Description
【0001】
と、もう一方の相対して配置された上下に分割された側壁2c,2d(以下、単に、「分割側壁」という。)

[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional folding container described above, when a force is applied from the outside to the side wall (hereinafter simply referred to as “the side wall”) of the assembled folding container, the side wall of the folding container is turned to the inside of the folding container. There is a problem that it moves and the contents are damaged.
[0004]
In addition, when a large number of folding containers are stacked in the vertical direction, so-called stacking state, when the flip-up side wall of the folding container rotates to the inside of the folding container, the flip-up side wall is in an original vertical state from the outside. It is difficult to return the folding container to the upper side, and the above-mentioned pivoting side wall no longer bears the load of the folding container loaded above, so that the folding container with the pivoting side wall is buckled and damaged. Or, even if it is not damaged, there is a problem that the folding container with the flipped-up side wall is deformed and the stacked folding containers are collapsed.
[0005]
The objective of this invention is providing the folding container which improved the assembly and folding workability | operativity while solving the subject which the conventional folding container mentioned above has.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention firstly forms an accommodation recess composed of a horizontal groove and a vertical groove extending downward from both ends of the horizontal groove on the outer wall of the raised side wall. A through hole is formed in the lower end portion of the vertical groove constituting the storage recess, and the storage recess includes a horizontal frame, a vertical frame extending downward from the vicinity of both ends of the horizontal frame, and the vertical frame. An engagement member formed of an engagement piece formed at a lower end portion is accommodated in the vertical groove in which the vertical frame forms the storage recess, and the engagement piece forms a vertical groove in the storage recess. Between the upper surface of the horizontal frame forming the engaging member and the upper surface of the horizontal groove forming the storage recess. A spring member for urging the engaging member downward is mounted, and the engagement member urged downward is applied. When the engagement piece of the member is inserted into the engagement recess formed in the bottom and the engagement member is lifted against the downward biasing force of the spring member, the engagement member is engaged. The combination piece is configured to be disengaged from the engagement recess formed in the bottom , and secondly, the hand portion of the automatic machine for assembling or folding the folding container is inserted into the engagement member. Possible depressions are formed .
