【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は自動車などの車両扉を電動にて自動的に開閉する車両用自動扉の開閉装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、車両扉を電動にて開閉する装置として、特開平7ー303672号公報には、車両の後部フロアーに駆動エンジンを装備して、後部の車両扉を開閉する装置が記載されている。

この駆動エンジンは、正逆回転可能な電動モーター、減速ギヤを内蔵すると共に、駆動力を制御するトルクリミッターを装備し、駆動エンジンの出力軸に出力杆を取付け、該出力杆にコネクチングロッドを介して車両扉に連結し、又出力杆をスプリングにて車両扉の閉鎖方向へ付勢する様に設けており、駆動エンジンの作動により、車両扉を開閉する様になしている。

そして、上記駆動エンジンは、電動モータの駆動力を減速ギヤを介して伝動するため、車両扉の閉鎖時において、車両扉を締め切るためのスピードが得られず、これ故車両扉の閉鎖時においては、駆動エンジンの回転力に、車両扉の閉鎖方向へスプリングによる付勢力を加わえることにより、車両扉を高速にして強力に引き寄せ、車両扉を完全に締め切る様になしている。

しかしながら、スプリングによる付勢力が車両扉の閉鎖方向に作用していても、その付勢力は、駆動エンジンの出力杆の動作に応じてのみ車両扉に作用するため、駆動エンジンに組み込まれたギヤユニットが抵抗となり、車両扉の閉鎖時にスプリングの付勢力を追加しても、所望する車両扉の閉スピードが得られず、ドアの閉鎖力の不足で完全に閉まらない欠点を有していた。

又、上記の駆動エンジンには、駆動力を遮断して手動に切替えるコックを装備しているも、このコックによる操作なしに、手動に切り替えられず、非常事態が起きた場合、素早く手動に切替えることが困難な欠点を有していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は自動扉の閉鎖時において、駆動エンジンによる駆動力を遮断して、スプリングの付勢力でのみ完全に締め切る様にし、又コックの操作なしに手動で開閉できる様にした車両用自動扉の開閉装置を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記従来技術に基づく、自動扉の閉鎖力不足の課題及び緊急時における手動への切替えが困難な課題に鑑み、車両扉を一連の伝動手段を介して、駆動エンジンの正逆回転可能な出力杆に連繋して成る車両用自動扉の開閉装置であって、前記駆動エンジンは、駆動力を伝動する主動歯車にギヤユニットを連繋し、該ギヤユニットは、出力杆を回転させる従動歯車に掛け外し自在に設け、車両扉の開放時にのみ、主動歯車の正逆回転のいずれか一方の回転のみを伝動する様になし、又出力杆に車両扉の閉鎖方向へ付勢するスプリングを設けることにより、車両扉の開放時には、従動歯車はギヤユニットを介して主動歯車の回転を伝動して、出力杆を作動させ、又車両扉の閉鎖時において、ギヤユニットを従動歯車より外して、出力杆をフリーな状態となして、スプリングによる付勢力のみで以て、車両扉を締め切り、又閉鎖状態においても、出力杆を上記の通りフリーな状態となすことが出来るため、車両の内外から手動による車両扉の開閉を可能にして、上記欠点を解決せんとしたものである。

以下本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明すると、
1は身体障害者用車両における自動扉であり、該自動扉1は車両2における運転席3側の後部の車両扉であり、該車両扉1は、図1に示す様に、ドアスライド装置4、本発明に係るドア開閉装置5、ドアロック解除装置6にて構成されている。

7は角パイプ等の棒状体を略U字状に屈曲形成したドア支持体であり、該ドア支持体7は車両扉1内より出没自在に設け、車両2のセンターピラー8に設けたヒンジ9、9aに連結している。

ドア支持体7において、一方の立ち上がり部10は上下のヒンジ9、9a間の距離に略対応して所定長さ垂下形成すると共にヒンジ9、9aに連結し、立ち上がり部10より連続して所定長さの水平部11を屈曲形成し、該水平部11より上方斜め後方へ連続して傾斜状の立ち上がり部12を形成し、該立ち上がり部12の上端部にパイプ体13を水平配置し、該パイプ体13に車両扉1内上方に水平配置した所定長さのスライドシャフト14を摺動自在に嵌合している。

