【0001】
遠心油圧F(1)
F(1)=π/4ρω2(rp1 2−rp3 2)(rp1 2+rp3 2−2rp2 2)
遠心油圧F(2)
F(2)=π/4ρω2(rp1 2−rp3 2)(rp1 2+rp3 2−2rd1 2)
遠心油圧F(3)
F(3)=π/4ρω2(rp1 2−rp3 2)(rp1 2+rp3 2−2rd2 2)
Fp=π(rp1 2−rp3 2)×PL
【0105】
FP0=Pa×Sp−π/2ρω2(r1 2−r2 2)(r4 2−r3 2)−ks・x
なお、この場合、ω=Ne(エンジン回転数)である。
【0107】
FP0=0 となる。
【0108】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clutch device, and more particularly to an improvement of a clutch device in an automatic transmission mounted on an automobile.

[0009]
As described above, when the responsiveness of the clutch decreases due to an increase in the stroke amount of the piston, the automatic transmission mounted on the automobile is engaged with the clutch at the time of shifting. In some cases, there was a situation in which there was a sudden increase in engine speed.
When such a so-called engine blow-up state occurs, since the clutch is engaged at a high speed when the clutch is subsequently engaged, the wear of the
[0010]
On the other hand, the stroke amount of the piston of the clutch depends on the error between the clutch pack clearance, the hydraulic pressure, the size of the throttle in the hydraulic circuit, the pressure regulating valve for controlling the hydraulic pressure, or the variable hydraulic solenoid valve. It depends on each automatic transmission.
Therefore, it is difficult to uniformly control the response of the clutch due to the difference in piston stroke time caused by manufacturing errors of individual components of these automatic transmissions, and as a result, smooth shifting may not be performed. .
[0011]
Therefore, in order to improve control of the response of such a clutch, conventionally, a control oil passage communicating with a discharge oil passage for discharging the hydraulic oil of the piston is provided, and the control oil passage is normally provided in the control oil passage. Is provided with an open / close valve that opens the control oil passage when the piston is moved in advance to the position just before contacting the clutch disc by the hydraulic pressure, and an electric signal is provided in the discharge oil passage. Discloses a technique in which a control valve for controlling the opening and closing of the oil discharge passage is provided.
[0012]
In such a technique, when the piston moves to a state position just before contacting the clutch disc by the hydraulic pressure, the relative position between the piston and the clutch disc is detected, and the control valve and the open / close state are detected. Operate the valve to open the control oil passage and the discharge oil passage, temporarily discharge the working oil pressure, stop the piston movement and wait, and when the piston working oil pressure is supplied, immediately, The piston presses the clutch plate, and the clutch is engaged (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-237120).
[0013]
However, in the conventional technology configured as described above, the control valve that is electrically controlled and the on-off valve that opens and closes the discharge oil passage must be provided, and the structure of the entire clutch device is complicated. At the same time, the number of components increases and the manufacturing cost of the clutch device increases.
Conventionally, from the viewpoint of improving the controllability regarding the response of the clutch of the automatic transmission of an automobile, the first fill is performed by electronically controlling the operation of the piston, and the piston is quickly and quickly moved to the position immediately before the engagement. A so-called first fill control configured to be engaged after being moved, and a technique for controlling the engine output to slow down the throttle opening speed by a throttle actuator are also disclosed.
[0014]
However, in the first fill control, it is necessary to change the first fill time due to wear of the clutch disk as described above, and so-called learning control is required, so that the control becomes complicated, and the manufacturing cost is the same as described above. There was a problem that the swell increased.
Moreover, when controlling with the said throttle actuator, the malfunction that the output performance of an engine fell as a result existed.
[0015]
Therefore, the technical problem of the invention described in
The technical problem of the third aspect of the invention is that, in addition to the technical problem of the first and second aspects of the invention, in the clutch device of an automatic transmission mounted on an automobile, the response controllability of the clutch is improved It is in.

The technical problem of the invention described in claim 5 is that, in addition to the technical problem of the invention described in claim 4, a low centrifugal oil pressure is more reliably generated in the lubricating oil.
[0017]
A technical problem of the invention described in claim 6 is that, in addition to the technical problem of the invention described in claim 4, a lubricant oil is prevented from flowing out when the clutch is engaged.
The technical problem of the invention of claim 7 is thatItem 3In addition to the technical problems of the invention described above, the clutchChiThis is to effectively prevent a sudden increase in the rotation of the engine, which occurs due to a state where they do not match.

When the engine speed increases when shifting from the low speed clutch to the high speed clutch, the high speed clutch is automatically engaged, and the high speed clutch In addition, it is possible to effectively prevent a sudden increase in the engine speed that occurs when the clutch is not engaged with any of the low speed stage clutches.
