【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は屋根の先端部分を覆った状態に取り付けられた軒先化粧板を備えた建物の軒先構造に関する。
特に、ユニット建物に適した建物の軒先構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
建物の軒先部分はよく人の目を引く場所であり、しかも、この軒先部分には、屋根の先端部や軒樋があって複雑な形状をしていて美観を害することが多い。
この問題を解決する方法として、この屋根の先端部や軒樋を軒先化粧板で覆って美観をよくすることが多く行われている。

一方、ユニット建物は、運搬可能な一定の大きさの箱形の、且つ、内部、外部の仕上げられた建物ユニットと屋根ユニット・屋根パネルとを、予め、工場で製造し、この建物ユニットや屋根ユニット・屋根パネルの複数個を施工現場に運搬し、施工現場で組み立てて建物となすものであって、現場施工期間が短く、且つ、寸法精度の良い標準化された建物となる特徴があることから、近年、広く採用されている。尚、屋根パネルは工場で建物ユニットに取り付けられて施工現場に運搬されることもある。

このユニット建物においても、屋根の先端や軒樋を軒先化粧板で覆って美観をよくすることが多い。
例えば、特公平3−80227号公報や特許第2543625号公報には、ユニット建物の屋根の先端部や軒樋を軒先化粧板で覆った軒先構造について記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この軒先化粧板の形状については、一般に次のような傾向がある。
即ち、建物の外壁から軒先化粧板の先端までの長さ(以後、庇の出寸法という)は建物の種類、構造、位置や宅地の大きさ等によって異なる。
例えば、敷地にゆとりのある郊外では、庇の出寸法は長く(例えば、750mm〜1000mm)、都市部の狭小な宅地では、隣地境界への対応のために短い(例えば、500mm以下)。又、同じ建物であっても、南側の屋根では、日光が室内に入るのを防ぐために庇の出寸法を長くするという傾向が多い。

そして、この庇の先端に取り付けられる軒先化粧板は、庇の出寸法が短い場合には垂直方向の長さを長くして豪華にすることで軒先の安定感を持たせることが好ましく、庇の出寸法が長い場合には垂直方向の長さが長いと、側面から見ると、先端部分が大きくなり不安定な感じがするので、垂直方向の長さを短くして、軒先先端の重量感を軽減して建物の外観の向上を図っている。

しかし、建物の南側と北側や東西側とで庇の出寸法が異なる場合に、この庇の出寸法に合わせて軒先化粧材の垂直方向の長さを変えると、それぞれの庇が独立した感じがして全体の調和が取れず見苦しい建物となる。
又、同じ宅地内に2棟以上の建物、例えば、母屋と納屋等があり、この2棟の建物の庇の出寸法が異なる場合にも、庇の出寸法に合わせて軒先化粧材の垂直方向の長さを変えると、全体の調和が取れず見苦しい建物となる。

かかる問題はユニット建物でも発生する。更に、このユニット建物では、ほぼ同じ形状の建物を大量生産して販売するので、例えば、顧客の希望や土地の形状等で庇の長さを変える場合にも、展示場で見た建物と実際に建てた建物の感じが異なると困るので、通常、軒先化粧板の形状と垂直方向の長さをほぼ一定にしている。

上記公報記載のユニット建物について説明すると、特公平3−80227号公報では、通常、庇の出寸法がほぼ500mmの建物ユニットに使用する軒先化粧材であり、特許第2543625号公報では、庇の出寸法がほぼ300mmのユニット建物に使用する軒先化粧板であるが、軒先化粧板の垂直方向の長さはほぼ370mmと同じにしている。
上記の場合には庇の出寸法がほぼ500mmとほぼ300mmというように余り変わらないので、それほど問題が発生しないが、庇の出寸法が更に大きく(例えば、ほぼ1000mm)なると極めて不安定な感じがする。

そこで、この発明の目的は、庇の長さに関係なく垂直方向の長さをほぼ同じにし、しかも、庇の長さが短いときには見る人に豪華な感じを与え、庇の長さが長いときには先端部分が小さく、見る人に安定した感じを与える建物の軒先構造を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、上記目的を達成するためになしたものであって、建物の屋根の先端部と雨樋の屋外側を覆った状態に取り付けられた板状の軒先化粧板を備えた建物の軒先構造であって、前記軒先化粧板の垂直断面が水平方向の分割線で複数個に分割され、前記分割された軒先化粧板のうちの上側の軒先化粧板であって且つ前記建物の室外方向への突出長さが異なる上側の軒先化粧板を複数用意して、前記突出長さが異なる複数の上側の軒先化粧板の一つを選択して前記分割された下側の軒先化粧板の上に取り付けることにより、前記複数個に分割された軒先化粧板が室外方向に伸長自在になされていることを特徴とするものである。

