Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner, and in particular, includes a filter holding frame provided adjacent to the front surface of an indoor heat exchanger, and a filter case detachably attached to the front side of the filter holding frame. The present invention relates to an air conditioner having a filter case provided with a detachable handle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conventional indoor unit of an air conditioner shown in FIG. 12 includes a filter case 107 that is detachably attached adjacent to the front side of the indoor heat exchanger 110. The filter case 107 includes a discharge unit 170 and a dust collection unit 172 of an electric dust collection type air cleaner. Then, when the room air sucked from the suction grill 102 first passes through the prefilter 130 and then passes through the filter case 107, dust contained in the room air is electrically collected. Yes.
[0003]
In such an air conditioner, it is necessary to remove the filter case 107 and wash it in circles at appropriate intervals. For this reason, the filter case 107 is normally fixedly held on a filter holding frame (not shown), and is configured to be removed from the holding frame during cleaning. Further, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, a grip part 134 is provided at the lower part of the filter case 107 for gripping by hand when attaching and detaching.
[0004]
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the handle portion 134 includes a frame-like handle main body 135 and barrier portions 136 and 137 provided on the heat exchanger 110 side of the handle main body 135. These barrier portions 136 and 137 are composed of a plurality of bars for preventing the fingertips from being damaged by the fins of the heat exchanger 110 when the handle body 135 is gripped by hand. The outer barrier portion 136 is formed on the outer side, and the inner barrier portion 137 is also formed on the inner side.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional air conditioner as described above has the following problems. First, as shown in FIG. 14, in the handle portion 134, the depth of the portion that can be gripped by the hand of the handle body 135 is shallower than the entire depth H by the thickness h of the barrier portions 136 and 137. ing. For this reason, when removing the filter case 107, it is difficult to grasp the handle body 135 by hand.
[0006]
Further, since the inner barrier portion 137 is inside the handle body 135, the handle body 135 cannot be completely gripped by hand. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to carry the filter case 107 after removal, and it is difficult to perform operations such as immersing the filter case 107 in water and shaking it during the above-described round washing.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in consideration of such points, and provides an air conditioner that makes it easy to grasp the handle of the filter case while preventing the fingertip from touching the heat exchanger when the filter case is attached or detached. For the purpose.
[0008]
The present invention relates to an indoor heat exchanger, a filter holding frame provided adjacent to the front surface of the heat exchanger, and a detachably attached to the front side of the filter holding frame, and a filter dust collecting portion is accommodated therein. In the air conditioner provided with a filter case, the filter case is provided at a lower portion thereof, and a grip portion having an inner side penetrating in the front-rear direction and facing the front surface of the heat exchanger is provided on both sides thereof. The filter holding frame is interposed between the handle portion of the filter case and the front surface of the heat exchanger when the filter case is attached. A flat plate-shaped barrier portion in which a large number of openings are formed so that a fingertip of a person does not contact the heat exchanger; and filter holding plates provided on both sides of the barrier portion. Together And a filter holding plate formed with a guide portion for guiding the guide projection of the filter case, and the engagement portion of the filter case is pressed rearward. The air conditioner is configured to be locked to the locking portion of the filter holding frame and to be detached from the locking portion of the filter holding frame by pulling forward.
[0009]
According to this air conditioner, since the inside of the handle part provided in the filter case is an opening penetrating in the front-rear direction, the handle part can be completely grasped by hand. In addition, since the filter holding frame is provided with a barrier portion interposed between the handle portion of the filter case and the front surface of the heat exchanger in a state in which the filter case is attached, the barrier portion allows the hand to be attached or detached when the filter case is attached or detached. It is possible to prevent the fingertip from touching the heat exchanger. In this case, since the barrier portion is provided not on the handle portion but on the filter holding frame, the depth of the handle portion can be made sufficiently large, and the finger can be inserted further through the opening of the handle portion.
[0013]
Moreover, since indoor air can be flowed to a heat exchanger through a barrier part, it is advantageous when ensuring air-conditioning capability.