ドアスライド装置4はパイプ体13の下部にして、且つドア支持体7の立ち上がり部12前方に装着固定したドアスライドモーター15にスプロケット、チェーン等の一連の伝動手段16を連繋して、車両扉1を所定の開き状態でスライドシャフト14に対しパイプ体13を前後方へ摺動することにより、ドア支持体7に対し車両扉1を前後方へ移動自在と成している。

ドア開閉装置5は、図1に示す様に、駆動エンジン17に、コネクチングロッド18、支持アーム19からなる一連の伝動手段を介して車両扉1に連繋して成り、駆動エンジン17に回動自在に設けた出力杆20の先端に、コネクチングロッド18の基端を枢着し、一方ドア支持体7の水平部11前方下部において、後部フロア21側へ突設した支持アーム19の先端に、コネクチングロッド18の先端を枢着し、該コネクチングロッド18の前後水平作動により支持アーム19を介して車両扉1を開閉する様に成している。

又、出力杆20と駆動エンジン17の後方間には、出力杆20を車両扉1の閉鎖方向へ付勢する圧縮コイル状のスプリング22を介在連結している。

次に、駆動エンジン17の内部構造を、図2及び図3に基づいて説明する。
図2は車両扉1の開放時における駆動エンジン17の内部構造を示し、又図3は車両扉1の閉鎖時における駆動エンジン17の内部構造を示しており、図2及び図3では、図1に示すスプリング22を省略している。

駆動エンジン17は、後部フロア21の所定位置に設置したベース23に、車両扉1の開放時に時計回り、閉鎖時に反時計回りの正逆回転する電動モータ24を取り付け、該電動モータ24の駆動力を伝動する主軸25を、図において、ベース23の略中央の左側に設け、主軸25には主動歯車26を固定すると共に、該主動歯車26にギヤユニット27を連繋している。

ギヤユニット27は、主動歯車26に揺動杆30の基端部をベアリングを介して枢着し、揺動杆30の先端部には、同心で大小の歯車31、32の段歯車を設け、上方の大歯車31を掛け外し歯車31となし、該掛け外し歯車31を主動歯車26に噛合し、又下方の小歯車32を伝動歯車32となし、該伝動歯車32を従動歯車29に着離自在に噛合している。

又、主動歯車26には、これに対しワンウエイギヤ33を着離自在に噛合しており、該ワンウエイギヤ33は、基端部をベース23後方に枢着してなる梃子杆34の先端部側に設けられ、ワンウエイギヤ33はワンウエイクラッチ35を介して梃子杆34の先端部側に設けた軸36に取り付け、ワンウエイクラッチ35によって、ワンウエイギヤ33を反時計回りの1方向にのみ回転可能となしている。

揺動杆30と梃子杆34は、夫々の先端部を相互に逆向きに指向させると共に、梃子杆34は、揺動杆30に隣接してベース23の後方に配置する様に、梃子杆34の支点をベース23の右側に設けている。

又、運転席3近くのインパネ等に車両扉1を開放、閉鎖を行う作動スイッチを設置し、該作動スイッチにより、ドアスライド装置4、ドア開閉装置5、ドアロック解除装置6を連動する様になし、作動スイッチを開放側へ操作すると、ドアロック解除装置6によりドアロック装置のドアロックを解除すると共に、ドア開閉装置5の駆動エンジン17を作動させて車両扉1を開放し、ドアスライド装置4のドアスライドモーター15を作動させて車両扉1を後方へ移動する様に成し、又後方部ドア1の開放状態から閉鎖するには、作動スイッチを閉鎖側へ操作することにより、上記と逆の動作により車両扉1を閉鎖する様に成している。

50は図1に示す様に、後部フロア21に設置した車椅子格納クレーンであり、該車椅子格納クレーン50は運転席3近くのインパネ等に別途設けたスイッチにより作動し、車椅子の収納及び取降ろしに用いられるが、必ずしも車両2内に設置する必要としない。

