本発明は建築作業や屋内作業等に使用される作業台の連結装置に関し、特に、作業ステージ板の左右両端に支持脚が回転枢着金具によって開閉可能に連結されている作業台をその長手方向である左右方向に並べて連結するための作業台連結装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
上記作業台は、通常は支持脚が作業ステージ板に対し直角より大きな角度で開脚するように取り付けられた略台形状のもので、本来単独で使用する場合が多いが、屋内作業等では長手方向に複数並べて使用する機会も多い。しかして、長手方向に並べて使用する場合、直角より大きな角度で開脚する支持脚が作業台の端部で互いに渉して、作業ステージ板間に大きな隙間ができる不都合がある。このため、従来では、隣合う2つの作業台の作業ステージ板間に補助天板を架け渡して連結している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これによれば、連結する作業台の作業ステージ板間に生じる隙間の問題は解消されるが、専用の補助ステージ板が必要となり、この補助ステージ板は作業台の連結時しか使用しないため、設備コストが高くつくと云う問題がある。そこで、本発明は、専用の補助ステージ板を用いることなく、2つの作業台の隣合う作業ステージ板相互を直接連結できる、構造簡単で連結操作が容易な作業台連結装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
