Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a housing for storing an electronic device such as an outdoor column or a booster attached to a wall surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional electronic device housing case (hereinafter referred to as the case) has a box-shaped main body case whose back plate is attached to a column or a wall surface and has an open front surface, and is divided into two parts in the vertical direction. In consideration of maintenance and repair after installation, even if the upper cover is fixed to the main body case, the lower cover uses the end on the upper cover side as the rotation axis. It is hinged to the main body case, and the opening can be opened and closed arbitrarily. In addition, since this housing is attached outdoors, the upper cover is assembled in close contact with the main body case so that rainwater does not enter the inside, and the lower cover is in close contact with the upper cover and main body case in the closed state. It is like that.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Although the space between the upper cover and the main body case is not yet high, the sealing between the lower cover to be opened and closed and the other components is not so high. Increased risk of intrusion. Also, if the lower cover is opened and closed after raining, water droplets adhering to the lower cover may travel along the edge and enter the interior. Therefore, a packing material is interposed between the upper and lower covers and between the main body case, but there is also a problem of deterioration in waterproofness due to the cost of providing other members and its life, and it is not necessarily the best countermeasure is not.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the present invention provides a highly reliable waterproof housing for electronic equipment without using other members such as a packing material, and the structure is provided at the upper edge of the lower cover. The overlapped portion that overlaps the back surface of the upper cover in the closed state is one step lower than the surface of the lower cover and extends in parallel with the upper cover, and the upper cover in the closed state extends over the entire length of the overlapped portion. At least two protrusions that are in close contact with the back surface and parallel to the upper edge are provided in parallel.
Further, in addition to the present invention, the back plate of the main body case protrudes outward from the surrounding side plate with a uniform width to form an extended portion, and each edge of the lower cover is closed when the lower cover is closed. An upper cover provided with three side plates, each of which has a side plate with its respective edges closely contacting the extension portion, is provided on the main body case provided with the extension portions and the left and right side walls in close contact with the extension portion. It is something to wear.
Furthermore , in the ridges, the distance between the two ridges can be set wider than the distance between the upper edge of the lower cover and the ridges on the side close to the two.
[0005]
[Action]
When the lower cover is closed, the overlapping part overlaps the back surface of the upper cover, and the ridges adhere to the back surface of the upper cover, so that rainwater does not cross over these multiple steps and enter the interior. Waterproof is maintained. Further, since the overlapping portion is provided one step lower than the surface of the lower cover, the heights of the upper and lower covers are equal.
In addition, by providing an extension part to the main body case and a side wall where the edge closely contacts the extension part on the lower cover, rainwater is guided to the extension part and the end of the side wall and falls downward when the lower cover is closed. Thus, it does not enter between the side wall and the main body case. In this case, since the overlapping portion and the protrusion extend to the side wall of the lower cover, even if the surface of the lower cover is opened in a wet state, the water droplets are guided to the end of the side wall and dropped. Intrusion into the interior is prevented.
In addition, when the extending portion is provided in the main body case, if the upper cover is provided with side plates that are in close contact with the extending portion on the upper side and the left and right sides, the upper and lower covers are surely waterproofed.
Also, there are two ridges, and even if rainwater intrudes beyond the first one, the next ridge can surely prevent intrusion and is the minimum necessary number. In this case, if the space between the protrusions is wide, rainwater can be collected, which is more effective.

【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a casing 1 of a booster composed of a body case 20 made of aluminum die cast and an integrally molded product, and an upper cover 30 and a lower cover 40 made of synthetic resin. The circuit board 2 and the circuit unit 5 to which the shield plate 3 is fixed on the upper surface and the connector plugs 4, 4,... The plate is continuously formed with extending portions 23 that protrude horizontally from the upper and lower side surfaces 21 and the left and right side surfaces 22, respectively. Further, the upper cover 30 has a hooking piece 31 for attaching to the wall surface on the back surface and having an L-shaped cross section. The upper cover 30 is formed in a box shape that is mounted on the upper side of the main body case 20. A retaining piece 33 corresponding to a pair of notches 24 provided on the left and right sides of the extending portion 23 of the main body case 20 protrudes below the end portion.
On the other hand, the lower cover 40 has a U-shaped cross section having side walls 42 provided on the left and right sides of the front plate 40a, and a set screw 43 that is screwed into the screw fixing portion 25 at the lower end of the main body case 20 at the lower end of the front plate 40a. The lower cover 40 is fixed to the main body case 20 together with the engaging / disengaging action of the locking pieces 43a protruding from the left and right of the set screw 43 and the locking recesses 21a provided on the side surface 21 of the main body case 20. It is possible. Further, in the vicinity of the upper end edge on the bent portion side of the inner surfaces of both side walls 42, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a guide rail in which an arc-shaped ellipse centered on the first pin 44 is formed as a ridge as shown in FIGS. 45 is formed symmetrically. The first pin 44 is supported by a pin receiving portion 26 provided at the end of the side surface 22 of the main body case with the lower cover 40 attached to the main body case 20 and serves as a rotating shaft of the lower cover 40. Second pins 27 projecting in the vicinity of the pin receiving portion 26 on the main body case 20 side are respectively fitted. Reference numeral 46 denotes a stopper projecting in the guide rail 45. When the lower cover 40 is fully opened, the second pin 27 gets over the stopper 46 and is positioned at the end of the guide rail 45. In this state, the lower cover 40 is locked. To do.
