0029]
Further, in the vicinity of the upper ends of both edge portions 26 and 26 extending vertically on the left and right sides of the front and rear side walls 23 which is one of the side walls 22, an engaging groove 28A extending in the vertical direction is provided in parallel with the panel 23A. (FIG. 8). The engaging groove 28 </ b> A is provided in a vertically long, substantially rectangular fixing member 28 that is welded and fixed in both edge portions 26, 26 of the front and rear side walls 23. The fixing member 28 is made of a metal such as stainless steel, and the engaging groove 28A is carved from one side in the longitudinal direction of the fixing member 28 to the other side to open one side in the longitudinal direction of the fixing member 28. ing. The engagement groove 28A has a size that allows a later-described bolt 33 to be inserted from the opening. Note that the edge portion 26 of the front and rear side walls 23 is provided with a notch portion 26A cut out in a predetermined shape, and the bolt 33 can be inserted into the engagement groove 28A from the notch portion 26A.
[0030]
Further, a joining member 30 is provided in the vicinity of the substantially central portion of the edge portion 26 which is provided below the front and rear side walls 23 and extends to the left and right. The joining member 30 is an engagement groove provided in the base 11. It is provided at a position corresponding to 14A (FIG. 9). This joining member 30 is between a hat-type small reinforcing member 24 provided in the center and a hat-type small reinforcing member 24 provided on the left side thereof (in this case, the joining member 30 is a hat-type small reinforcing member provided in the center. Between the member 24 and the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 provided on the right side, or between the hat-type small reinforcing member 24 provided in the center and the hat-type small reinforcing members 24, 24 provided on the left and right. It can be provided on both sides). The joining member 30 includes a pair of holding members 31, 31, a column-shaped rotating shaft 32 provided between the holding members 31, 31 and having both ends fixed to the holding members 31, 31, and the rotating shaft 32. It is comprised from the bolt 33 which joins the left-and-right side wall 29 and the front-and-back side wall 23 so that rotation is possible.
[0031]
Both holding members 31, 31 are configured substantially the same as the fixing member 28 provided with the engagement groove 28 </ b> A, and are fixed by welding in the edge portion 26 of the front and rear side walls 23. Further, the bolt 33 has a predetermined length, a loop 33A is formed on one side, and a nut 34 is screwed on the other side. The loop 33 </ b> A is rotatably provided around a rotation shaft 32 provided on both holding members 31 and 31. An urging member (in this case, a coil spring) 35 that urges the bolt 33 toward one side of the rotation shaft 32 is provided on one side of the bolt 33 that is rotatably provided on the rotation shaft 32. The bolt 33 is always urged to one side of the rotating shaft 32 by the urging member 35.
[0032]
On the other hand, FIG. 7 shows left and right side walls 29 which are the other of the side walls 22. The left and right side walls 29 are provided with the same joining members 30 as described above, and the joining members 30 are provided in the vicinity of the upper ends of both edge portions 26 and 26 of the left and right side walls 29. The joining member 30 provided on the left and right side walls 29 is provided at a position corresponding to the engagement groove 28 </ b> A provided on the front and rear side walls 23. Others are configured in the same manner as the front and rear side walls 23. That is, the left and right side walls 29 are provided with a joining member 30 in place of the engaging grooves 28A provided in the front and rear side walls 23, so that the left and right side walls 29 and the front and rear side walls 23 can be joined. Although the engagement grooves 14A and 28A and the joining member 30 mounting portions provided on the side wall 22 are not shown, the edge 26 is notched so that the strength is weakened, so that the periphery of the notch is not deformed. It is reinforced with a plate.
[0033]
Next, assembly of the shelf device 10 will be described with the above configuration. It is assumed that a nut 34 is screwed to the tip of the bolt 33 in advance, and a stopper is provided so as not to be removed further, although not shown. First, the lower edge 26 of the left and right side walls 29 is abutted from the inside of the left and right vertical walls 13 of the base 11 (in this case, the engagement member 30 provided on the lower side of the left and right side walls 29 is provided on the side surface of the vertical wall 13). After being aligned with the groove 14A, the lower edge 26 of the front and rear side walls 23 abuts the inner side of the front and rear vertical walls 13 (in this case, the engagement member 30 provided on the front and rear side walls 23 is provided on the side surface of the vertical wall 13). Align with the groove 14A).
