図において、1はキャビネット、2はバックカバーで、これらでテレビ本体10を構成する。3はテレビ本体底部に一体成形されたリブ、4はモーター駆動により回転する平外歯車4aを有した回転装置、5はこの回転装置4をテレビ本体底部に取付けるためのネジである。6は周りに円筒型成形品であるすべりローラ7が複数配設されているリング、8はこのリング6が取付けられ、かつ平内歯車8aが一体成形されているテレビ台である。そして、テレビ本体10はテレビ台8上に軸9を中心に回転可能に取付けられ、かつ上記歯車4aと8aが互いにかみ合うように組立てられる。

次に動作について説明する。ネジ5によりテレビ本体の底部に取付けられた回転装置4の平外歯車4aがモーター駆動により回転し、テレビ台8の平内歯車8aとかみ合うことにより、キャビネット1,バックカバー2よりなるテレビ本体10に回転力が生じる。この時、テレビ本体底部に成形されたリブ3が、リング6に取付けられたすべりローラ7の上をすべりながらころがることにより、テレビ本体は回転する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の回転機構は以上のように構成されているので、図6に示すようにCRT14の荷重により、キャビネット1の両端部に鎖線で示されるような変形δが発生するという問題点があった。特にワイドテレビの様に横長のCRTでは、より大きなモーメントが加わり、大きな変形δが生じ易くなる。

この発明は上記のような問題点を解消するためになされたもので、キャビネットの変形を小さくして製品の信頼性を向上させるとともに、部品点数を少なくし、原価低減を図る事を目的とする。

この発明に係るテレビは、
テレビ台と、
テレビ台上に回転可能に載置されたテレビ本体と
を備え、
テレビ本体の底面に、テレビ本体の回転軸を中心とした平歯車がテレビ本体と一体成形され、
テレビ台の内側に、平歯車とかみ合う歯車を駆動する回転装置が設置され、
テレビ本体の底面に、テレビ本体の回転軸を中心とした所定の回転軌跡上に弧状のリブが形成され、
弧状のリブには、テレビ台上をすべりながら転がる複数のすべりローラが圧入され、
所定の回転軌跡は、テレビ本体内部において最も荷重がかかるテレビ本体の左右両側辺の近傍に位置し、かつ平歯車の径よりも大きくなるように構成したものである。

この発明に係るテレビは、テレビ本体をすべらせるためのすべりローラをテレビ本体の回転軸に対し所定の回転軌跡上に配設し、テレビ本体内部において最も荷重がかかる部分の回転軌跡と回転軸方向に略一致するようにしたので、キャビネットの変形を防止する。

実施例1.
以下、この発明の一実施例を図について説明する。図1はテレビの回転機構を示した分解斜視図、図2はすべりローラの取付構造を示した部分拡大図、図3は取付状態を示す断面図である。
図において、従来技術と同一部分については同一符号で示すものとする。10aはテレビ本体10の底部に一体成形された平外歯車で、キャビネット1とバックカバー2の底部にそれぞれ成形された平外歯車1a,2bからなり、これら平外歯車1a,2aは一体に回転する。11はテレビ本体10の両側の端辺近くに形成された弧状のリブで、それぞれ複数のすべりローラ7を圧入している。12はモーター駆動により回転する平外歯車12aを有した回転装置であり、平外歯車12aはモーターの駆動力をテレビに回転力として伝達する。13はテレビを支えるテレビ台、5は回転装置12をテレビ台13に取付けるためのネジである。そしてテレビ本体10はテレビ台13上に軸9を中心に回転可能に取付けられ、かつ上記歯車12aと10aがかみ合うように組立てられる。

次に動作について説明する。ネジ5によりテレビ台13の内側に取付けられた回転装置12の平外歯車12aがモーター駆動により回転し、テレビ本体10の底部に一体成形された平外歯車10aとかみ合うことにより、テレビ本体に回転力が生じる。この時、テレビ本体底部のリブ11に圧入固定されたすべりローラ7がテレビ台13の上面をすべりながら転がることにより、テレビ本体は回転する。

以上のように、この発明に係るテレビは、テレビ台と、テレビ台上に回転可能に載置されたテレビ本体とを備え、テレビ本体の底面に、テレビ本体の回転軸を中心とした平歯車がテレビ本体と一体成形され、テレビ台の内側に、平歯車とかみ合う歯車を駆動する回転装置が設置され、テレビ本体の底面に、テレビ本体の回転軸を中心とした所定の回転軌跡上に弧状のリブが形成され、弧状のリブには、テレビ台上をすべりながら転がる複数のすべりローラが圧入され、所定の回転軌跡は、テレビ本体内部において最も荷重がかかるテレビ本体の左右両側辺の近傍に位置し、かつ平歯車の径よりも大きくなるようにしたので、キャビネットの変形を防ぐことができ、信頼性の高い製品が得られる。