[0016]
That is, it is possible to reliably prevent contact of the fingertip with the heat exchanger while ensuring the flow of room air to the heat exchanger in the barrier portion.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 11 are views showing an embodiment of an air conditioner according to the present invention.
[0023]
First, FIG. 7 shows that the suction grill 2 on the front side 1a of the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner is opened, the prefilter 3 is removed, and the filter case 7 and the deodorizing unit are removed from the filter holding frame 5 attached to the body of the indoor unit 1. The state which removed the filter 9 is shown.
[0024]
Moreover, FIG.5 and FIG.6 is sectional drawing which shows schematic structure of the indoor unit 1 of an air conditioner. FIG. 5 shows a state where the suction grill 2 is closed, and FIG. 6 shows a state where the suction grill 2 is opened.
[0025]
In FIG. 5, a dust collection filter unit 10 is provided in the upper front portion of the indoor unit 1, and indoor heat exchangers 11 a, 11 b, and 11 c are disposed behind the dust collection filter unit 10. A fan 12 is disposed at the center. Drains 13 and 13a are arranged below the indoor heat exchangers 11a and 11b, and a blower outlet 14 having a movable louver is provided below the drain 13. The entire body of the indoor unit 1 is covered with a front panel 30, and an upper grill 2 a is provided on the upper surface of the front panel 30.
[0026]
The rotation of the fan 12 sucks indoor air into the indoor unit 1 through the suction grill 2 and the upper grill 2a. The sucked air is first preliminarily removed from the dust by the pre-filter 3, further dust is removed by the dust collecting filter unit 10 and deodorized by the deodorizing filter 9, and the indoor heat exchangers 11 a, 11 b, 11 c are removed. Heat exchange at
[0027]
Refrigerant is fed into the refrigerant pipes of the indoor heat exchangers 11a, 11b, and 11c by an outdoor unit (not shown). The refrigerant circulates in the refrigerant pipe in the flow direction corresponding to each mode of the cooling mode and the heating mode. The air heat-exchanged by the indoor heat exchangers 11a, 11b, and 11c is returned to the room through the blowout port 14. Moisture in the air condensed in the indoor heat exchangers 11a, 11b, and 11c is guided to the drains 13 and 13a and removed to the outside.
[0028]
Next, the dust collection filter unit 10 will be described in detail. The dust collection filter unit 10 includes a panel-shaped filter holding frame 5 attached to the main body of the indoor unit 1 and a filter case 7 that is detachably attached to the filter holding frame 5. As shown in FIG. 1 or 7, a deodorizing filter 9 is detachably attached to the filter holding frame 5 on the left side of the filter case 7.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 2, the filter case 7 has a horizontally long rectangular shape, and a handle portion 34 is provided at a lower portion thereof. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the inside of the handle portion 34 is an opening 34 a that penetrates in the front-rear direction, that is, when the filter case 7 is attached to the filter holding frame 5, toward the heat exchanger 11 a side. ing. As shown in FIG. 2, a wave-shaped uneven portion 36 is formed inside the handle portion 34 so that the finger of the hand can be easily positioned when the hand is put on. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, the filter case 7 houses therein a discharge part 70 and a dust collection part (filter) 72 of an electric dust collection type air cleaner, and electrically discharges dust and the like that has passed through the prefilter 3. It is configured to collect dust.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 3, the filter holding frame 5 is attached to the front side end plate of the indoor heat exchanger 11 a in the main body of the indoor unit 1 by screws at the end fixing portion 15. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the outer peripheral frame portion 5 a of the filter holding frame 5 is covered from the front side of the indoor unit 1 by a lattice portion 30 a of the front panel 30 on the front side of the dust collection filter portion 10. It is pressed toward the rear surface side (see the hatched portion in FIG. 3).
[0031]
Thus, the filter holding frame 5 is fixed to the main body of the indoor unit 1 at the end fixing portion 15 and the outer peripheral frame portion 5a is covered with the front panel lattice portion 30a, thereby preventing the outer peripheral frame portion 5 from floating. By pressing, vibrations and the like during operation are prevented.