この請求項2記載の発明における長庇用の軒先化粧板は、短庇用の外形と垂直方向の長さがほぼ同じで、水平方向の区分線で複数個に区分され、この複数個に区分された一部分がその他の部分より突出したものである。この際使用する長庇用の軒先化粧板は、突出長さがほぼ一定の1種類だけでもよいが、庇の出寸法に応じて種々な長さに突出した複数種類の軒先化粧板、例えば、庇の出寸法が500mm用の長庇用の軒先化粧板や、庇の出寸法が1000mm用の長庇用の軒先化粧板等があってもよい。

次に本発明の実施の形態を示す。
図1〜図7は本発明の一実施例を示すもので、図1はユニット建物の斜視説明図、図2は建物ユニットの骨格を示す斜視図、図3は図1のA部分に取り付けられた短庇用の軒先化粧板を示す垂直断面図、図4は図1のA部分に取り付けられた庇の出寸法が500mmの長庇用の上側突出軒先化粧板を示す垂直断面図、図5は図1のA部分に取り付けられた庇の出寸法が1000mmの長庇用の上側突出軒先化粧板を示す垂直断面図、図6は図1のA部分に取り付けられた庇の出寸法が500mmの長庇用の中側突出軒先化粧板を示す垂直断面図、図7は図1のA部分に取り付けられた庇の出寸法が1000mmの長庇用の中側突出軒先化粧板を示す垂直断面図である。

従って、この軒先化粧板4を正面から見ると、突出下部分と突出しない部分との境界がハッキリせず、短庇用の軒先化粧板4−1と長庇用の軒先化粧板4−2、4−3、4−4、4−5とほぼ同じ外観を呈する。又、側面からみると、突出した部分は化粧板本体41の一部分であるために、軒先が小さく重量感がなく安定した感じを人に与えて美麗である。

先ず、工場で、図2に示すように、平面矩形状の四隅に4本の柱11を配置し、この4本の柱11の上端部を天井梁13で矩形状の辺に沿って連結し、この4本の柱11の下端部を床梁12で矩形状の辺に沿って連結した建物ユニット1の骨格を製造する。

建物ユニット1の骨格の相対する天井梁13に天井野縁17を差し渡し、この天井野縁17の下面に天井材を取り付けて天井を形成し、相対する床梁12に床小梁15を差し渡し、この床小梁15の上に床根太16を取り付け、この床根太16の上に床材を取り付けて床を形成し、壁を設ける場所には、天井梁13と床梁12との間に間柱19を取り付け、この間柱19に壁パネル3のフレーム31を取り付けて壁を形成したり、その他種々な仕上げを行って建物ユニット1を製造する。

施工現場では、予め設けられている基礎9の上に9個の建物ユニット1を据え付けて1階を構成し、この上に、9個の建物ユニット1を据え付けて2階を構成し、最上階の建物ユニット1の天井梁13に支持片21を取り付け、この支持片21の上に折版屋根材22を取り付ける。

このユニット建物Uの折版屋根材22の上に降った雨水は、折版屋根22の上を流れて行って、折版屋根22の先端から落下し、軒樋5、竪樋6を通って地上に落下する。

又、化粧板本体41と折版屋根22の間に降った雨水は連結屋根7から折版屋根22の方向に流れてゆき、その後は折版屋根2の上に降った雨水と一緒になって地上に落下する。

このようにして完成したユニット建物Uでは、建物の種類、構造、位置や宅地の大きさ等に合った庇の出寸法を有する軒先化粧板4を、図3〜図7に示す5種類の中から選んで取り付けているから、ユニット建物Uは、南側と北側と東西側とで庇の出寸法を変えていても、又、母屋と納屋というように同一宅地内に複数棟の建物がある場合に棟毎に庇の出寸法を変えていても、長庇用の軒先化粧板4−2、4−3、4−4、4−5を正面から見ると、突出した部分と突出しない部分との境界がはっきりせず、短庇用の軒先化粧板4−1とほぼ同じ外観を呈し、ユニット建物Uの全体が調和し、美麗な建物となる。

又、長庇用の軒先化粧板4−2、4−3、4−4、4−5を側面から見ると、突出した上側部分41−2a、41−3aや中側部分41−4c、41−5cは軒先化粧板4−2、4−3、4−4、4−5の一部分であるから、軒先先端部が小さく重量感なく、見る人に安定した感じを与えて美麗である。
このように、土地の形状や顧客の要望等で庇の出寸法を変えても、正面から見ると展示場の建物とほぼ同じ感じになるので、必要に応じて安心して庇の長さを選択し、この庇の長さに応じた軒先化粧板4を取り付けることがきる。