[0034]
After the front and rear side walls 23 are brought into contact with the inner sides of the left and right side walls 29, the bolts 33 of the joining members 30 provided on both edge portions 26 and 26 of the left and right side walls 29 are rotated, and the bolts 33 are It is inserted to the back of the engaging grooves 28A, 28A provided at both edge portions 26, 26. At this time, since the bolt 33 is urged to the back side of the engagement groove 28A by the urging member 35, the bolt 33 is once moved to the front side of the engagement groove 28A and then inserted into the engagement groove 28A. Then, the nut 34 is screwed and tightened. As a result, the front and rear side walls 23 are fixed inside the left and right side walls 29 (FIG. 10).
[0035]
Next, after the bolts 33 of the joining members 30 provided below the respective side walls 22 are rotated, the bolts 33 are moved back along the crank-shaped engaging grooves 14 </ b> A provided on the vertical walls 13 of the base 11. Until each is inserted. Also at this time, since the bolt 33 is urged to the back side of the engagement groove 28A by the urging member 35, the bolt 33 is once moved to the front side of the engagement groove 14A and then moved into the engagement groove 28A. After the insertion, the nut 34 is screwed and tightened (FIG. 11). Thereby, the lower part of each side wall 22 is fixed to the vertical wall 13 of the base 11, and the assembly of the shelf apparatus 10 is completed.
[0036]
When the completed shelf device 10 and the shelf device 10 are stacked, the shelf device 10 is provided on the side wall 22 (left and right side walls 29) of the lower shelf device 10 below the stacked shelf device 10 (base 11). The recessed portion 20B of the engaging portion 18 thus engaged is engaged. In this case, since the grounding portions 20A are provided on both sides of the recess 20B, the upper and lower shelf devices 10 and 10 are stacked without moving the shelf device 10 left and right.
[0037]
Further, each engaging portion 18 provided on the lower side of the base 11 is positioned slightly inside the front and rear side walls 23, so that the grounding portion 20A of the front engaging portion 18 is brought to the front side by the front and rear side walls 23. The shelf device 10 is prevented from moving further forward, and the grounding portion 20A of the rear engaging portion 18 is prevented from moving further rearward by the rear front and rear side walls 23. Thereby, the stacked shelf device 10 is prevented from moving back and forth and from side to side, and even when the shelf device 10 storing articles such as fresh food is stacked and transported, the stacked shelf device 10 is stacked. It is possible to prevent inconveniences such as shifting or dropping.
[0038]
Further, after transporting articles such as fresh food, the empty shelf device 10 is loosened with the nuts 34 of the bolts 33 screwed together, and the side walls (front and rear side walls 23 and left and right side walls 29) 22 from the base 11. After being disassembled, they are stacked on the base 11. At this time, the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 is positioned on the upper side of the laminated panel 23A on the uppermost side wall 22, and the base 11 of the second shelf device 10 disassembled thereon is stacked. . In this case, since the grounding portion 20A of the engaging portion 18 provided on the base 11 is positioned between the edge portion 26 of the side wall 22 and the positioning pieces 27, the base 11 moves on the side wall 22. The disassembled shelf apparatus 10 can be stacked. Further, since the grounding portion 20A of the engaging portion 18 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the edge portion 26 of the side wall 22, the grounding portion 20A can prevent the deformation of the panel 23A, and a plurality of disassembled shelf devices 10 can be stacked. (FIG. 5).
[0039]
In this way, the base 11 and the side walls 22 and the adjacent side walls 22 are detachably joined to each other at the joints, and the joints are connected to the base 11 and the side walls 22 or adjacent to each other. The engaging grooves 14A and 28A are provided on one of the side walls 22 and the joining member 30 is rotatably held on a rotating shaft 32 provided on the other side wall 22. Accordingly, the shelf device 10 can be disassembled and assembled without removing the joining member 30 attached to the base 11 and the side wall 22. Therefore, for example, it is possible to eliminate the troublesomeness that the joint member removed as in the prior art must be housed in a specially provided container and transported together with the base 11 and the side wall 22.
