分電盤や配電盤等の電気機器収納用ボックスをコンクリート構造体に埋め込んで取り付ける場合には、電線管をボックス本体に配管、接続したうえ、ボックス本体を取付スタッドボルト等で型枠パネルに固定し、対向する型枠パネルとの間にコンクリートを注入している。ここで、ボックス本体の型枠パネルへの固定は、図5に示すようにボックス本体1の背面板と型枠パネルPを貫通した取付スタッドボルト5にボックス本体1の背面の外側と型枠パネルPの外側からナット6、6を取り付け、このナット6を締め付けることにより行っている。コンクリートを注入し、コンクリートが固まった後型枠パネルPを外そうとすると、ボックス本体1の背面に出ている取付スタッドボルト5の先端がコンクリートに埋まり取付スタッドボルト5が外れなくなることがあった。また、コンクリートを型枠に注入する時の圧力又は衝撃でボックス本体1が変形することがあり、これを防ぐため設置現場において補強板を内部に組み込まなければならない場合があった。

上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明は、ボックス本体の背面板内部に、断面コ字状に折り曲げ成形した複数の補強板をねじ止めするとともに、これらの補強板間に断面コ字状に折り曲げ成形され両端の折り曲げ部が切り欠かれた取付板を取付けることにより、補強板の折り曲げ部と取付板の折り曲げ部とがともに背面板に接した補強構造を形成し、ボックス本体を型枠パネルに固定する取付スタッドボルトを支持させたことを特徴とするものである。なお、補強板を着脱可能としたり、取付板の取り付け位置を変更可能にすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1と図2は参考例の埋め込み型ボックスを示す図である。
