Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a holder for a replaceable blade razor used for face shaving or the like in a barber shop.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of replaceable blade type razor holder is configured such that the replaceable blade is detachably attached to the end of the holder.
[0003]
The holder is mainly composed of a holder main body having a fixed holding portion at an end portion, and a rotating holding portion that is rotatably attached to the fixed holding portion by a rotation support shaft attached to the fixed holding portion. A leaf spring as an urging member is attached to the inner surface of one side of the fixed clamping portion. And this leaf | plate spring always urges | biases strongly the inner surface of one side of a rotation clamping part so that the front-end edge of the other side of a fixed clamping part and the front-end edge of the other side of a rotation clamping part may engage. It is like that. For this reason, between the front end edge of the other side of a fixed clamping part and the front end edge of the other side of a rotation clamping part is always closed.
[0004]
When attaching the replacement blade to the end of the holder, the engagement between the leading edge on the other side of the fixed clamping part and the leading edge on the other side of the rotating clamping part is released against the biasing force of the leaf spring and fixed. A gap is opened between the leading edge on the other side of the clamping part and the leading edge on the other side of the rotating clamping part. Next, a replacement blade is inserted between the other side of the fixed clamping unit and the other side of the rotating clamping unit. At this time, since the other side of the rotating clamping unit is urged in the direction of the other side of the fixed clamping unit by the urging force of the leaf spring, the replacement blade has the other side of the fixed clamping unit and the other of the rotating clamping unit. Sandwiched by sides. For this reason, a replaceable blade is reliably attached to the edge part of a holder.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the holder of this conventional replaceable blade type razor, when attaching a replaceable blade to the end portion of the holder, resists the urging force of the leaf spring and the other end edge of the fixed sandwiching portion and the other of the rotating sandwiching portion. It is necessary to release the engagement with the leading edge on the side and open the leading edge on the other side of the fixed clamping part and the leading edge on the other side of the rotating clamping part. For this reason, there existed a problem that operation which attaches a replaceable blade to the edge part of a holder became complicated. In addition, when the replacement blade is thick, the rotation clamping portion is strongly urged by the leaf spring, so that the other side of the fixed clamping portion and the rotation clamping portion are against the urging force of the leaf spring.
