Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a safety fence device for a multi-layer type high-altitude work scaffolding device constructed and set in a multi-story shape on the outer peripheral portion of a high-rise building at a construction site of a high-rise building.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The above-mentioned multi-layered height work scaffold device 2 widely used (see FIG. 5) is a rectangular frame body 3 having a height H of each layer (each floor) in a multilayer form to be constructed and set, and this frame body. A rectangular scaffolding plate 4 extending and connecting between the upper ends of 3 is used as a main constituent member, and the frame body 3 is formed as a frame body in which a support bar 5 of two parallel vertical bars is connected by a horizontal beam 6. Bars 5 can be added and connected in sequence to form a multi-layered (multi-storey) stack. When stacked and assembled in the required height in multiple layers, the column bars 5 arranged in the vertical direction are in the form of long vertical columns that are continuous with the same outer diameter, and the load of the work platform apparatus 2 at a high place. It has become to support.
[0003]
Then, the frame body 3 is erected and arranged with a frame span L of approximately 18,000 mm along the outer periphery of a high-rise building or the like on which the above-described frame body 3 is to be constructed. A one-layer work scaffold 9A is constructed and set at the upper end of the group 3 bodies. Subsequently, the next frame body 3 is connected to each of the frame bodies 3 and added and set upward, and the scaffolding plate 4 is provided to construct and set the work scaffold 9B of the two-layer part. Thus, a work scaffold 9C having three layers is constructed, and a work scaffold having the required number of layers is constructed. In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a stay member that interconnects and fixes the frame bodies 3 together.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-described conventional multi-layer type high-altitude work scaffolding device eliminates a safety fence at the time of high-altitude work in which a heavy metal scaffolding plate 4 is hung on the frame body 3 at a high place and connected and fixed. In addition, the lifeline is difficult to lock, and it becomes a high place working environment.
[0005]
Furthermore, when working at a high place on the work scaffold 9 of each layer constructed and set by the above method, there is no point where the safety lifeline can be easily hooked. For example, a rope or bar material is set horizontally between the frame bodies 3. Therefore, the setting work is cumbersome and time-consuming, so it is a common practice to “miss it” and there is a risk of falling accidents.
[0006]
The present invention provides a safety fence device for a multi-layer type high work platform scaffolding that eliminates the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The safety fence device of the multi-layer type high work platform according to the present invention that solves the above technical problem is as follows. And a safety fence device to be attached to a multi-layer type aerial work scaffolding device in which a scaffolding plate is laid between the upper ends of the side-by-side frame bodies, and is attached to and detached from the support bar outside the multi-layered type aerial work platform device A support leg portion to be freely mounted and a handrail portion of the scaffold plate are integrally provided, and the support leg portion is composed of a pair of symmetrical leg pipes that accommodate a column bar in an intermediate space, and the struts that are connected and connected. It is made to slide up along the bar and is further provided with a pinching latch piece having an operation lever on the leg tube, and the pole bar in the intermediate space can be pinched and latched by the pinching latch piece. The structure is provided with a fixed locking means .
[0008]
That is, the safety fence device of the present invention is to set the safety fence between the frame bodies by attaching the support legs to the respective support bars of the frame body group initially arranged for the lowermost layer. The support leg is lifted and set on a support frame that is sequentially added from 1st layer to 2nd layer, 3rd layer, etc., so that it can be used as a safety fence for 2nd layer, 3rd layer ... It is a feature.
[0009]
For example, the fixing and locking means to the support leg and the support bar is, for example, “the support leg is composed of a pair of symmetrical leg pipes in which the support bar is accommodated in the intermediate space, and the clamping lock piece having an operation lever is provided. "Fixed locking means provided on the leg tube and allowing the support bar in the intermediate space to be clamped and locked by the clamping locking piece" , each of the leg tubes is shaped like a reverse octagon or an open leg by manual operation. A lever-shaped drop-preventing locking piece having a reverse shape, and by engaging the fall-preventing locking piece in the inverted octagonal shape with the upper side of the horizontal rail of the frame body, the support leg is locked to the frame body. In addition, a mode of “fixed locking means” in which the drop-preventing locking piece is formed into the open leg shape so that the support bar of the support leg portion can be moved up and down is adopted.
[0010]
[Action]
The safety fence device of the present invention having the above configuration can be mounted and fixed to the support frame of the high-altitude work scaffolding device and sequentially set upward, so that the safety fences of the work scaffolding of each layer can be simply and accurately. This makes it possible to improve the safety of scaffolding board setting work performed at a high place, and makes the setting work easier and more efficient.
[0011]
And the thing provided with the fixed latching means of the said aspect can perform the latching fixation to the frame body of a safety fence apparatus, and a latch disengagement loose simply and accurately by manual operation. And since it is locked and fixed to the aerial work platform by the fixed locking mechanism, it is possible to ensure a good safety fence performance that can sufficiently withstand the safety load predicted in the high-altitude work.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A safety fence device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. That is, the safety fence device 1 of this embodiment is constructed and set around the outer periphery of a high-rise building to be constructed, for example, in the construction work of a high-rise building such as 5-6 floors or more. The safety fence device set in the well-known multi-layer type aerial work platform device 2 provided in the above has the following structure.