[0032]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a barrier portion 50 that is integrally formed with the filter holding frame 5 by a synthetic resin is provided at the lower portion of the filter holding frame 5. As shown in FIGS. 1, 5 and 8, the barrier portion 50 is interposed between the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 and the heat exchanger 11a in a state where the filter case 7 is attached to the filter holding frame 5. It has come to be. In the front panel 30, a notch is formed in a portion corresponding to the barrier portion 50 provided in the filter holding frame 5.
[0033]
Further, as best shown in FIG. 8, the barrier portion 50 is preferably formed to have substantially the same thickness as the outer peripheral frame portion 5 a of the filter holding frame 5. By doing so, a gap corresponding to the thickness of the original filter holding frame 5 can be effectively used between the filter case 7 and the heat exchanger 11a, and the front-rear direction of each part at the position of the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 can be effectively used. This is because the thickness dimension is not affected (see FIG. 5).
[0034]
It should be noted that the front panel 30 may be extended to the position of the barrier portion 50 instead of providing the filter holding frame 5 with the barrier portion 50. However, unlike the filter holding frame 5, the front panel 30 needs to be provided sufficiently separated from the heat exchanger 11a. As shown in FIG. 5, the front panel 30 extends downward to the vicinity of the blower outlet 14, so that moisture condensed by cooling by the heat exchanger 11 a does not flow out of the blower outlet 14 through the front panel 30. It is necessary to make it. Therefore, in the configuration in which the front panel 30 separated from the heat exchanger 11a is extended to the position of the barrier portion 50, the gap cannot be effectively used as described above, and the depth in which the finger can be inserted through the opening 34a of the handle portion 34 is large. It will be shallow.
[0035]
Here, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the barrier portion 50 has a structure in which openings 54 are formed between the plurality of crosspieces 52 in order to ensure the flow of room air to the heat exchanger 11a. have. Instead of such a barrier portion 50, a barrier portion 50A constituted by a lattice forming a large number of openings 56 as shown in FIG. 10A may be provided. In this case, the opening part 54 or 56 of the barrier part 50 or 50A is formed in a size such that a human fingertip does not contact the heat exchanger 11a.
[0036]
Here, a substantially flat barrier portion 50B as shown in FIG. 10 (b) may be provided, but from the viewpoint of ensuring the air conditioning capability of the air conditioner, heat like the barrier portions 50, 50A is used. It is preferable to provide one having an opening that can ensure the flow of room air to the exchanger 11a.
[0037]
Next, the attachment structure of the filter case 7 to the filter holding frame 5 will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, filter holding plates 20 are erected on both sides of the filter holding frame 5 on which the filter case 7 is mounted. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, projecting engaging portions 31 and guide protrusions 32 positioned above the engaging portions 31 by a predetermined length are provided on the side surfaces on both sides of the filter case 7. . As shown in FIG. 8 or FIG. 9, the engaging portion 31 has a cylindrical shape, the guide protrusion 32 has a cylindrical portion 32a having a cylindrical shape on the back side (upper side), and the plate-like plate-like portion on the front side. 32b.
[0038]
As shown in FIG. 4, the filter holding plate 20 is formed with a locking portion 22 and a guide portion 24. An opening 22 a that opens toward the front side 1 a of the indoor unit 1 and a locking groove 22 b that extends from the opening 22 a toward the rear side from the front side 1 a of the indoor unit 1 are formed in the locking unit 22. Yes.
[0039]
A claw 22c is provided in the upper part of the locking groove part 22b, and a holding part 22d is provided in the lower part. The filter holding frame 22 and the filter holding plate 20 are both made of synthetic resin and integrated, and the claw 22c has elasticity and is formed to bend slightly in the vertical direction when force is applied. On the other hand, the holding portion 22d is firmly formed so as to hardly deform. As shown in FIG. 8, the engaging portion 31 of the filter case 7 is inserted from the opening 22a and held between the claw 22c and the holding portion 22d at the upper end portion of the locking groove portion 22b.
