本発明は軒天井に換気通路を設けた換気構造及びその構成金具に係り、特に軒天井に設けた見切縁と外壁に設けた水切板を取付金具で連結して構成した軒天井の換気構造とその構成金具とに関するものである。

従来のこの種の見切縁としては、例えば本件特許出願人が開発して特許出願(特願平4ー247154号)した図7及び図8に示す技術が公知である。この技術は鋼板をロールホーミング法で断面コ字形に折り曲げて見切縁51が形成され、かつ見切縁51の上板52と下板53とに夫々換気孔54が穿設され、かつ上板52と下板53との先端縁を夫々コ字形溝55内に折り曲げて折曲リブ52a,53aが形成されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は前述の従来の問題点に鑑み開発された全く新規な換気構造及びその構成金具に関するものであり、特に構成部品を3点にすることによって、連続して使用する水切板と見切縁は薄肉の鋼板でロールホーミング法で成形し、軒天井板を支えるピース部品の取付金具は強度が十分な厚肉の鋼板でプレス加工により製作することができ、かつ見切縁に換気孔を穿設せずに換気構造を構成することが出来るようにした全く新しい技術を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る軒天井の換気構造は前述の従来の問題点を根本的に改善した技術であって、その要旨は、軒天井板の端縁を挿入保持し得るコ字状折曲部を下部に有しかつ起立部と水平部とよりなる上部のL状部を立上り部で連結してなるピース状の取付金具と、上部に逆U字状に折曲げられた上縁を有する起立側面中央に水平段部を突設してなる水切板と、該取付金具のコ字状折曲部に被覆し得る巾広の開口部を有する略コ字状折曲部よりなる見切り縁との組合せよりなり、前記取付金具の上部の起立部に水切板の上縁を被覆すると共に、該取付金具の下部のコ字状折曲部の周りに見切り縁の略コ字状折曲部を被覆し、前記取付金具の起立部と水切板とを外壁パネルの押さえ金物を介して外壁に取付固定して、水切板の起立側面及び水平段部と見切縁の略コ字状折曲部との間に換気通路を構成したことを特徴とした軒天井の換気構造である。

【発明の実施の形態】

【発明の効果】
本発明に係る軒天井の換気構造及びその構成金具は、前述の構造と作用とを有するので、次のような多大な効果を有している。
