BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slab separation device for separating slabs that are transported on a transfer skid in a slab width direction in a state in which slabs such as a plurality of blooms are arranged in parallel, and that are separated one by one after transportation. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 5 shows a conventional apparatus for separating a slab.
A device is often used in which a plurality of slabs are arranged in the width direction of the slab, and the plurality of slabs are gathered as they are and conveyed on the transfer skid by a transfer pusher in the width direction of the slab. In this case, after conveyance, it is necessary to separate the slabs one by one for the next process such as a heating furnace.
At this time, conventionally, the slabs are dropped one by one into a cut skid that is lower than the transfer skid by a predetermined height, and the side of the dropped slab that appears due to the step is submerged under the transfer skid and waiting. By extruding with a cutting pusher, the slabs were separated one by one and transported to the next process (FIG. 5A).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional method, since the step between the transfer skid and the cutout skid is small, when the cutout pusher is waiting under the transfer skid, it is slightly inclined to the cutout skid side, and the slab falling on the skid It is a mechanism that fully stands up only after pressing the side of the squeeze and coming out to the skid side.
Therefore, if the next slab on the transfer skid is popping out on the cutout skid (FIG. 5 (b)), the cutout pusher comes into contact with the side surface of the slab and starts the rising operation. As a result of lifting the slab and carrying the next slab as it is or pushing up the slab, the cut out pusher may be damaged by the weight of the slab.
[0004]
Moreover, the other end of the rear side of the slab whose one end has dropped on the cut skid is caught on the side of the next slab at the separation position, and the one end on the front side of the slab to be separated is cut out. In some cases, the other end of the slab did not fall in balance with the frictional force with the skid, and a cut-out pusher slipped into the lower part of the slab, making it impossible to convey it by swinging.
If there is a problem as described above, in addition to damage to the equipment, it is necessary to constantly monitor by humans regardless of automatic operation equipment, and when trouble occurs, automatic operation is interrupted and corrected by manual operation. In the worst case, it was necessary to modify the overhead crane, resulting in a significant reduction in efficiency.
The present invention advantageously solves such problems, and a slab that has been transported over the transfer skid in the width direction of the slab in a state where a plurality of slabs such as blooms are arranged in parallel, The present invention provides a slab separation device that can separate the slabs one by one.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problems]
The present invention advantageously solves the above problem, and the gist of the present invention is to provide a slab conveyed on the transfer skid in the width direction of the slab in a state where a plurality of slabs are arranged in parallel, from the transfer skid. dropped one by one to the top of the slab to lower the cut skids on, by conveying earlier in the pusher cut fallen the slab, in the separation device of the slab to be separated for each one of the cast slab, the An apparatus for separating a slab, comprising a device for lifting one end of a slab that has fallen from the bottom at a position where the slab falls . Furthermore, the transfer skid is inclined so that the slab cut skid side becomes higher at the slab separating position, and the slab cut skid immediately before the slab advances and falls to the skid. It is also characterized in that an inclination is provided so that the side is lowered.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. As in the prior art, the slab conveyed to the separation position by the transfer pusher stops at the separation position. In the separation position, the slab is at a position which is + α higher than the height at which the cut-out pusher in the standby state is completely raised. α is arbitrary from several mm to several centimeters, but may be determined by the amount of deformation such as warpage of the slab. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the next slab from being lifted when the cutting pusher comes up when contacting the side surface of the separation target slab.
[0007]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the rear edge of the separation target slab hits the side face of the next slab at the separation position and balances with the frictional force between the front edge of the separation target slab and the cutting skid so that the slab does not fall. FIG. In this state, even if the cutting pusher moves forward, it ends in the air, sinks under the slab to be separated, lifts the slab, and as a result, the slab falls on the cutting pusher and may damage the cutting pusher. there were.
[0008]
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view in the case where the slab does not fall at the separation position, and is a view showing the operation of an embodiment of the apparatus for lifting the slab according to the present invention (claim 2 of the present application).
In the figure, a caster consisting of a rotatable roller that operates integrally with a cutting pusher and lifts a separation target slab to the tip of a freely swingable arm and a roller rail provided separately to guide this roller. It is a device that lifts a piece.
Further, in this case, it is desirable to provide the cut skid with a step having a height h so that the roller does not directly contact the slab at the standby position.
The position where the roller lifts the slab needs to be lifted immediately before the cutting pusher touches the slab side surface position, that is, l <L in the figure. However, l is the length from the stand-by position of the roller until the roller comes out highest from the skid surface, and L is the length from the cutting pusher to the separation position.
[0009]
Moreover, it is necessary that h ≧ H in order for the roller to lift the slab. However,
H is the height from the skid surface to the upper surface of the stepped skid, and h is the maximum height at which the roller comes out of the skid surface.
With these devices, if the rear edge of the separation target slab hits the side surface of the next slab at the separation position, the slab is balanced with the frictional force between the front edge of the separation target slab and the cutting skid. Even if the cutting pusher starts to advance without falling, the roller that lifts the slab moves on the roller rail, contacts the vicinity of the front edge of the separation target slab and lifts the slab, and the slab falls.
Since the slab rotates around the roller and falls onto the stepped skid, the impact on the roller is small. Further, the roller rail is hidden below the skid surface at the standby position, and is inclined upward until the slab is lifted, and thereafter, the roller rail is inclined downward so as to decrease immediately below the skid level.
[0010]
Here, a stepped skid for preventing contact with the slab at the stand-by position of the roller is not necessarily required, but from the viewpoint of preventing damage and durability of the roller, it should be in contact with the slab only at the moment of dropping the slab. In addition, the roller rail and skid should be constructed.
Further, the method of lifting the slab does not necessarily need to be a roller and does not have to be the same body as the cut-out pusher. For example, an actuator such as a hydraulic cylinder may be used. However, the apparatus (claim 3 of the present application) is effective for separating the slab at a low cost within the range of existing equipment and without extending the cycle time.
[0011]
FIG. 4 is a view showing the movement of the slab at the separation position in the apparatus of claim 3 of the present application. The figure shows the moment when the center of gravity (g) of the slab to be separated that has been transported on the transfer passes through the apex of the inclined skid. When the center of gravity passes through the top of the upward slope of the transfer skid, the posture of the slab changes from upward to downward. At that time, by providing a downward slope on the inclined skid so that the front edge of the slab does not contact the skid surface, the impact on the skid when the slab's posture changes can be mitigated, and finally the slab is removed from the step. Since the height when falling can be made small, the impact of dropping can be made small while ensuring the height of + α above the cutting pusher.
Also, the upward slope of the first half is configured so that the next slab stops upward in the traveling direction with the slab separated, so that the next slab is warped downward and the next slab contacts the cutting pusher. Even if they are in contact with each other, it is possible to prevent the next slab from being pushed up when the cutting pusher moves forward.
[0012]
【Example】
The present invention was installed and applied as a bloom separator before the heating furnace.
・ The cross-sectional dimension of the bloom is 300mm x 500mm
・ The length of the bloom is 3.5m to 9.2m.
・ Maximum warpage of bloom is 50mm
・ Distance α between slab and pusher top is 30-40mm
As a result, the slab separation device, which conventionally required manual intervention of about 30%, achieved almost 100% automatic operation, and there was no reduction in cycle time and equipment costs.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, an apparatus for separating a slab can be provided at a low equipment cost without a decrease in cycle time.
