本発明は隠蔽ラベル及び隠蔽ラベルを備えた葉書に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、隠蔽したい個人情報印字欄を有する残高確認書、申込書等として利用される隠蔽ラベル付葉書に使用される隠蔽ラベルとしては、図６に示すような、表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12と離型紙層11と粘着剤層22と離型紙層21とからなり、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層された積層体からなる隠蔽ラベル、ないしは表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12と離型紙層11が積層され、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13とが剥離可能に構成された隠蔽ラベルが知られている。上記前者の図６に示す隠蔽ラベルは隠蔽ラベル付葉書に貼付けて使用され、上記後者の隠蔽ラベルは、別体で葉書に添付して使用されるものである。

また、隠蔽ラベル付葉書の構成としては、図４に示すような隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片と葉書紙片とが切目線を介して連結された帳票からなり、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片には図６に示す上記前者の構成の隠蔽ラベルが裏面の離型紙21を剥離して貼付けられているか、ないしは葉書紙片と情報表示紙片とが切目線を介して連結された帳票からなる葉書に上記後者の構成の隠蔽ラベルが別体で添付されている構成のものが知られている。上記隠蔽ラベル付葉書の使用方法は、葉書紙片の裏面に印字されている個人情報を確認した後に、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片面に貼付けられているか、ないしは別体として添付されている隠蔽ラベルを、粘着剤層12と離型紙層11間で剥離して、残高確認書、申込書等の他人に見られたくない個人情報印字欄に貼付けて個人情報を隠蔽して葉書を返信する。葉書を受け取つた側では、個人情報印字欄に貼付られているラベルを、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間で剥離して除去することにより、個人情報印字欄には透明フイルム層13が貼付けられた状態となり、個人情報印字欄の印字内容を透明フイルム層13を通して視認できるようにしたものである。

しかしながら、上記前者の構成の隠蔽ラベルでは、その積層構成が粘着剤層12及び粘着剤層22の２層の粘着剤層と離型紙層11及び離型紙層21の２層の離型紙層を備えた合計７層からなる積層構成であり、材料費が高価である上に製造工程が複雑であつて、隠蔽ラベルの値段が高価であり、上記前者の隠蔽ラベルを備えた隠蔽ラベル付葉書がコスト高になるという欠点があつた。また、上記後者の隠蔽ラベルでは、葉書に別体として添付するので紛失する等の欠点があつた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記欠点を改良して、隠蔽ラベルの積層構成を減らした低価格で且つ葉書に貼付けて使用できる構成の隠蔽ラベルを提供することであり、該隠蔽ラベルを取付けた構成の隠蔽ラベル付葉書とすることにより、隠蔽ラベルの紛失を防止できると共に低価格の隠蔽ラベル付葉書を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
離型紙層11上に、表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とが積層されてなり、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層された積層体が所定の大きさに形成された隠蔽ラベルにおいて、該隠蔽ラベルの表面側には、輪郭ハーフカツト３より内側の位置に、ラベル基材層15から離型紙層11に達する表面ハーフカツト４が設けられ、該隠蔽ラベルの裏面側には、隠蔽ラベル輪郭ハーフカツト３と表面ハーフカツト４との間に離型紙層11から透明フイルム層13に達する裏面ハーフカツト５が設けられていることを特徴とする隠蔽ラベルである。

隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａと葉書紙片Ｂとが切目線８を介して設けられており、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａには、表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とが、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層され該粘着剤層12面に周辺部にて該粘着剤層12が露出するように中央部にのみ離型紙層11が積層された構成の隠蔽ラベル２が貼着され、葉書紙片Ｂの裏面には隠蔽を必要とする個人情報印字欄が設けられていることを特徴とする隠蔽ラベル付葉書である。

往信葉書紙片Ｄと控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆとが折目線10と切目線８を介して連接され、往信葉書紙片Ｄの裏面には、表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とが、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層され該粘着剤層12面に周辺部にて該粘着剤層12が露出するように中央部にのみ離型紙層11が積層された構成の隠蔽ラベル２が貼着され、控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆの裏面全面に粘着剤層16が設けられるとともに、返信葉書紙片Ｆの裏面には個人情報印字欄７が設けられてなり、控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆを切目線８にて折り曲げ、個人情報印字欄７が内面となるように重ね合わせて粘着剤層16にて剥離可能に接着した構成からなることを特徴とする往復用隠蔽ラベル付葉書（隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書）である。

