Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot water storage device installed in a tea machine or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the tea dispenser, a hot water storage tank equipped with a heater is provided to obtain hot water for producing tea. The stored hot water is normally detected by a temperature sensor provided in the tank, while a preset temperature is set in advance, and when the hot water temperature exceeds the preset temperature as shown in FIG. On the contrary, the heater is turned on when the hot water temperature falls below the set temperature by a predetermined value, so that the temperature of the stored hot water is maintained at substantially the set temperature.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, it is known that the lower the atmospheric pressure, such as a higher altitude, the lower the boiling point of water. The relationship between altitude and boiling point is as follows.
Usually, the heating temperature of hot water stored in the hot water storage tank is set to about 94 ° C. Therefore, the heater off temperature is 95.5 ° C. obtained by adding 1.5 ° C. to the set temperature, and one on temperature is It is set to 92.5 ° C. obtained by subtracting 1.5 ° C.
[0004]
However, assuming that the tea machine is used at a high altitude and the boiling point of water is below the heater off temperature (95.5 ° C.) (eg 93 ° C.), as shown in FIG. Even after reaching the value, the heater is not turned off, and the boiling state is continued. If it does so, there existed a problem that the dew condensation by water vapor | steam and dripping of dew condensation water generate | occur | produced inside and outside the body of a tea machine.
The present invention has been completed based on the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to prevent the boiling of stored hot water from continuing.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As means for achieving the above object, the invention of
[0007]
[Action and effect of the invention]
<Invention of
When the boiling point of water is lower than a preset temperature, that is, when the stored hot water has boiled, the heater is not controlled to be turned off even when the heater is not turned off. When detected by the means, the heater is forcibly turned off by the heater control means. At the same time, the set temperature correction means corrects the set temperature based on the boiling temperature, and thereafter, the heater is turned off before the hot water reaches the boil, and the hot water is corrected without seeing the boiling. At the set temperature.
The hot water stored in the tank is prevented from continuing to boil, thereby preventing the dew condensation due to water vapor and the dripping of the dew condensation water.
[0008]
Further, when the temperature of the hot water in the tank reaches a predetermined temperature, the timer is started, and if the heater is in an on state until the time is up, it is considered that the hot water in the tank is in a boiling state.
Here, if fresh water is replenished after the timer starts and before the time is up, the hot water temperature will temporarily drop, so even if the heater is on until the time is up, boiling may not occur. obtain. In such a case, the hot water temperature at the time when the time is up is regarded as the boiling temperature, and the result is corrected to an undesirably lower set temperature based on a temperature lower than the actual boiling temperature.
In this regard, in the present invention, when the fresh water replenishment sensor detects that fresh water has been replenished while the timer is counting, the timer is reset. That is, the timer functions once so that the timer is restarted when the hot water temperature rises to a predetermined temperature once again. Therefore, the boiling of the hot water and the boiling temperature can be detected without error.
[0009]
