本発明は、例えば門扉等の「戸」を開閉自在に門柱等の「枠」に固定することのできるヒンジに関するものであり、特に、比較的に重い門扉の取付けの際に簡便なように、ヒンジを門柱に取付けた後に、門扉の門柱に対する前後・左右の微調整が可能なヒンジに関する。

【従来の技術】
「戸」を「枠」に取付けるヒンジは、「戸」に取付けられる戸取付部と、「枠」に取付けられる枠取付部とからなり、この2つの取付部を軸支する支軸とからなる。

ところで、このようなヒンジでは、「戸」を正常な姿勢に支持するために、支軸の位置を施工現場で調整する必要がある。しかしながら、門扉のように比較的重い「戸」では、施工現場での調整が難しい現状があった。

そこで、施工後の微調整が可能なように工夫されたヒンジが提案されている。例えば、門柱や門扉にヒンジをネジで取り付ける場合に、ヒンジの門柱や門扉への取付ネジのネジ孔を長孔として、調整可能としたものが提案されている。また、ヒンジの取付部分を入れ子式の2つの部材として、一方の部材を門柱に固着し、入れ子式の他の部材を調整した後に2つの部材同士をビス等で固定するものも提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これら長孔のネジ孔を用いるものや入れ子式のものは、構造上衝撃に弱く、長期の使用に際しては調整が狂い易い等の問題があった。また、取付ネジのネジ穴を長孔としたものでは、調整を容易とする反面、長孔のネジ孔の方向のみ調整可能であり、例えば長孔の方向から門扉の上下方向の調整には不向きであった。

本発明は、門扉の門柱に対する前後・左右の微調整が可能であり、長期の使用に際しても調整の狂いが生じ難いヒンジを得ることを目的とする。更に、前後、左右、及び上下の調整が、門柱,門扉に直接固着したビスとは無関係に行うことができるヒンジを得ることを目的とする。

即ち、本発明においては一つのヒンジ片は、ヒンジ台座を介して「戸」又は「枠」に取り付けられる。このヒンジ台座には、「枠」に対するヒンジの位置調整を可能とするため、幾つかの調整手段が備わっている。第1は、挿入されたヒンジ片の先端部をヒンジ台座に取り付ける取付ボルトである。取付ボルトは頸部がヒンジ台座のボルト孔に遊貫され、このボルト孔を中心にしてある程度の首振り回動が可能になっている。

本発明のヒンジにおいては、長期の使用に際しても調整が狂うことをも防止するものである。このため、取付ボルトとガイドビスとの調整を固定するように、ヒンジ台座に挿入されたヒンジ片の底面部を支持する支持部材と、これを支持する支持ビスとを備えている。即ち、門扉等の「戸」に対しては、下方に常に荷重が係り、この荷重に対して充分な抗力がなければ調整された状態を維持することができない。そのため、本発明では、ヒンジ台座に挿入されたヒンジ片の底面部を支持する支持部材と、ヒンジ台座の支持ビス孔に螺合されヒンジ片の底面部を支持する支持部材を支持する支持ビスとを備えた。

先ず、取付ボルト(23)がボルト孔(18)に挿入された後、内部から止め輪(24)で止められ、頸部を遊貫されたヒンジ台座(13)を門柱に取り付ける。この場合、ヒンジ台座(13)は挿入開口部(17)からの下部ヒンジ片(15)の挿入方向が水平になるように細心の注意を払う。取り付けた後に、下部ヒンジ片(15)の挿入端を挿入開口部(17)から挿入する。下部ヒンジ片(15)の先端部のヒンジ先端ネジ孔(25)に取付ボルトをねじ込みながら、下部ヒンジ片(15)を挿入していく。下部ヒンジ片(15)の側部のヒンジ側部ネジ孔(28)が、ガイド長孔(19)の拡径部に合致した時に、ガイドビス(26)をガイド長孔(19)から挿入してヒンジ側部ネジ孔(28)にネジ止めする。この状態で、取付ボルト(23)とガイドビス(26)との締め付け具合を調整してヒンジ台座(13)に対する下部ヒンジ片(15)の前後・左右の位置調整する。

尚、固定ネジ(34)と支軸(16') のネジ山との掛止は、図8のa図に示すように、固定ネジ(34)を単に支軸(16') に当接掛止させても良いが、この場合にはネジ山が固定ネジ(34)で潰されて、一度の微調整の後は支軸(16') の高さ調節ができない場合がある。そこで、b図に示す通り、支軸(16') のネジ山を1/4周期でV字に切断し、このV字に固定ネジ(34)の先端を当接させるようにする。また、c図に示す通り、支軸(16') のネジ山を1/2周期で平坦に切断し、この平坦な部分に固定ネジ(34)の先端を当接させるようにする。このようにすることにより、1/4又は1/2周期で微調整が可能となり、ネジ山が潰れることがないため、何度でも微調整が可能となる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上説明したとおり、ヒンジ台座には、ヒンジ片の挿入方向の対向部に設けられたボルト孔と、挿入されたヒンジ片の側面部に挿入方向に沿って設けられたガイド長孔と、挿入されたヒンジ片の底面部の対向部に設けられた支持ビス孔とを備え;ヒンジ台座のボルト孔に頸部を遊貫され、ヒンジ片の先端部に設けられたネジ孔に螺合する取付ボルトと;ヒンジ台座のガイド長孔に頸部を遊貫され、ヒンジ片の側面部に設けられたネジ孔に螺合するガイドビスと;ヒンジ台座に挿入されたヒンジ片の底面部を支持する支持部材と;ヒンジ台座の支持ビス孔に螺合され、ヒンジ片の底面部を支持する支持部材を支持する支持ビスとを備えたものであるため、取付ボルトとガイドビスと支持ビスとを調整することにより、枠に対する戸の前後・左右の取付け位置を調整することが可能である。更に、長期の使用に際しても狂いが少ない。
