[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a video intermediate frequency detection circuit having no frequency shift and a television receiver IC having such a circuit.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an intermediate frequency detection circuit and a television receiver IC in which a sound filter and a sound trap are built-in and these frequency shifts do not occur.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The video intermediate frequency detection circuit according to the invention of claim 1
A composite video signal obtained by combining a video signal and a modulated audio signal is separated into a video signal and a modulated audio signal, and the modulated audio signal is demodulated to obtain an audio signal, In the video intermediate frequency detection circuit configured to output the audio output and the video signal respectively,
The composite video signal is input, and only the modulated audio signal can pass therethrough, and the audio filter is configured such that the frequency characteristic can be controlled by a control signal input from the outside,
The composite video signal is input, only the video signal can pass through, and an audio trap configured to be able to control its frequency characteristics by a control signal input from the outside,
A controller that outputs a control signal for the voice filter and the voice trap based on the demodulated voice signal.
[0008]
In such a configuration, the audio filter and the audio trap may be any circuit as long as their frequency characteristics can be controlled by an external control signal, and various circuit configurations can be realized.
For example, as in the second aspect of the invention, each of the voice filter and the voice trap includes a biquad filter using a conductance amplifier configured such that conductance can be varied by a control signal input from the outside. Those are preferred.
The frequency characteristics of the biquad filter can be changed by changing the conductance of the conductance amplifier. Therefore, by controlling the conductance of the conductance amplifier by the signal from the controller, the voice filter and the voice trap can always be in an optimum operating state with a desired frequency characteristic.
[0009]
Moreover, the television receiver IC according to the invention of
A composite video signal obtained by combining a video signal and a modulated audio signal is separated into a video signal and a modulated audio signal, and the modulated audio signal is demodulated to obtain an audio signal, A television receiver IC configured to output the audio output and the video signal, respectively.
[0010]
In such a configuration, unlike the conventional case, the frequency characteristics of the voice filter and the voice trap can be controlled by an external control signal, so that the IC can be built in, and the voice filter and voice having the conventional circuit configuration can be obtained. It is possible to avoid the problem of frequency shift that occurs when the trap is built in the IC, and to provide an IC for a television receiver that can obtain an optimum operation.
[0011]
In particular, the voice filter and the voice trap are composed of a biquad filter using a conductance amplifier having a conductance variable in accordance with a control signal inputted from the outside, as in the invention described in claim 4. Is preferred.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the frequency of the voice filter and the voice trap is corrected by the control signal based on the voice signal after FM detection. Since it is possible to achieve an optimal operation state without any deviation, it is possible to provide a video intermediate frequency detection circuit with good signal quality of audio and video signals.
In addition, since there is no frequency shift between the voice filter and the voice trap, it is particularly suitable for incorporating an IC, and unlike the conventional case, it is possible to provide a television receiver IC that does not need to worry about these frequency shift problems. It becomes easy to further downsize the television receiver.