往信葉書紙片D'と返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'とが折目線10と切目線８を介して連接され、往信葉書紙片D'の裏面には、表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とが、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層され該粘着剤層12面に周辺部にて該粘着剤層12が露出するように中央部にのみ離型紙層11が積層された構成の隠蔽ラベル２が貼着され、控紙片E'と返信葉書紙片F'の表面全面に粘着剤層16が設けられるとともに、返信葉書紙片F'の表面には個人情報印字欄７が設けられてなり、控紙片E'と返信葉書紙片F'を切目線８にて折り曲げ、個人情報印字欄７が内面となるように重ね合わせて粘着剤層16にて剥離可能に接着した構成からなることを特徴とする往復用隠蔽ラベル付葉書（隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書）である。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル２は、図１（イ）に示すように、隠蔽ラベル連続体１からなり、個々の隠蔽ラベル２の積層構成は、図１（ロ）に示すように、離型紙11上に表面から順にラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とを、ポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層された積層体が、輪郭ハーフカツト３により一定寸法にカツトされて設けられてなり、上記積層体の表面側の輪郭ハーフカツト３の内側に位置して、ラベル基材層15から離型紙11に達する表面ハーフカツト４が、また、裏面側の輪郭ハーフカツト３と表面ハーフカツト４との間の領域に、離型紙11から透明フイルム層13に達する裏面ハーフカツト５が設けられた構成になつている。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル２を被貼着面に貼付ける際には、離型紙11面から隠蔽ラベル２を剥がし取ると、図２に示すように、ラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12とからなる積層体の粘着剤層12面の中央部に、周辺部にて粘着剤層12が露出するように裏面ハーフカツト５により形成された離型紙11が付着した構成からなる隠蔽ラベル２が得られる。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル２を被貼着材９に貼付けると、図３に示すように、隠蔽ラベル２の粘着剤層12面の中央部に積層されている離型紙11の周辺部に露出した粘着剤層12により被貼着材９の表面に接着固定される。隠蔽ラベル２の粘着剤層12面の中央部に離型紙11が積層されたままで被貼着材９の表面に貼付けられているので、表面ハーフカツト４から剥離すると隠蔽ラベル本体６が得られる。該隠蔽ラベル本体６を隠蔽を必要とする箇所に貼付けると他人に見られたくない箇所を被覆隠蔽することができる。

隠蔽ラベル本体６が箇所に貼付けられた部分の内容を見るときには、隠蔽ラベル本体６の端縁部を指でさばいてポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間で剥離して除去すると、隠蔽を要する箇所には透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12からなる透明粘着シートが貼付けられた状態となり、隠蔽されていた印字部が目視可能となり読みとることができる。

隠蔽ラベル２を構成するラベル基材層15は、紙や合成紙の単体、紙や合成紙にアルミ箔を積層したもの、紙や合成紙に隠蔽インキ層を設けたもの等隠蔽性の優れた基材が使用されるが、紙や合成紙にアルミ箔を積層した構成のものが最も適している。透明フイルム層13としては、強度のある透明フイルムであれば使用可能であるが、一般的には２軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフイルムが使用される。

透明フイルム層13とポリエチレン層14とを剥離可能に接着積層するには、ラベル基材層15面にアンカーコートを施してから、アンカーコートが施されたラベル基材層15面と透明フイルム層13面とを押出ポリエチレンにより形成されるポリエチレン層14にて積層すると、アンカーコートが施されたラベル基材層15面とポリエチレン層14とは良く接着するが、透明フイルム層13面とポリエチレン層14とは強く接着せず、剥離可能な強度で積層される。

隠蔽ラベル２を製造するには、ラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13と粘着剤層12と離型紙11とを、上記のようにしてポリエチレン層14と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層したのち、上記積層体の表面のラベル基材層15から離型紙11面に達する、隠蔽ラベル２の寸法に設定された輪郭ハーフカツト３及び輪郭ハーフカツト３内部で所定寸法に設定された表面ハーフカツト４を設け、上記積層体の裏面の離型紙11面から透明フイルム層13に達する裏面ハーフカツト５を輪郭ハーフカツト３と表面ハーフカツト４の間にくるように設け、離型紙11面から輪郭ハーフカツト３により形成された隠蔽ラベル部以外を剥離除去することにより隠蔽ラベル連続体１が得られる。

