本発明は、配管用サポート部材、特に、建物の水回りに配設される合成樹脂製の配管が部分的に垂れ下がることを防止するためのサポート部材に関する。

従来、一般家屋に配設される合成樹脂の排水管を所定の位置に支持するための装置としては、特開平8−170759号公報に示されているものあるいはその他種々のものが提供されていた。図5にその一例を示す。この支持装置20はベース21に固定されたねじ棒22に環状部23aを有する保持部材23の突片23b,23bを挿通させ、ナット24,24で締め付け、環状部23aで排水管25を保持するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、近年では、配管作業の利便性を考慮して、排水管として長尺のフレキシブル管が用いられている。フレキシブル管は下方に撓みやすく、排水が溜まると不衛生である。そこで、前記支持装置20がその取付け間隔を狭くして多用されることになった。

しかしながら、前記支持装置20では、ベース21をいちいち建物の床面や壁面に取り付ける必要がある。従って、狭い取付け間隔で多数の支持装置20を用いることは、作業が煩雑で、コストも上昇するという問題点を有していた。

そこで、本発明の目的は、一部品という簡単な構成で、フレキシブルな配管を垂れ下がりを防止して保持できるサポート部材を提供することにある。

【発明の要旨及び効果】
以上の目的を達成するため、本発明に係る配管用サポート部材は、配管の外周面に圧着可能な略円弧状の保持環部と、少なくとも二つの前記保持環部を連結する板状部とからなり、前記板状部は板厚方向に波形をなして可撓性を有し、かつ、板幅方向に剛性を有し、板厚面部分において前記保持環部の底部に軸方向に結合されていることを特徴とする。

本発明に係るサポート部材は、少なくとも二つの保持環部を配管の外周面に圧着させることで、板状部がいわば添木の役割を果たし、配管が下方に垂れ下がるのを防止する。板状部は板厚方向に波形をなして可撓性を有し、かつ、板幅方向に剛性を有することで配管の曲がりに対応することができる

本発明によれば、保持環部とそれを連結する板状部という極めて簡単な構成からなり、単体でフレキシブル管の部分的な垂れ下がりを防止することができる。なお、本発明に係るサポート部材は図5に示したような支持装置20を全て不要とするものではない。建物に支持する必要のある箇所では支持装置20を必要な範囲で使用し、いつくかの箇所では支持装置20に代えて本サポート部材を使用することで、施工時の作業性を改善し、低コスト化を実現するのである。

以下、本発明に係るサポート部材の実施形態につき、添付図面を参照して説明する。

図1において、サポート部材10は、硬質合成樹脂(例えば、ABS樹脂)で一体的に成形したもので、両端に円弧状の保持環部11、11を有し、この保持環部11、11が長尺の板状部12で軸方向に連結されている。
