Description
多針構造体1及びメンブレン36は第1の実施例と同様にして作製した。但し、メンブレン36はメンブレン12と異なり、Auを成膜していない。多針構造体1は、蝶合部32を軸に回転可能なクランプ31と、ばね33により支持体35に固定した。多針構造体1のメンブレン36は、圧縮空気を用いた空気圧シリンダーのシリンダー34を動作させ多針構造体1の空洞構造の容積を減少せしめるように変形を加えた。この変形量は、採血量に寄って決定されるが、本実施例ではメンブレンの中央部の撓み量が50μmとなるようにした。

Claims (3)
- 微小径の中空針を複数備えた多針構造体と、
前記中空針内の圧力を変化させる圧力可変手段とからなり、
前記圧力可変手段は可撓性を有するメンブレンであり、
前記メンブレンを変形させる変形誘発機構を設け、
前記多針構造体は空洞構造を有し、該空洞構造は前記中空針の一端に接続していることを特徴とする採血装置。 - 微小径の中空針を複数備えた多針構造体と、
前記中空針内の圧力を変化させる圧力可変手段とからなり、
前記圧力可変手段は可撓性を有するメンブレンであり、
前記メンブレンを変形させる変形誘発機構を設け、
前記メンブレンは熱膨張係数の異なる複数の材料からなり、
前記変形誘発機構は熱を発生させる熱発生機構であることを特徴とする採血装置。 - 前記メンブレンは熱膨張係数の異なる複数の材料からなり、