尚、本実施の形態にあっては、ドア開閉装置5を身体障害者用車両における自動扉に取り付けたもの示したが、ドア開閉装置5は、かかる身体障害者用車両に限らず、車両の自動扉であれば当然取り付け可能である。

次に本発明に係る車両用自動扉の開閉装置の作用について説明すると、
作動スイッチを開放側へ操作することにより、ドアロック解除装置6が作動し、操作ワイヤー48を介してドアロック装置に取り付けたロックアウトセット47を操作し、ドアロック装置によるドアロックを解除する。

ドアロックが解除されると同時に、ドア開閉装置5における駆動エンジン17が作動する。

かかる駆動エンジン17の作動を図2に基づき説明すると、
電動モータ24により、主動歯車26は時計回りに回転し、この時、主動歯車26に噛合しているワンウエイギヤ33及び掛け外し歯車31は反時計回りに回転し、掛け外し歯車31の回転により、同軸回転する伝動歯車32に噛合する従動歯車29を時計回りに回転させ、出力杆20を車両扉1を開く方向へ回転させ、これに連動するコネクチングロッド18の前方への水平作動により、支持アーム19を介して、ドア支持体7を車両扉1と共に開放方向へ押圧し、車両扉1を所定の開き角度を以て押し開き、車両扉1が所定角度を以て開き終わった時に、出力軸28に固定したカム46が、マイクロスイッチ44のスイッチレバー44aに接触して、電動モータ24の電源を切り、駆動エンジン17は停止し、続いてドアスライド装置4におけるドアスライドモーター15が作動する。

ドアスライドモーター15の作動により、一連の伝動手段16を介してスライドシャフト14に対し、パイプ体13が前方へ移動し、これにより車両扉1を後方へ移動させ、車両扉1とセンターピラー8間に車椅子収納口38を開口し、車椅子格納クレーン50で、折り畳まれた車椅子を後部フロア21に収納したり、又は後部フロア21内の車椅子を取降ろしたりする。

又、開放状態にある車両扉1を閉鎖するには、作動スイッチを閉鎖側へ操作することにより、ドアスライド装置4のドアスライドモーター15によってスライドシャフト14に対しパイプ体13を後方へ移動させることにより、車両扉1を前方へ移動させ、ドア支持体7を車両扉1に内在させる。

ドア支持体7が車両扉1に完全に内在した時点、即ち後方部ドア1が完全に前方へ移動した時点でドア支持体7の立ち上がり部12が、マイクロスイッチ49におけるスイッチレバーに接触し、かかる状態をマイクロスイッチ49が検出することにより、車両扉1を開閉可能な状態と成さしめ、同時にドア開閉装置5の駆動エンジン17が作動する。

かかる駆動エンジン17の作動、即ち車両扉1の開放(図2の1点鎖線で示した出力杆20の)状態から図3に示す閉鎖状態に至る作動を説明すると、
電動モータ24により、主動歯車26を反時計回りに回転させると、主動歯車26に噛合しているワンウエイギヤ33は、時計回りに回転しないため、ワンウエイギヤ33を支持している梃子杆34が、基端部の支点を中心にして時計回りに回転し、この回転に伴って、梃子杆34に連結片37で連結されている揺動杆30も反時計回りに回転し、従動歯車29に噛合している伝動歯車32を移動させ、掛け外し歯車30が係合歯車39に噛合する。

この時点で、ワンウエイギヤ33は、主動歯車26から外れ、該主動歯車26に噛合している掛け外し歯車31が回転する。

【発明の効果】
要するに本発明は、車両扉1を一連の伝動手段を介して、駆動エンジン17の正逆回転可能な出力杆20に連繋して成る車両用自動扉の開閉装置5であって、前記駆動エンジン17は、駆動力を伝動する主動歯車26にギヤユニット27を連繋し、該ギヤユニット27は、出力杆20を回転させる従動歯車29に掛け外し自在に設け、車両扉1の開放時にのみ、主動歯車26の正逆回転のいずれか一方の回転のみを伝動する様になしたので、車両扉1の開放時には、従動歯車29はギヤユニット27を介して主動歯車26の回転を伝動して、出力杆20を作動させることが出来、又車両扉1の閉鎖時及び閉鎖状態において、ギヤユニット27を従動歯車29より外して、出力杆20をフリーな状態となすことが出来る。

