本発明の目的は前述のような欠点を解消し、溶融樹脂が1段目のデイスパージョンリングから2段目のデイスパージョンリングに入る際、流れを変化させ、混練や顔料の分散等が良くなるプラスチック用ミキシングスクリュを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の目的を達成するため本発明はスクリュに加熱バレル内径面との間に小間隙を形成するプランジャ部を設け、このプランジャの外周面に一端が解放され、他端が先止まりの条溝を夫々連通しないように交互に逆方向に配置して1段目デイスパージョンリングとするとともに、溝を隔ててスクリュ先端側である下流に条溝が前記1段目デイスパージョンリングより多い条溝の2段目ディスパージョンリングを設けたことを特徴とするプラスチック用ミキシングスクリュとした。

また前記2段目ディスパージョンリングは条溝の捩じれ方向が前記1段目ディスパージョンリングのそれと逆向きであるとともに、条溝の他端が前方に貫通しており、かつスクリュ軸方向の幅が1段目ディスパージョンリング幅より狭いことを特徴とするプラスチック用ミキシングスクリュとした。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に本発明の実施形態を図1および図2により説明する。スクリュ20には1段目ディスパージョンリング21と2段目ディスパージョンリング22が溝23を隔てて直列に設けてあり、前者には従来と同じく一端が解放され、他端が先止まりの条溝24を夫々連通しないように24a、24bとして交互に逆方向に配置し、後者には1段目ディスパージョンリング21の条溝24より多条で一端が解放され、他端が先止まりの条溝25を夫々連通しないように25a、25bとして交互に逆方向に配置してある.

従って条溝24bの解放部28から吐出された溶融樹脂は2段目デイスパージョンリング22の1個の条溝25aばかりでなく、先隣の条溝25aaにも入るようになっていて、溶融樹脂は流れを細分化するため、混練や顔料の分散等が良くなる。

図3および図4により本発明の他の実施形態を説明すると、スクリュ30には1段目ディスパージョンリング31と2段目ディスパージョンリング32が溝33をへだてて直列に設けてあり、前者には従来と同じく一端が解放され、他端が先止まりの条溝34を夫々連通しないように34a、34bとして交互に逆方向に配置し、後者には条溝の捩じれ方向が前記1段目ディスパージョンリング31のそれより多く、捩じれ方向が逆向きの条溝35が設けてある。
