Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to dust-proof eyeglasses that are attached to a face to protect eyes from scattered matter, dust, splashes, wind pressure, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of conventional dustproof glasses is often composed of a spectacle portion, a dustproof frame portion integral with the spectacle portion, and a vine portion, and is worn in the same manner as normal spectacles.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional dustproof glasses, there is a gap between the dustproof frame and the face, and the dustproof function is not sufficiently achieved. Moreover, it is normal that any part of the hard dust-proof frame part is always in contact with the face part, which is bothersome for the wearer. In addition, for example, when heavy scattered objects such as nails and pebbles collide with the dustproof glasses or hit the dustproof glasses against the wall, the edge of the dustproof frame portion presses the wearer's face. May feel pain.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a dust-proof eyeglass that eliminates the above-mentioned problems, improves the dust-proof function, and does not feel uncomfortable even when the edge of the dust-proof frame presses the face.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the dust-proof glasses according to the present invention include a spectacle portion made of a transparent hard material located in front of the eye, a dust-proof frame portion provided around the spectacle portion, and an edge portion of the dust-proof frame portion. In the dust-proof spectacles having the abutment portion attached to the frame and the vine portion, a substantially U-shaped frame disposed on the spectacle portion and the dust-proof frame portion is attached to the spectacle portion, and the temple is attached to both ends of the frame. A plurality of circular holes for receiving the pins at positions corresponding to the pins on both side portions of the dust-proof frame portion. A long hole formed by connecting these circular holes in a substantially vertical direction, and the pin can be clicked and locked to any one of the circular holes in the long hole; characterized in that the mounting angle is made variable with respect to the eyeglass portion
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the dustproof glasses of the present embodiment as viewed from the front. The dust-proof eyeglasses are symmetric, and the eyeglass part 1 positioned in front of the wearer's eyes is surrounded by a dust-proof frame part 2 so that dust and the like do not enter around the eyes. In the present embodiment, the eyeglass part 1 and the dustproof frame part 2 are integrally formed of a transparent and hard synthetic resin such as polycarbonate or diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate.
[0007]
In addition, the edge of the dustproof frame 2 is made of a synthetic resin for further enhancing the dustproof effect and for reducing the contact pressure when the edge of the dustproof frame 2 comes into contact with the face. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the elastic contact portion 3 is attached with an adhesive so as to sandwich the edge of the dust-proof frame 2. In the embodiment, it is fixed with an adhesive, but it may be removable.
[0008]
Further, a U-shaped frame 4 is attached to the upper portions of the spectacle unit 1 and the dust-proof frame 2 at three points. That is, at the center of the frame 4, the eyeglass part 1 is locked by the pin 4 a, and the both sides of the dustproof frame part 2 are locked by the pin 4 b. As shown in FIG. 2, the dust-proof frame portions 2 on both sides are provided with elongated holes 2a that are directed substantially in the vertical direction, and for example, three circular holes are continuously formed in each elongated hole 2a. Pins 4b project inward from both U-shaped ends of the frame 4 so that these pins 4b can be clickably locked to arbitrary circular holes of the long holes 2a of the dust-proof frame 2. It has become. The end portion of the frame 4 is connected to a hanging portion 6 via a hinge 5.
[0009]
The abutting part 3 also plays a role of preventing dust and scattered matter from entering from the gap between the face and the dust-proof frame part 2, and the abutting part 3 is thick at the base bonded to the dust-proof frame part 2, It gradually becomes thinner as it goes to the free end. And the end is curled outward so as to easily fit the face.
[0010]
The abutment portion 3 is mainly disposed on the forehead portion, cheek portion, and nose portion, but the length from the base portion to the end portion is substantially constant in the forehead portion, and the outside, that is, the center of the face in the cheek portion. In the nose, there is almost no length to the end, but it is transmitted to the nose by increasing the length, enveloping the end, or increasing the thickness. The impact force can be reduced. Furthermore, the contact part 3 is not provided inside the vine part 6 so that the contact part 3 does not get in the way when the vine part 6 is folded.
[0011]
The vine portion 6 includes a cylindrical portion 6a connected to the frame 4 via the hinge portion 5, and an ear pad portion 6b that can be partly accommodated in the cylindrical portion 6a. The ear pad 6b can be expanded and contracted by slidingly sliding on the tube 6a.
[0012]
At the time of wearing, it is good to adjust the vine part 6 with respect to the direction orthogonal to the spectacles surface of the spectacles part 1 according to a wearer's face shape. This is because the human head, the size of the face, and the position of the ears on the head are various, and it can be suitably used by performing the adjustment together with the length adjustment of the vine part 6. In other words, by locking the pin 4b of the frame 4 to an arbitrary circular hole portion of the long hole 2a of the dust-proof frame portion 2, the frame 4 adjusts the vertical inclination with respect to the eye position of the spectacle portion 1 around the pin 4a. Thus, the angle of the vine portion 6 can be adjusted.
[0013]
This dust-proof eyeglass can make the contact portion 3 substantially adhere to the face when worn, and can sufficiently protect the wearer's eyes from wind pressure, dust, splashes, and the like. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, when the dust-proof glasses are worn, the edge of the hard dust-proof frame portion 2 does not directly contact the face, and the contact portion 3 having flexibility expands the contact area as a cushioning material. There is no discomfort because it deforms. In addition, when the flying object collides with the spectacle part 1 or hits a part of the dust-proof spectacles against the wall etc., the contact part 3 is deformed to increase the contact area to the face and absorb the impact. To do. For example, when the eyeglass part 1 is displaced downward with respect to the face, the abutment part 3 that abuts the cheek part is deformed into a substantially S shape and absorbs an impact, so that the pain is hardly felt.
[0014]
When the dust-proof glasses are stored in a pocket or the like, the ear pad 6b is pushed into the tube 6a as shown in the perspective view of FIG. Fold it up.
[0015]
In addition, it is not an essential problem of this invention that the vine part 6 can be expanded and contracted, and it does not need to have such a function.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the dust-proof spectacles according to the present invention makes the angle of the vine portion relative to the spectacle portion variable by selecting the hole portion by clicking the pin provided on the frame in the long hole so as to be clickable. There is no need to remove and adjust.