又、出力杆20に車両扉1の閉鎖方向へ付勢するスプリング22を設けたので、車両扉1の閉鎖時において、出力杆20は上記の通りフリーな状態のため、従来の様に駆動エンジンに組み込まれたギヤユニットが抵抗となることはなく、車両扉1の閉鎖方向へスプリング22による付勢力のみで以て、車両扉1を高速にして強力に引き寄せ出来、車両扉1を半ドア状態にすることなく完全に締め切ることが出来、この様にスプリング22の付勢力を有効に利用することにより、車両扉1の閉鎖力を上げられ、又スプリング22の力を調節することによって、車両扉1の閉鎖スピードも変えられ、又駆動エンジン17は、車両扉1を開放するだけの電力で済むため、低電圧で車両扉1を開閉でき、低電圧でも車両扉1の閉鎖スピードに影響なく開閉することが出来る。

又、車両扉1の閉鎖状態においても、出力杆20を上記の通りフリーな状態となすことが出来るため、従来の様に、駆動力を遮断して手動に切替えるコックを不要とし、又手動への切替操作が不要なため、非常事態に拘らず、車両2の内外から手動で車両扉1を開閉できる。

又、主動歯車26に、1方向にのみ回転可能なワンウエイギヤ33を着離自在に噛合し、該ワンウエイギヤ33は、基端部を枢着してなる梃子杆34の先端部側に設け、揺動杆30と梃子杆34は、夫々の先端部を相互に逆向きに指向させて隣接配置すると共に、揺動杆30と梃子杆34の相互が、夫々の回転に追従する様に連結片37で連結したので、車両扉1の閉鎖時における開放時とは逆に回転する主動歯車26により、主動歯車26に噛合しているワンウエイギヤ33は回転せず、ワンウエイギヤ33を支持している梃子杆34が、基端部の支点を中心に回転し、この回転に伴って、梃子杆34に連結片37で連結されている揺動杆30も回転し、これにより従動歯車29に噛合している伝動歯車32を移動させ、伝動歯車32が従動歯車29より外れた時点で、従動歯車29をフリーな状態となすことが出来、スプリング22の弾性力のみによって、出力杆20を車両扉1が閉鎖する方向へ回転させられ、車両扉1を締め切ることが出来、又車両扉1の閉鎖状態にあっても、伝動歯車32は従動歯車29より外れているため、車両扉1を手動で開閉できる。

又、揺動自在に設けたアーム38に、回転しない係合歯車39を設け、該係合歯車39を掛け外し歯車31の近傍に配置し、車両扉1の開放時においてのみ、掛け外し歯車31に噛合しない様に調節してなるスプリング41にて、アーム38を付勢したので、車両扉1の閉鎖時において、伝動歯車32が従動歯車29より外れると共に、ワンウエイギヤ33が主動歯車26から外れると、掛け外し歯車30が係合歯車39に噛合し、係合歯車39が回転しないため、掛け外し歯車31を支持している揺動杆30が、主動歯車26に噛合している掛け外し歯車31の回転により、主軸25を中心に回転すると共に、連結片37を介して梃子杆34を回転させることが出来、これにより主動歯車26にワンウエイクラッチ30を着離自在に噛合させると共に、従動歯車29に伝動歯車32を着離自在に噛合させることが出来、この様に車両扉1の閉鎖状態において、従動歯車29に伝動歯車32を着離自在となすことにより、車両扉1を手動で開閉可能としたり、手動では開閉できないロック状態とすることも出来る。

又、アーム38の支点40を中心とした適宜半径の円弧上の対応位置に長穴42を形成し、該長穴42を、所定箇所に固定してなるピン43に対し摺動自在に設けたので、掛け外し歯車31と係合歯車39の噛合状態において、揺動杆30の回転による掛け外し歯車31の移動に伴う係合歯車39との噛み合いズレを吸収することが出来、これにより掛け外し歯車31に対し係合歯車39を常に噛み合う様になすことが出来、掛け外し歯車31の回転により、従動歯車29に伝動歯車32を支障なく着離自在に移動させることが出来る等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものである。
