Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cutting tool for a peripheral edge that cuts a predetermined portion of the peripheral edge into a V shape in order to bend the peripheral edge used for parting the wall surface and the ceiling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various parting edges are generally used for parting a wall surface and a wall surface of a building or a finishing material for a wall surface and a ceiling in order to improve design and appearance. As a parting edge, in particular, there is a peripheral edge as one used for parting a wall surface and a ceiling. Usually, the peripheral edge is not necessarily attached in a straight line, but it is bent according to the floor plan of the building, or the ends of the two long peripheral edges are bonded at a predetermined angle through an adhesive or the like. It is attached. When the peripheral edge is bent in accordance with the floor plan of the building, a predetermined portion of the peripheral edge is cut into a V shape with a cutting tool such as a saw, a scissors, or a cutter and bent.
[0003]
FIG. 9A is a perspective view for explaining cutting of the peripheral edge using a conventional saw, FIG. 9B is a perspective view showing the cut peripheral edge, and FIG. 9C is cut and bent. It is a perspective view which shows the surrounding edge.
In the figure, 11 is a general peripheral edge formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section, X is a bottom surface of the peripheral edge 11, Y is an upper surface of the peripheral edge 11, Z is a lower surface of the peripheral edge 11, and A is a saw.
[0004]
When the peripheral edge 11 is bent in accordance with the floor plan of the building, as shown in FIG. 9A, a saw A is formed on the upper surface Y and the lower surface Z of the peripheral edge 11 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed of synthetic resin or the like. Make a V-shaped cut with. Then, as shown in FIGS. 9B and 9C, the peripheral edge 11 is bent at a predetermined angle so that the cut end faces of the cut upper surface Y and lower surface Z are brought into contact with each other. At this time, by setting various apex angles of the V-shaped cuts on the upper surface Y and the lower surface Z, the peripheral edge 11 can be bent at various angles. For example, if the apex angle of the cut is set to 90 ° and cut, the peripheral edge 11 can be bent 90 °, that is, a right angle.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) With cutting tools such as saws, scissors, and cutters, it is necessary to make at least two linear cuts in order to make V-shaped cuts. Had.
(2) In addition, in order to cut a predetermined portion of the upper surface and the lower surface of the peripheral edge with high accuracy, it is necessary to mark the cutting portion by drawing in advance, so that there is a problem of lack of workability. It was.
(3) Further, the apex angle of the V-shaped cut needs to be set to a predetermined angle such as 90 °, for example. With a cutting tool such as a saw, it is skilled to cut accurately at the set angle. Therefore, there is a problem that the angle setting accuracy is insufficient.
(4) If a cut residue remains on the upper surface of the peripheral edge or the bottom surface side of the lower surface, there is a problem in that it cannot be bent to a predetermined angle due to the cut residue.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and can easily and accurately make a cut at a predetermined angle in the peripheral edge, prevent the upper edge and the lower face of the peripheral edge from generating a bulging portion, and the like. An object of the present invention is to provide a cutting tool for a peripheral edge that can be bent easily and visually at a predetermined angle.
[0007]

[0028]
In the figure, 1 is a cutting tool for a peripheral edge in the first embodiment, 2a is an upper handle, 2b is a lower handle, 3 is a gripping part, 4 is a rotating shaft, 5a is an upper jaw part, and 5b is a lower part. The jaw part, 6 is a cutting part, 6a is an edge part, 7 is a cutting receiving part, 7a is an inner edge, and 8 is an elastic body. These are the same as those described in FIG. Description is omitted. 11 is a circumferential edge having a substantially U-shaped cross section, X is a bottom surface of the circumferential edge 11, Y is an upper surface of the circumferential edge 11, and Z is a lower surface of the circumferential edge 11.
In the first embodiment, a case where the upper surface Y of the peripheral edge 11 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is cut will be described. The case where the lower surface Z of the peripheral edge 11 is cut is the same as the case where the upper surface Y is cut, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 7, the upper surface Y of the peripheral edge 11 is sandwiched between the cutting part 6 and the cutting receiving part 7. At this time, the peripheral edge contact surface 9 is brought into contact with the inner wall of the bottom surface X of the peripheral edge 11, and the peripheral edge cutting tool 1 is brought into contact with the longitudinal direction of the peripheral edge 11 at a right angle. Subsequently, the grip portion 3 is gripped, and the upper side handle 2 a and the lower side handle 2 b are operated to approach each other, and the cutting portion 6 is inserted into the cutting receiving portion 7 via the pivot 4. As shown in FIG. 8, when the cutting part 6 is inserted into the cutting receiving part 7, the upper surface Y of the peripheral edge 11 is cut by shearing between the edge 6 a of the cutting part 6 and the inner edge 7 a of the cutting receiving part 7. Similarly, the lower surface Z of the peripheral edge 11 is cut, and a V-shaped cut having the same shape as the cutting portion 6 and an angle of 90 ° is formed on the lower surface Z of the lower portion of the cut formed on the upper surface Y.
[0030]
In order to bend the peripheral edge 11, the cut end surfaces of the cuts of the cut upper surface Y and lower surface Z are brought into contact with each other as described with reference to FIGS. 9B and 9C in the prior art. Then, the peripheral edge 11 is bent by 90 °. In the first embodiment, the angle of the angle on the distal end side of the cutting part 6 is 90 °, that is, a right angle, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the cutting part 6 is formed into triangles or V-shaped at various angles. It can also be formed. Thereby, the angle of the V-shaped cutting of each of the upper surface Y and the lower surface Z can be set variously, and the peripheral edge 11 can be bent at various angles.
[0031]
As described above, since the peripheral edge cutting tool 1 according to the first embodiment is configured, the cutting part 6 formed in the jaw part 5a via the pivot 4 by grasping the grip part 3 of the handles 2a, 2b. Is inserted into the cutting receiving portion 7 formed on the jaw portion 5b, and a 90 ° V-shaped cut is made in the peripheral edge 11 by shearing between the edge portion 6a of the cutting portion 6 and the inner edge 7a of the cutting receiving portion 7 fitted therein. Thus, the peripheral edge 11 can be bent at 90 °.
[0032]
Further, since the angle of the tip of the cutting portion 6 is formed at 90 °, it is possible to cut and cut off 90 ° on the upper surface Y and the lower surface Z of the peripheral edge 11, and the peripheral edge with high accuracy without drawing in advance. The upper surface Y and the lower surface Z of 11 can be cut by 90 °.
[0033]
In addition, since the peripheral edge contact surface 9 is formed at the portion of the cutting receiving portion 7 that contacts the peripheral edge 11, the peripheral edge contact surface 9 contacts the bottom surface X of the peripheral edge 11 when the peripheral edge 11 is cut. Thus, the peripheral edge cutting tool 1 can be brought into contact with the longitudinal direction of the peripheral edge 11 exactly at right angles, so that the cut can be formed with high accuracy.
[0034]
Further, since the peripheral edge contact surface 9 is formed at a position where it intersects the top of the inner edge 7a of the cutting receiving portion 7 and the top notch 9a into which the top of the cutting portion 6 enters is formed, the upper surface Y of the peripheral edge 11 or There is an effect that the bottom surface Z can be easily folded with a good appearance without leaving any cut residue.