[0013]
That is, the safety fence device 1 is a multi-layer type high frame in which the frame body 3 of the well-known square frame illustrated in FIG. 5 is arranged side by side with a frame span L of about 1,800 mm, etc. The supporting leg portion 10 is attached to the support bar 5 of the frame body 3 from the outside of the frame body 3 in the assembled state of the scaffolding device 2 as an attachment device that is attached to the work site scaffolding device 2 (hereinafter simply referred to as the scaffolding device 2). And a handrail portion 11 that is integrally provided at the upper end of the support leg portion 10 and extends in a rectangular shape in the left-right direction. The support leg portion 10 is attached to the column bar 5 of the frame body 3 of each layer and fixedly locked. It is possible to slide up and down along the support bar 5, and it is moved up from the lowermost frame body 3A to the upper frame body 3B... Required position It is set to down to "can be fixed.
[0014]
Specifically, the support leg 10 (see FIG. 2) has a twin tube structure in which two leg tubes 12 of a rectangular hollow tube are connected and fixed by a front side connection plate 14 in parallel pairs with an intermediate space 13 therebetween. The intermediate space 13 is provided with a fixing locking means that receives and accommodates the “column bar 3 of the frame body 3” and slides it up and down, or can be fixedly locked to a predetermined position of the column bar 5.
[0015]
That is, (see FIG. 3) each of the leg tubes 12 of the support leg 10 includes an operation lever 21 provided outside the tube, an operation rod 22A provided inside the tube, a toggle mechanism portion 23 at the lower end of the operation rod 22A, and a toggle mechanism portion. A clamp lock mechanism 20 for the support bar 5 is provided, which is composed of a clamp engagement piece 25 (hereinafter referred to as a clamp piece 25) that is pressed against the outer periphery of the support bar 5 by the operation of the support bar 23. When the twelve operation levers 21 are rotated, a pair of symmetrical clamping pieces 25 locks the outer periphery of the support bar 5 from both sides by “strong clamping force”, and the support leg 10 is accurately positioned at any position of the support bar 5. Can be pinched and locked.
[0016]
When the clamping lock of the clamping piece 25 to the support bar 5 is released by the reverse operation of the operation lever 21, the support leg 10 can be slid up and down with respect to the support bar 5 and can be moved up. .
[0017]
Further, the support leg portion 10 is provided with an opening / closing locking claw mechanism 30 and a “locking means 40 to the horizontal rail 6 of the frame body 3” which will be described in detail below. That is, (see FIG. 4), a pair of leg tubes 12 is fitted with an operation handle 31 that can be slid up and down and connected to an operation rod 22B in the tube, and a tapered cam 32 is provided at the lower end of the operation rod 22B. When the operation handle 31 is manually moved up and down, the taper cam 32 moves up and down in conjunction with it.
[0018]
In the leg tube 12 below the taper cam 32, an opening / closing member that is supported so as to be able to advance and retract in the direction of the intermediate space 13 and is biased by the “plate spring 33” in the direction of the intermediate space 13. The pawls 15 are provided in a pair of symmetry on the entrance side of the intermediate recess 13.
[0019]
When the operation handle 31 is pulled down when the support leg 10 is fitted to the support bar 5, the taper cam 32 reads “the support shaft 35 of the opening / closing latching claw 15 supported by the long hole shaft hole 34. (See FIG. 4B), the front of the intermediate space 13 is opened, and the support leg 10 can be attached to the column bar 5. Then, the operation handle 31 that has been lowered is returned to its original position. The open / close latching pawl 15 is moved forward again by a spring biasing force to close the outlet of the intermediate space 13 to prevent the support bar 5 in the intermediate space 13 from jumping out.
[0020]
On the other hand, the locking means 40 of the support leg 10 to the horizontal rail 6 is configured as follows. That is, (see FIG. 4) each leg tube 12 is provided with a pair of symmetrical locking pieces 41 for preventing the fall of the cantilever lever body rotatably supported on the shaft 42 and positioned outside the leg tube 12. The locking means 40 is configured by being connected to the operation handle 31. When the operation handle 31 is pulled down, the pair of drop-preventing locking pieces 41 are in a hanging position as shown by the dotted lines in the figure, allowing the horizontal rail 6 of the frame body 3 to pass through and the support leg 10 support column. The bar 5 can be moved up.
[0021]
When the drop prevention locking piece 41 is positioned above the upper horizontal rail 6 where the support bar 5 should be locked by lifting the support bar 5, the operation handle 31 is lifted back to the original position to be symmetrical. The pair of drop-preventing locking pieces 41 have an inverted octagonal shape of the solid line shown in the figure, and the tip engages with the upper half circumference of the horizontal rail 6 to lock the support leg 10, and the support leg 10 (that is, the frame body). It is configured to prevent the sliding drop from the horizontal rail 6 in 3) accurately.
[0022]
In this embodiment, the operating rod 22A is elongated in the vertical direction of the leg tube 12, and the two operating levers 21 are set up and down to lock the scaffold device 2 to the support bar 5. Consideration has been made to facilitate the above-described lifting work. And the handrail part 11 meshes and engages the adjacent part by the fitting part 18 to form a series of long handrail parts, and the safety of the handrail part 11 is further improved. The thing of the above Example has the said effect | action.
[0023]
The safety fence device according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the locking means 40 may be omitted, the support leg 10 may be formed in another form, or fixedly locked to the frame body 3. There are changes such as changing the means to other forms. And although omitted in the embodiment drawings, the stay member 8 shown in FIG. 5 is set as necessary. Furthermore, the usage of the safety fence device of the present invention is applied not only as a safety fence for construction work of the multi-layer type aerial work platform apparatus 2 but also as a work fence safety fence in the multi-layer type aerial work platform apparatus.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the safety fence device of the multi-layered type aerial work platform apparatus of the present invention particularly improves the construction work for setting up the aerial work platform and the safety of the aerial work performed on the aerial work platform. In addition to improving and improving the occupational safety of the work, the work efficiency of such high-altitude work is promoted. There are excellent practical effects as described above.