[0040]
Here, since the opening 22a of the locking portion 22 faces the front surface of the main body of the indoor unit 1 in a state where the suction grill 2 is opened, the position can be easily visually recognized from the outside. The guide 24 includes an opening 24a that opens obliquely downward with respect to the front side 1a of the main body of the indoor unit 1 and is positioned in the vicinity of the opening 22a, and a kerf that extends obliquely upward from the opening 24a. 24b is formed. The rear end 24c of the kerf 24b is formed in a semicircular shape, and is formed so that the tip of the cylindrical portion 32a of the guide projection 32 can come into contact with the rear end 24c without any gap as shown in FIG. Yes.
[0041]
Next, with reference to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the attachment / detachment with respect to the latching | locking part 22 of the engaging part 31, and the attachment / detachment with respect to the guide part 24 of the guide protrusion part 32 are demonstrated.
[0042]
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the filter case 7 is attached to the filter holding frame 5. In FIG. 8, the cylindrical portion 32a of the guide protrusion 32 is inserted from the opening 24a, guided along the cut groove 24b, and comes into contact with the back end portion 24c. The plate-like portion 32b of the guide protrusion 32 is guided in the depth direction of the kerf 24b while the end on the front side in the insertion direction is in contact with the upper surface forming the kerf 24b. At the position where the cylindrical portion 32a is in contact with the rear end portion 24c, the filter case 7 is pushed from the front side to the rear side, so that the cylindrical projection as the engaging portion 31 bends the claw 22c upward, thereby cutting the groove 22b. Push the entrance of the.
[0043]
When further force is applied, the protrusion 31 gets over the tip of the claw 22c and fits into the cut groove 22b. At this position, the protrusion 31 is sandwiched and fixed by the base portion of the claw 22c on the upper side and the holding portion 22d on the lower side. That is, the engaging portion 31 is fitted into the locking portion 22, and at the same time, the contact of the end portion of the plate-like portion 32b with the upper surface of the cut groove 24b is released, and the positional relationship is parallel to the cut groove 24b.
[0044]
FIG. 9 shows a procedure for removing the filter case 7 from the filter holding frame 5. 9, first, the filter case 7 and the filter holding frame 5 are in the state shown in FIG. First, a hand is put on the wave-shaped uneven portion 34a of the handle portion 34, and the handle portion 34 is pulled in the direction C, that is, in the direction toward the front portion 1a of the main body of the outdoor unit 1 or obliquely upward.
[0045]
At this time, the cylindrical portion 32a of the guide projection 32 rotates while being in contact with the back end portion 24c, and the plate-like portion 32b of the guide projection 32 moves until it contacts the upper surface that forms the kerf 24b. At the same time, the cylindrical projection which is the engaging portion 31 pushes and bends the claw 22c upward, widens the entrance of the locking groove 22b, finally gets over the tip of the claw 22c, and comes out of the locking groove 22b. The plate-like portion 32b moves from the front surface portion 1a toward the near side and stops moving at the same time as the plate-like portion 32b contacts the upper surface of the locking groove portion 24b.
[0046]
Next, the handle portion 34 is pulled in the D direction, that is, in the downward direction of the outdoor unit 1 main body or in the diagonally forward direction. The cylindrical portion 32a of the guide projection 32 is separated from the back end 24c of the locking groove 24b, and the plate-like portion 32b of the guide projection 32 is guided downward while contacting the upper surface forming the locking groove 24b. The cylindrical portion 32 a of the portion 32 exits from the opening 24 a and the guide projection 32 is removed from the guide portion 24.