[0040]
Moreover, since the urging member 35 for urging the bolt 33 in the depth direction of the engaging grooves 14A and 28A is provided on the rotating shaft 32 constituting the joining member 30, the bolt 33 is always connected to the engaging groove 14A. , 28A can be biased in the back direction. Thereby, even when the joining member 30 is not securely fixed, for example, it is possible to prevent inconvenience that the bolt 33 is detached from the engaging grooves 14A and 28A.
[0041]
Further, since the engaging groove 14A is formed in a substantially crank shape, the bolt 33 can be engaged with the engaging groove 14A from the side surface of the shelf device 10. Thereby, for example, the nut 34 can be screwed from the side surface of the shelf device 10 without screwing the nut 34 into the bolt 33 by approaching the lower side of the base 11 or the side wall 22. It becomes easy to fix the side wall 22 to the base 11, and the function of attaching the side wall 22 to the base 11 can be greatly improved.
[0042]
The engaging portion 18 provided on the lower side of the base 11 includes an engaging member 20 that projects while expanding downward, and a spacer 19 positioned between the engaging member 20 and the base 11. Consists of. And since the spacer 19 is comprised with the metal pipe, the buckling strength of the engaging part 18 can be improved significantly only by welding and fixing the spacer 19 between the engaging member 20 and the base 11. Is possible. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the engaging member 20 from buckling and deforming without engaging and fixing the engaging member 20 having a complicated shape to the base 11 as in the prior art.
[0043]
The base 11 and the side wall 22 are made of a metal plate, and a plurality of hat type large reinforcing members 15 and a plurality of hat type small reinforcing members 24 are provided on the base 11 and the side walls 22 substantially in parallel at predetermined intervals. The large die reinforcing member 15 and the hat small reinforcing member 24 are formed by bending a plate material equivalent to the plate material constituting the base 11 or the side wall 22 into a hat shape. Further, since the hat-type auxiliary member 16 and the hat-type auxiliary member 25 are provided so as to be orthogonal to the substantially central portion of each hat-type large reinforcing member 15 and hat-type small reinforcing member 24, the strength of the side wall 22 in the vertical and horizontal directions is increased. Can be planned.
[0044]
Thereby, since the deformation of the side wall 22 can be prevented, the panel 23A of the side wall 22 can be made thin. Therefore, even when the panel 23A of the side wall 22 is thinned, it is possible to reliably prevent the central portion of the side wall 22 from being deformed and expanded or damaged by the components housed in the shelf device 10. In particular, the side wall 22 is provided with the hat-type auxiliary members 25 oriented in a direction substantially orthogonal to the central portion of the plurality of hat-type small reinforcing members 24, so that the shelf device 10 can be greatly increased in strength. Therefore, the conventional shelf apparatus that stores articles such as fresh foods can be deformed and can only be stacked in two stages. However, the shelf apparatus 10 of the present invention is not deformed and can be stacked in four stages.
[0045]
Further, the side wall 22 has a size that can be stacked on the base 11, and the engaging portion 18 of the base 11 can be engaged with the peripheral edge 26 of the stacked side wall 22. Further, positioning pieces 27 for positioning the engaging portions 18 of the base 11 are provided at the four corners of the side wall 22. When the rack apparatus 10 is disassembled and stacked and transported, the base 11 can be fixed at a predetermined position on the side wall 22 so as not to move back and forth and right and left. Accordingly, even when the plurality of shelf devices 10 are disassembled and stacked and transported, the disassembled shelf devices 10 can be stacked substantially vertically, so that the plurality of shelf devices 10 are collapsed. Can be prevented.
[0046]
In particular, since the shelf device 10 can be easily disassembled and assembled by the joining member 30, when the shelf device 10 is used as a through box, after the shelf device 10 is assembled, fresh food items and the like are stored and transported inside. The shelf device 10 can be disassembled and made smaller for return transportation. In this case, in calculation, 24 shelves 10 assembled in a 20-foot container can be stored and transported, and the disassembled shelves 10 can be reduced in space, so 40 feet (20 tons). 240 containers can be returned and transported. Thereby, it becomes possible to significantly reduce the return cost of the shelf device 10. There is no other container that can transport a large amount of shelves in such a container.
