BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a scroll compressor, and more particularly to a scroll compressor that can be horizontally installed with a simple structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, scroll compressors that are advantageous in principle for reducing the vibration and noise of compressors have been adopted, but most of them are of the vertical type because of restrictions on the oil supply structure and the like.
[0003]
In order to reduce the height of the refrigerator or reduce the installation space, the compressor is advantageously a horizontal type, and as a related one, for example, the one described in JP-A-1-87894 Can be mentioned.
[0004]
On the other hand, due to the relationship between housing conditions and demand for air conditioners, it is desired to make air conditioners more compact, lower noise and higher performance, and the appearance of the air conditioners is also regarded as important.
[0005]
In response to such needs, in particular, for example, a technique described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-169938 is known as a means for saving the space of an outdoor unit.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, the compressor is filled with refrigerating machine oil in order to ensure the reliability of the sliding portion and to make the temperature distribution in the compressor uniform. The refrigerating machine oil and the refrigerant gas are mixed with each other, and the viscosity of the mixed refrigerating machine oil is lower than that of the refrigerating machine oil in a non-mixed state. Therefore, in order to ensure a viscosity that does not impair reliability, the amount of refrigerating machine oil necessary is inevitably determined by the amount of refrigerant gas charged.
[0007]
Although the prior art described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-87894 is excellent in the oil supply structure when it is placed horizontally, the required amount of refrigerating machine oil is maintained while keeping the oil level in a state where it is not agitated by the rotor of the electric motor. In order to ensure, the length of the airtight container is increased and the purpose of setting the height of the refrigerator low is achieved, but it is not sufficient to reduce the installation space.
[0008]
On the other hand, the outdoor unit of an air conditioner described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2-169938 is provided with a machine room at the lower part of a heat exchange chamber, and a mixed flow fan is used as a blower for sucking outside air into the heat exchanger. A panel having an air outlet that can be blown out from the circumferential direction of the unit main body is provided on the front surface of the mixed flow fan. The machine room is equipped with a compressor and electrical equipment, but the compressor model is not described.
[0009]
In this outdoor unit, the blower is a mixed flow fan with a large shape, the compressor is a general transverse type hermetic electric compressor, and the front panel is used for the air flow from the mixed flow fan. Since the air passage leading to the circumferential direction is formed, the structure is complicated, and there is not enough consideration for the air blowing efficiency, and the outdoor unit is downsized and simplified enough I could not say.
[0010]
This onset Ming purposes, without compromising the reliability of the sliding portion of the compressor, the installation space - to provide a Le compressor - scan a small transverse mounted type scroll.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, the horizontal-standing scroll according to the present invention - Le compressor is provided in a sealed container, fixed scroll - driving a compression mechanism portion having a Le and the orbiting scroll, a compression mechanism portion of this in the horizontal-standing scroll compressor comprising an electric motor unit having a rotor and a stator that is fixed to the closed container, a crank shaft for transmitting rotation of the motor unit to the compression mechanism, the bearing of the crankshaft A sub-bearing that supports a shaft end of the crankshaft opposite to the eccentric portion, the frame having an outer peripheral portion fixed to the sealed container, and an eccentric portion rotatably attached to the orbiting scroll. a support plate which separates the interior space of the sealed container is attached, a discharge pipe for sending the refrigerant discharged from the compression mechanism to the outside, the support plate with the revolution of the orbiting scroll A refrigerating machine oil results in a high oil level difference towards the oil surface of the discharge pipe side of the support plate the oil level of the motor unit and the compression mechanism portion side, in order to supply the refrigerating machine oil to the compression mechanism An oil supply pipe that sucks in the refrigerating machine oil, and the support plate is provided below the position corresponding to the outer peripheral portion of the rotor and above the rotation center of the rotor. A support plate communication hole is provided.

[0045]
In FIG. 13, 100 is an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, 101 is a horizontal scroll compressor having the above-described characteristics, 102 is an inverter device related to electrical components, 103 is a heat exchanger, and 104 is a centrifugal fan. The turbo fan 104 has a blade portion positioned on the front surface of the
[0046]
As shown in FIG. 13, in the
[0047]
When the turbo fan 104 is operated, outside air is sucked from the back surface of the
[0048]
In the embodiment of FIG. 13, an example of a turbo fan has been described as a centrifugal fan, but it goes without saying that a sirocco fan, for example, may be used.
[0049]
According to this outdoor unit, the following effects are brought about.
[0050]
(1) The scroll compressor is more compact than a conventional general rotary compressor.
[0051]
Since the rotary compressor performs one rotation and one compression, and the scroll compressor discharges the compressed gas after several rotations, the volume change rate of the compression chamber per unit time is the same as that of the rotary compressor. A fraction. Since the scroll compressor is difficult to compress liquid, a suction tank is not required and the size of the scroll compressor is reduced.
[0052]
Further, since the scroll compressor has a small vibration, the number of turns of the piping system for vibration absorption which has been conventionally performed can be reduced, and the portion occupied by the piping is reduced.
[0053]
By reducing the number of pipes and the need for a suction tank, the volume of the installed machine room for the scroll compressor is almost half that of the installed machine room for the rotary compressor.
[0054]
(2) Since the scroll compressor and the inverter device are arranged below the heat exchanging section, the unit has a low center of gravity and the installation is stable. For this reason, even if the depth of the cabinet is reduced, the stability is better and the thickness can be reduced as compared with a conventional vertical compressor arranged in parallel with the heat exchange section.
[0055]
Further, since the centrifugal fan is used for the blower, for example, the turbo fan and the sirocco fan have a small depth, so that the unit can be thinned also in this respect.
[0056]
(3) The shape of the cabinet is substantially square when viewed from the front, and there is a decorative plate on the front, which is also attractive in design.
[0057]
(4) Since a centrifugal fan is used for the blower, the outside air is sucked in from the back of the heat exchanger, blown out in the circumferential direction of the top, bottom, left and right, and the exhaust efficiency is sufficiently improved with respect to the intake air. The heat exchanger can be made more compact.
[0058]
(5) The scroll compressor has less vibration, the piping system is shortened, and thick piping can be used for piping in the refrigeration cycle. Therefore, the pressure loss of the refrigerant is reduced, the cycle efficiency is increased, and a highly reliable air conditioner can be provided.
[0059]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, without impairing the reliability of the sliding portion of the compressor, the installation space - scan a small lateral location Katachisu black - can provide Le compressor.