[0047]
Next, the effect of this embodiment which consists of the above structures is demonstrated. According to this embodiment, since the inside of the handle part 34 provided in the filter case 7 is the opening 34a penetrating in the front-rear direction, the handle part 34 can be completely grasped by hand. Further, since the filter holding frame 5 is provided with the barrier portion 50 interposed between the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 and the heat exchanger 11a in a state where the filter case 7 is attached, the barrier portion 50 allows the filter It is possible to prevent the fingertips of the hand from touching the heat exchanger when the case 7 is attached or detached.
[0048]
In this case, since the barrier portion 50 is provided not on the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 but on the filter holding frame 5, the depth of the handle portion 34 can be made sufficiently large. Compared with the case where the front panel 30 is extended to the position of the barrier portion 50, the finger can be inserted further through the opening 34 a of the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7.
[0049]
Therefore, it is possible to easily attach and detach the filter case 7 by making it easy to grasp the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 while preventing the fingertips of the hand from touching the heat exchanger 11a when the filter case 7 is attached or detached. In addition, since the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7 can be completely grasped by hand, the filter case 7 can be easily carried and the filter case 7 can be washed together as shown in FIG. Operation such as shaking in water is easier.
[0050]
Further, since the corrugated uneven portion 34a is formed in the handle portion 34 of the filter case 7, the operator can bring the finger of the hand into close contact with the corrugated uneven portion on the inner side of the handle portion to ensure the grip portion. I can hold it.
[0051]
Further, the engaging portion 31 provided in the filter case 7 is locked to the locking portion 22 formed on the filter holding frame 7 by being pressed in the direction from the front side 1a to the rear side of the indoor unit 1, Further, since the engaging portion 31 is configured to be disengaged from the locking portion 22 by pulling in the direction from the rear surface side to the front surface side 1a of the indoor unit 1, the filter case 7 is safer than the filter holding frame 5. It can be reliably and easily attached and detached.
[0052]
The filter case 7 is provided with a guide protrusion 32, the filter holding frame 5 is formed with a guide part 24, and the guide protrusion 32 is guided to the guide part 24 in a state where the engaging part 31 is separated from the locking part 22. Therefore, the filter case 7 can be attached to and detached from the filter holding frame 5 safely and easily.
[0053]
Since the guide groove 24 is formed with a locking groove 24a, the end of the guide projection 32 on the front side in the insertion direction is guided along the upper surface forming the locking groove 24b. The direction of movement of the guide protrusion 32 within the locking groove 24b can be determined singly, and the filter case 7 can be easily and securely attached to and detached from the filter holding frame 5.
[0054]
With the suction grill 2 opened, the opening 22a of the locking portion 22 faces the front surface of the main body of the indoor unit 1 so that the position can be easily visually recognized from the outside, and the work is not carried out by groping. The attachment / detachment work of the filter case 7 can be performed reliably.
[0055]
Since the engaging portion 31 is in a position where it can be fitted into the opening 22a of the locking portion 22 when the cylindrical portion 32a of the guide projection portion 32 is in a position where it abuts on the back end portion 24c of the locking groove portion 24b, the cylindrical portion 32a By waiting for the part 32a to contact the back end part 24c, the engaging part 31 can be easily fitted into the locking part 22.
[0056]
The outer peripheral frame portion 5a of the filter holding frame 5 is covered and pressed from the front side 1a of the indoor unit 1 body toward the rear side by the lattice portion 30a of the front panel 30 on the front side of the dust collection filter unit 10. The filter holding frame 5 can be effectively prevented from being vibrated during operation only by being screwed at the end fixing portion 15.
[0057]
In the above description, the example in which the locking portion 22 is formed in a concave shape by forming the opening 24a and the locking portion 31 is formed in a convex shape is shown, but the locking portion is formed in a convex shape. The locking portion may be formed in a concave shape by forming an opening.
[0058]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the fingertip of the hand does not touch the heat exchanger when the filter case is attached / detached, and the filter case can be easily grasped to facilitate attachment / detachment. Can do. In addition, since the handle portion of the filter case can be completely grasped by hand, the filter case can be easily carried, and operations such as immersing the filter case in water and shaking it can be easily performed even during round washing.
