Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of an aerosol sprayer according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5 show a first embodiment.
1 is an aerosol can, and an annular ridge 3 is provided around the upper end of the body 2, and the outer periphery of the top wall 4 closing the upper end of the body is wound around the outer surface of the annular ridge 3, and the center of the top wall The jetting stem 5 is erected in an upwardly biased state by penetrating the portion.
[0010]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a base member that erects a rectangular protective cylinder 13 through an inward flange 12 from an upper end of a peripheral wall 11 fitted to the outer surface of the annular ridge 3.
[0011]
Reference numeral 20 denotes a spray member with a trigger. An injection cylinder 22 is projected forward from an upper end of a stem fitting cylinder 21 in which a lower end is fitted to the upper outer surface of the ejection stem 5, and a trigger 25 is formed from the lower surface of the front of the injection cylinder. Is suspended. Furthermore, the rear lower part of the stem fitting cylinder 21 is connected to the rear upper end of the protection cylinder 13 via a leaf spring 23.
Reference numeral 26 denotes a nozzle fitted to the inner surface of the front end of the injection cylinder 22.
[0012]
Reference numeral 30 denotes a cover member for fitting lower ends of the left and right side plates 32 suspended from the left and right parts of the top plate 31 placed on the upper surface of the injection cylinder 22 to the left and right side surfaces of the protective cylinder 13. Further, a rear plate 33 that is continuous with the rear portions of the left and right side plates 32 and is suspended from the rear portion of the top plate 31 is connected to the rear upper end of the peripheral wall 11 via a thin hinge 34.
Furthermore, as described in claim 2, the opening 14 is formed in both the left and right portions of the inward flange 12 adjacent to the protective cylinder 13, and the engaging claws 35 are suspended from the lower ends of the left and right side plates 32. Then, the both engaging claws are engaged with the lower surfaces on the outer peripheral sides of the left and right directions of both openings.
The upper portion of the rear plate 33 is formed in an arc-shaped portion 33a that curves backward.
[0013]
Furthermore, an opening 36 is drilled in the middle of the top plate 31 and the rod 24 is raised above the opening 36 via a fracture piece 24a that can be broken from the upper surface of the middle of the injection cylinder 22. The pair of elastic pieces 24b is expanded obliquely outward and downward in the front-rear direction, and the lower ends of these elastic pieces are engaged with the upper surface of the opening.
The number of elastic pieces is not limited to two, and may be more than that. In this case, the elastic pieces are expanded in the front-rear and left-right directions.
The base member 10, the trigger spray member 20, and the cover member 30 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin material.
[0014]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
3 and 4 show a state before the cover member 30 is assembled. To assemble the cover member 30, the cover member 30 is lifted upward and the left and right side plates 32 are fitted to the left and right side surfaces of the protective cylinder 13. The opening 36 is pressed against the elastic piece 24b. Thereby, the elastic piece is elastically deformed inward, and the opening 36 passes through the elastic piece 24b. Then, the elastic piece expands outward and engages with the upper surface of the opening 36. At the same time, the engaging claw 35 is engaged with the lower surface of the opening 14.
[0015]
When a mist or the like is ejected from the injection cylinder 22, the trigger cannot be pulled backward only by applying a light force to the trigger 25 because the elastic piece 24 b is engaged with the upper surface of the opening 36. In order to squirt, it is only necessary to pull the trigger strongly. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the stem fitting cylinder 21 descends against the upward biasing force of the squirting stem 5 and the elastic force of the leaf spring 23, together with this. The injection cylinder 22 is also spaced downward from the top plate 31 to break the broken piece 34.
When the trigger 25 is released after the ejection, the stem fitting cylinder 21 rises due to the upward biasing force of the ejection stem 21 and the elastic force of the leaf spring 23, and the injection cylinder 22 also returns to its original position.
[0016]
6 to 10 show a second embodiment.
In the first embodiment, the rod portion 24 is erected from the upper surface of the injection cylinder 22 via the fracture piece 24a, the elastic piece 24b is expanded from the upper end of the rod portion, and the lower end of the elastic piece is engaged with the upper surface of the opening portion 36. However, in this embodiment, instead of providing these, a rectangular plate-like spacer 40 is interposed between the front part of the protective cylinder 13 and the lower rear part of the trigger 25, and the spacer and the protective cylinder are also connected to each other. And the trigger are connected by the connecting piece 41 for breaking. In addition, you may provide the connection piece for a fracture | rupture additionally between the spacer front part lower end and the surrounding wall 11 front part.
[0017]
Further, in the first embodiment, the engaging claw 35 is engaged with the opening 14, but in this embodiment, instead of this, the inner surfaces of the lower ends of the left and right side plates 32 of the cover member as described in claim 4 The first fitting claws 42 and the second fitting claws 43 are formed on the left and right upper end portions of the protective cylinder 13, respectively, and the first fitting claws are fitted to the second fitting claws.
Since other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
[0018]
In the present embodiment, in order to eject the contents in the body portion, the spacers may be removed by pulling the spacer 40 in either the left or right direction to break the breaking connection piece 41.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and third aspects of the present invention, a mist or the like can be ejected from the injection cylinder by pulling the trigger rearward, and therefore, a spray operation with one hand is easier than in the case of the conventional push-down operation. Become.
In the invention described in claim 1, since the elastic piece is engaged with the opening, and in the invention described in claim 3, the spacer is provided. The fact becomes visible.
[0020]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the engaging claw is engaged with the opening, and in the fourth aspect of the invention, the concave and convex fitting means is provided, so that the attachment of the cover member to the base member becomes stronger.