[0047]
Further, since the base 11 is formed by a single bottom wall 12, fresh food items such as seafood, fruits or vegetables placed in a polyethylene bag or a plastic bag are directly stored in the shelf apparatus 10. However, it is possible to surely prevent inconveniences such as the bag being cut at the connection portion of the panel and the perishable food from the inside of the bag.
[0048]
In the embodiment, the vertical groove 13 of the base 11 is provided with the engagement groove 14A in parallel with the bottom wall 12, and the both edges 26 provided on the left and right of the front and rear side walls 23 are engaged in parallel with the panel 23A. Although the groove 28A is provided, the present invention is not limited thereto, and both the engaging grooves 14A and 28A are inclined so as to approach the bottom walls 12 and 23A as they go deeper into the engaging grooves 14A and 28A. However, the present invention is effective even if the shelf member 10 is not disassembled because it is difficult for the joining member 30 to come off the engaging grooves 14A and 28A.
[0049]
In addition, the engaging groove 28A is provided on the front and rear side walls 23 and the joining member 30 is provided on the left and right side walls 29. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the engaging groove 28A and the joining member 30 are provided on either the front or rear side wall 23 or the left and right side walls 29. The front and rear side walls 23 and the left and right side walls 29 may be joined.
[0050]
In addition, the engaging groove 28A is provided in the vicinity of the upper end of the front and rear side walls 23, and the joining member 30 is provided on the left and right side walls 29 corresponding to the engaging grooves 28A provided on the front and rear side walls 23. The joining member 30 may be provided on the left and right side walls 29 at positions corresponding to the engagement grooves 28 </ b> A provided on the front and rear side walls 23. .
[0051]
Further, the engaging groove 14A and the joining member 30 engaged with the engaging groove 14A are shifted from the center in the left-right direction of the side wall 22 (in this case, the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 provided in the center of the side wall 22 and its adjacent side). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the hat-shaped small reinforcing member 24 is provided at four positions at intervals of approximately 5 in the left-right direction of the side wall 22. 14A and the joining member 30 that engages with the engaging groove 14A may be provided at the center in the left-right direction of the side wall 22.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, it comprises a base and a plurality of side walls provided upright around the base. The base and the side wall and each adjacent side wall are detachably joined to each other at the joint, and each joint is one of the base and the side wall to be joined to each other or each adjacent side wall. The engagement groove provided on the other side and a joining member rotatably held on the rotation shaft provided on the other side, the engagement groove has a substantially crank shape, and the rotation shaft includes Since the urging member for urging the joining member in the depth direction of the engaging groove is provided, the joining member can be always urged in the depth direction of the engaging groove. Thereby, even when the joining member is not securely fixed, for example, it is possible to prevent inconvenience that the joining member is loosened and the joining member is detached from the engaging groove. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the side wall from coming off the base, and the convenience of the shelf device can be greatly improved.
[0053]
In particular, since the engaging groove has a substantially crank shape, the joining member can be engaged with the engaging groove from the side surface of the shelf device. Thereby, for example, it is not necessary to join the joining member below the base or close to the side wall, so that the side wall can be easily fixed to the base. Therefore, the assembly / disassembly work efficiency of the shelf device can be greatly improved.
[0054]
According to the invention of claim 2, in addition to the above, the side wall has a dimension that can be stacked on the base, and the engaging portion of the base can be engaged with the peripheral edge of the stacked side wall. Since the positioning pieces for positioning the engaging portions of the base are provided at the four corners, for example, when the shelf device is disassembled and stacked and transported, the base is fixed so as not to move back and forth and right and left at a predetermined position on the side wall. It becomes possible. Thereby, even when a plurality of shelf devices are disassembled, stacked and transported, the shelf devices can be stacked substantially vertically. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the inconvenience that a plurality of stacked shelves are collapsed, and to greatly improve the transportability of the shelves.