[0007]
At the upper end of the lower cover 40, a superposed portion 41 that overlaps the back surface of the upper cover 30 with the lower cover 40 closed is extended one step lower than the surface of the lower cover 40. The superposed portion 41 includes a front plate. Two protrusions 47 and 48 set lower than the horizontal height of 40a by the thickness of the upper plate 30a of the upper cover 30 are provided. The ridges 47 and 48, in the widely provided parallel to the upper edge 40b and (in this embodiment than the width of H 2 the width H 1 and lower ridges 47 and the upper edge 40b between both ridges H 2 is 2.5 mm, and H 1 is 4.5 mm). The upper edge 40 b is formed at the lower side when bent to the side walls 42 while being extended to the vicinity of the end portions of the side walls 42 at the same intervals. The width H 2 with the ridge 47 is closed, and is in contact with the lower ridge 47 as it is. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the end portions of both side walls 42 have a thin portion 49 in which the thickness on the inner surface side is reduced to a uniform width over the entire length, and when the lower cover 40 is closed, a stepped thin portion 49 is aligned with the ends of the left and right extending portions 23 of the main body case, and maintains a slight gap W (2.5 mm in this embodiment) between the side wall 42 and the side surface 22 of the main body case 20. Yes.
[0008]
In the case configured as described above, when the upper cover 30 is covered from above the main body case 20, the left and right retaining pieces 33 are respectively engaged in the left and right cutouts 24 provided in the extending portion 23 of the main body case 20. The upper cover 30 is attached and the removal of the upper cover 30 is prevented. Next, the lower cover 40 has both side walls 42 slightly expanded so that the left and right first pins 44 on the inner side of the side plate are aligned with the left and right pin receiving portions 26 of the main body case 20, and at the same time within the guide rail 45. When the second pins 27 are respectively fitted, the lower cover 40 can be opened and closed with the first pin 44 as a rotation shaft, and the operation thereof is performed together with the guide of the second pin 27 fitted in the guide rail 45. At this time, due to the rotation of the lower cover 40 around the first pin 44, the overlapping portion 41 also rotates and interferes with the side surface 22 of the main body case, but the side portion 22 is provided with a cutout portion 28 of the rotating portion. Thus, the rotation of the lower cover 40 is not hindered.
[0009]
The casing is attached to a column, a wall surface under the eaves, etc. with the right side of FIG. 2 facing up. When the lower cover 40 is closed, the overlapping portion 41 overlaps the back surface of the upper cover 30 as shown in FIG. , ridges 47, 48 in close contact in contact with the back surface of the upper 30a of the upper cover, only because comprising exposing a width of H 2 and lower ridges 47 and upper edge 40b, the cover rainwater vertically Even if it penetrates into the width H 2 , it does not enter further because of the close contact between the first protrusion 47 and the upper plate 30a. Further, since the width H 1 between the protrusions is wider than the width H 2, even if rainwater enters beyond the first protrusion 47, the width H 1 and the protrusion 48 bring it into the housing 1. Can be completely prevented, and the sealing with the upper cover 30 can be maintained. Further, since both the protrusions 47 and 48 continue to the side wall 42 of the lower cover 40, rainwater drops from the ends of the side walls 42 by connecting the protrusions 47 and 48 even when the lower cover 40 is opened. It is also possible to expect waterproofing due to the opening / closing operation of the lower cover 40. In this embodiment, since the overlapping portion 41 is set one step lower than the lower cover 40, the height of the upper cover 30 becomes equal when the lower cover 40 is closed.
Further, the waterproofing between the upper cover 30 and the main body case 20 is a box shape in this embodiment, so that the waterproof effect is high, and the intrusion into the main body case 20 side together with the extending portion 23 can be completely prevented. Further, the waterproofing between the lower cover 40 and the main body case 20 is sealed by the thin portions 49 of the side walls 42 and the left and right extending portions 23 of the main body case 20, as shown in FIG. The rainwater does not penetrate into the inside from the seal portion, and falls down through the extended portion 23 and the thin portion 49 as it is.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, waterproofing between the upper cover and the lower cover in the main body case can be performed with high reliability as well as waterproofing between the upper and lower covers that require a particularly high waterproof function.
[0010]
Note that the setting of the number and width of the two protrusions is not limited to the above embodiment, and the width may be narrowed so that the number of protrusions is three or more, or the width may be wider than the width between the protrusions. There is no problem.
Further, if the side wall 42 of the lower cover 40 and the extending portion 23 of the main body case 20 are in close contact with each other, the waterproof effect can be maintained. It may be merely in close contact with the portion 23. Further, by adopting another hinge structure for the lower cover 40, the interval W between the side surface 22 of the main body case and the side wall 42 of the lower cover 40 may be further reduced. It can also be opened and closed in contact.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the sealing between the lower cover and the upper cover on the main body case side is maintained with a simple configuration without using a packing material or the like, and rain water can be completely prevented from entering. Therefore, the reliability of the housing is high and economical.
Also, by providing the extension part to the main body case and the side plate with the edge closely attached to the extension part of the lower cover, the side plate and the main body case are kept waterproof when the side plate is provided to the lower cover. Also, if a side plate that is in close contact with the extended portion is provided, reliable waterproofing is achieved in all the upper and lower covers.
Furthermore, if two ridges are provided and the interval between the ridges is increased, a reliable waterproof effect can be obtained with the minimum necessary shape.
