Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fleece in which the front and back fiber materials are different, and more particularly to a fleece in which the back fiber material is cotton different from the front fiber material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, so-called fleece fashioned by cutting and raising pile yarns protruding on the front and back surfaces of a knitted fabric that has been double-pile knitted has become popular as outerwear for cold weather. This fleece is often used as a garment for cold protection because it has a sense of volume, is easy to touch, is lightweight and has excellent heat retention.
[0003]
Polyester fibers are generally used as the fleece material, and double-sided pile knitting is used as the knitting structure. Then, the length of the pile loop protruding from the front and back surfaces is adjusted by adjusting the height of the sinker nose of the knitting machine, and then the knitted pile yarn is sheared and cut to create a raised fabric called a fleece.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, polyester fleece with particularly high fiber strength and elongation is slid in contact with other objects during wearing, or the fibers are rubbed or rubbed due to contact friction with other objects during washing. There is a problem that pills called pilling are easily generated due to entanglement with each other, and the quality and appearance are greatly impaired.
[0005]
On the other hand, generation of static electricity is a problem with synthetic fibers. The generation of static electricity is mainly due to mechanical movements such as contact and separation of two objects, and either positive or negative polar charge is excessively higher than the other on an object that is in an electrically neutral state. It is a phenomenon that becomes.
[0006]
The static electricity increases when the synthetic fiber and synthetic fiber, for example, polyester fiber and nylon fiber, acrylic fiber and nylon fiber, etc. are put together, resulting in an unpleasant “cracking” static electricity that is experienced daily. In addition, there is a problem that dust or dirt adheres and becomes easily soiled under dry conditions in winter.
[0007]
The present invention has been researched and developed with the object of solving the above-mentioned problems. The back surface of the cotton yarn is used to reduce the generation of static electricity and the fineness of the polyester fiber and acrylic fiber on the surface is further reduced. Thus, the object is to provide a fleece that suppresses the occurrence of pilling.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for solving the above problems and achieving the object, in the present invention, a raised fiber of 0.3 to 1.5 denier polyester fiber or acrylic fiber is used as the surface, and the fiber length of the raised fabric is 1.5 mm. A fleece consisting of a knitted structure having a back surface using 30 / 1st to 40 / 1st cotton yarn as the ground yarn was developed and adopted.
[0009]
The present invention is described in further detail below.
The fleece of the present invention is knitted with a 30 inch caliber sinker pile machine of 20 to 24 gauges, and is a knitted fabric having a pile surface on the front side and a ground yarn on the back side. Then, it is fluffed.
[0010]
A synthetic fiber yarn such as polyester or acrylic is used as the fiber of the pile fabric on the front surface, and a cotton yarn is used as the ground yarn on the back surface. By using cotton yarn, which is a natural fiber, on the back ground yarn, the amount of charge is reduced and the generation of static electricity is suppressed.
[0011]
Synthetic fiber yarns such as polyester or acrylic in pile yarn are brought close to ultra-fine micro denier to bring out the fineness and softness of the inherent hardness of polyester and acrylic synthetic fibers. The occurrence of pilling is prevented by repeatedly performing the shearing of () to shorten the napped fluff. The thickness of the pile yarn is preferably 0.3 to 1.5 denier.
[0012]
If the denier is less than 0.3 denier, it is too soft and the waist of the fabric itself is lost, and it is not suitable. If the denier is greater than 1.5 denier, the texture becomes hard and the soft feeling is impaired. Therefore, the above range of 0.3 to 1.5 denier is preferable. The fiber length is preferably 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm in terms of texture and softness. As the yarn, in addition to a normal round cross-section yarn, a hollow fiber can also be used.
[0013]
In addition, it is sufficient to use the 30/1 to 40/1 counts for the cotton yarns of the ground yarn in terms of optimizing the thickness and weight (stickiness) of the fabric. If it is 30/1 or less, it is not suitable because the fabric becomes heavier due to the ground thickness, and if it is 40/1 or more, it is not suitable because the fabric becomes too thin and loses its waist and affects the strength. The thickness of the cotton yarn is preferably 30/1 to 40/1.
[0014]
Next, specific examples of the present invention will be described.

[0018]
The evaluation results of the fleece obtained as described above are shown in Table 1 below.
In Table 1, Examples 1 to 4 are abbreviated as actual 1 to 4, and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 are abbreviated as ratios 1 to 4.
[Table 1]
Figure 0003691787
[0019]
The evaluation in Table 1 was performed as follows.
Static electricity (charged voltage): JIS L1094-1997 Half-life measurement method Friction voltage measurement method Piling property: JIS L0217 103 method hanging drying Grade 3 or higher Acceptable shrinkage: JIS L0217 103 method Tumble fluff adhesion: Cellotape (registered trademark) method QTEC Cellotape (registered trademark) method Grade 3 or higher passed [0020]
The evaluation results in Table 1 will be described.
The fifth grade of pilling property is very good with almost no pilling. Grade 4 is good with little pilling. Grade 3 has slight pilling. The second grade has a lot of pilling and is slightly bad. The first grade is extremely poor in pilling and poor.
The soft feeling ○ is soft and the touch is very good. Δ is excellent in touch.
The ○ of warmth is very warm.
Sweat absorption / moisture absorption: Excellent. Δ is slightly inferior. × is inferior 【0021】
As is clear from the above results, the fleece of the present invention has a smaller charge amount than the conventional fleece and can suppress the generation of static electricity. Further, in the pilling property, the present invention is excellent at 4th to 5th grades, but the conventional fleece is a defective product of 3rd grade or less, and both are markedly different.
[0022]
As mentioned above, although main embodiment of this invention was described, this invention is not restricted to the said Example,
Various design changes can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a raised fiber of polyester fiber or acrylic fiber of 0.3 to 1.5 denier is used as the surface, and the fiber length of the raised fabric is set to 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm. Since it relates to a fleece made of a knitted structure having a back surface using cotton yarn of No. 1 to No. 40/1 as the ground yarn, the following excellent effects are obtained.
[0024]
By providing the flexibility and flexibility of 0.3-1.5 denier ultrafine fibers, it is possible to suppress the pilling that occurs frequently in conventional fleeces, and it has a high performance of grade 4 or higher, and the fiber length of the raised fabric is 1 because are shorter and .5mm~2.5mm, does not decrease the anti-pilling even washing and long-term wear smell of repetition, quality forever, has a good appearance. In addition, it is soft and warm, and has excellent sweat absorption and moisture absorption.
[0025]
In addition, since natural cotton 30/1 to 40/1 cotton yarn is used as the back side, the thickness and weight of the fabric are optimized, and the amount of charge is not increased as with synthetic fibers. It is possible to effectively suppress the generation of static electricity that occurs when wearing and taking off. Therefore, adhesion of dust and pride can be reduced.
