従来、可撓性ゴムソケットをマンホールの取付管用穴に取付固定するに当たっては、マンホールを設置した現場に於いて、マンホールの取付管用穴内に可撓性ゴムソケットの元部を挿入し、その後で該可撓性ゴムソケットの元部の内周面にステンレス製の拡張バンドを当接し、拡径ジャッキを使用しながら拡張バンドを徐々に拡張させて、拡張バンドの作用で可撓性バンドの元部を取付管用穴の内周面に密着させて可撓性ゴムソケットをマンホールに取付けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然るに、前述の従来の場合には、現場に於いて、可撓性ゴムソケットを取付管用穴内に挿入し、その後で可撓性ゴムソケットの元部内周面に当接し、更に拡径ジャッキを使用しながら拡張バンドを徐々に拡張させて、可撓性ゴムソケットの元部を取付管用穴に取付固定しなければならないので、作業が煩雑で作業能率が悪い問題があった。更に拡径ジャッキを必然的に現場に持参しなければならず、忘れて持参しなかった場合には、工事の施工が出来ない問題があった。

本発明に係るマンホールに於けるゴムソケットの取付方法は、前述の従来の問題点に鑑み開発された全く新しい技術であって、予め可撓性ゴムソケットの元部外周面に所定のテーパーを設けると共に、該元部の内周面に拡張バンドを予め取付けておき、現場に於いては前記元部外周面のテーパーと可撓性ゴムソケットの弾力性とを利用することによって、この可撓性ゴムソケットの元部をマンホールの取付管用穴に強制的に挿入して取付固定させることが出来るようにした技術を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係るマンホールに於けるゴムソケットの取付方法は、前述の従来の問題点を根本的に改善した技術であって、その発明の要旨は、地中に埋設されるマンホールの取付管用穴に可撓性ゴムソケットを取付固定する方法に於いて、前記取付管用穴内に嵌入される可撓性ゴムソケットの元部外周面に所定のテーパーを予め形成し、かつ該可撓性ゴムソケットの元部の内周面に拡張バンドを挿入すると共に、拡径ジャッキで該拡張バンドを押し拡げて拡張バンドを可撓性ゴムソケットの元部内周面に当接固定し、この状態で該可撓性ゴムソケットの元部を外周面のテーパーを利用しながらその内部の取付管と共にマンホールの取付管用穴内に強制嵌入させて可撓性ゴムソケットと及び取付管とをマンホールに取付固定させることを特徴としたマンホールに於けるゴムソケットの取付方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図により本発明に係るマンホールに於けるゴムソケットの取付方法の一実施例を具体的に説明すると、図1は本発明に係る方法を実施してゴムソケットをマンホールに取付けた状態の斜視説明図、図2は図1のゴムソケットの元部をマンホールの取付管用穴に挿入する状態の縦断面説明図。図3はゴムソケットをマンホールに取付固定した後の縦断面説明図である。
