本発明は、軟弱砂質土地盤の山留めアンカー方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
軟弱地盤の掘削に先立って、掘削域の外側の地盤の所定位置を固化材の攪拌混合により固化処理して定着域を形成し、この定着域に山留め壁のアンカーを定着させて、アンカーの定着力を高めるようにした技術は既知である(特許第2749388号公報参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明が解決しようとする課題(本発明の目的)は、掘削地盤が軟弱砂質土地盤の場合に前記公知技術よりもコスト的に有利に山留め壁のアンカーの定着力を高めることができる技術(軟弱砂質土地盤の山留めアンカー方法)を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために、請求項1に係る発明では、軟弱砂質土地盤の掘削に先立って、掘削域の外側の所定範囲の地盤を締固め砂杭の造成により締固め、この締固め域に掘削作業の進行に伴って設置される山留め壁のアンカーを定着させて、アンカーの定着力を増大させるようにしている。

なお、本発明における締固め域は締固め砂杭部とその周辺の締固め地盤部とから成り、アンカーの定着はこの両者に亙ってなされる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の説明図である図1において、1は軟弱砂質土地盤、2は軟弱砂質土地盤1の一部の掘削域であり、掘削域2は、例えば地下構築物を構築するために、図に点線で示す深度まで掘削されるようになっており、図は掘削が途中まで進んだ段階の状態を示している。

本発明では、掘削域2の掘削に先立って、掘削域2の外側の所定範囲の地盤に締固め砂杭3を造成し、地盤を締固めて、締固め域4を形成する。

締固め砂杭3の造成は、振動式もしくは静的な締固め砂杭工法により行い、材料砂には、砂に限らず、砂利、砕石等の砂類似の材料も使用できる。

前述のようにして締固め域4を形成した後、掘削域2の掘削を始め、その進行に伴って設置される山留め壁5のアンカー6を締固め域4に順次、定着させる。

アンカー6の設置・定着は、山留め壁5から締固め域4の外縁に至る孔を穿設し、この孔にアンカー6を挿入した後、締固め域4を横断する孔の先端部に適宜のグラウトを施し、アンカー6の露出側端部は横ばた7を介して山留め壁5に固定する、という態様で行うことができる。

なお、本発明は、図示のように山留め壁5を予め、所定深度まで打設する場合のみならず、山留め壁5を掘削の進行に伴い順次、建て込む場合にも適用されることは言うまでもない。