隠蔽ラベル連続体１を使用して被貼着材９に隠蔽ラベル２を貼付けるには、隠蔽ラベル連続体１の離型紙11を鋭角に折り曲げることにより、隠蔽ラベル２が離型紙11から図２に示す状態で剥離してくるので容易に貼付けることができる。離型紙11は裏面ハーフカツト５による開口ができた状態で残る。一般の粘着ラベルと同様に自動ラベル貼り機により隠蔽ラベル２を被貼着材９に貼付けられる。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付葉書の第１実施例は、図４に示すように、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａと葉書紙片Ｂとが切目線８を介して連接されてなり、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａには図２に示す構成の隠蔽ラベル２が貼付けられている。葉書紙片Ｂは返信用葉書として使用されるものであつて、裏面には個人情報印字欄７が設けられそこに他人に見られたくない個人情報が印字されている。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付葉書の第２実施例は、図５に示すように、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａと葉書紙片Ｂと情報表示紙片Ｃが切目線８を介して連接されてなり、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａには図２に示す構成の隠蔽ラベル２が貼付けられている。葉書紙片Ｂは返信用葉書として使用されるものであつて、裏面には個人情報印字欄７が設けられそこに他人に見られたくない個人情報が印字されている。情報表示紙片Ｃには連絡事項等が表示され、裏面には個人情報控え欄が設けられており、控え欄には個人情報印字欄７に印字されているのと同内容の個人情報が印字されている。上記隠蔽ラベル付葉書を個人宛に送付する場合は、個人情報が他人に見られないように封書にて送付される。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書の第１実施例は図７（イ）、（ロ）に示すように、控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆが切目線８にて折り曲げ、個人情報印字欄７と個人情報控え欄とを挟み込むようにして、粘着剤層16により剥離可能に接着された返信葉書紙片Ｆと控紙片Ｅの上に、裏面に隠蔽ラベル２が貼着された往信葉書紙片Ｄが折りたたまれた構成からなる往復葉書として使用できる隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書である。

第１実施例における隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書を展開した状態の表面、裏面は、図８（イ）、（ロ）に示すように、往信葉書紙片Ｄと控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆがそれぞれ折目線10及び切目線８を介して連接されている。往信葉書紙片Ｄの表面には葉書として使用できるように必要事項が印刷され、裏面の上部には案内文が記載されるとともに下部には隠蔽ラベル２が貼着されており、控紙片Ｅの表面は連絡事項等を印刷するスペースであり、裏面には個人情報控え欄が設けられており、返信葉書紙片Ｆの表面には葉書として使用できるように必要事項が印刷され、裏面には個人情報印字欄７が設けられている。図８（ハ）に示すように、少なくとも控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆとの裏面全面には、それらの面同士を合わせて加圧することにより接着しその接着部が容易に剥離できる粘着剤層16が設けられている。粘着剤層16は往信葉書紙片Ｄと控紙片Ｅと返信葉書紙片Ｆの裏面全面に設けるようにしてもよい。その場合には隠蔽ラベル２を粘着剤層16面に貼着することになる。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書の第２実施例は図９（イ）、（ロ）に示すように、返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'が切目線８にて折り曲げ、個人情報印字欄７と個人情報控え欄とを挟み込むようにして、粘着剤層16により剥離可能に接着された返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'の上に、裏面に隠蔽ラベル２が貼着された往信葉書紙片D'が折りたたまれた構成からなる往復葉書として使用できる隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書である。

展開した平面図は図10（イ）、（ロ）に示すように、往信葉書紙片D'と返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'がそれぞれ折目線10及び切目線８を介して連接されてなり、往信葉書紙片D'の表面には葉書として使用できるように必要事項が印刷され、裏面の上部には案内文が記載されるとともに下部には隠蔽ラベル２が貼着されており、返信葉書紙片F'の表面には個人情報が印字された個人情報印字欄７が設けられており、裏面には葉書として使用できるように必要事項が印刷されており、控紙片E'の表面には個人情報控え欄が設けられており、裏面は連絡事項等を印刷するスペースが設けられている。図10（ハ）に示すように、少なくとも返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'との表面全面には、それらの面同士を合わせて加圧することにより接着しその接着部が容易に剥離できる粘着剤層16が設けられている。粘着剤層16は往信葉書紙片D'と返信葉書紙片F'と控紙片E'の表面全面に設けるようにしてもよい。その場合には隠蔽ラベル２は粘着剤層16面に貼着することになる。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付葉書または往復葉書を製造するには、葉書の場合には加工していない連続用紙を使用して、また往復葉書の場合には全面ないしは所定箇所に粘着剤層16を設けた連続用紙を使用して、可変データからなる個人情報以外の固定情報を印刷機による印刷にて設け、ミシン目等の加工を行い隠蔽ラベル付葉書用または往復葉書用の連続帳票を作製する。隠蔽ラベル付葉書用または往復葉書用の連続帳票の状態で、個人情報印字欄７及び個人情報控え欄に売掛金残高等の個人情報を、又往信葉書紙片D,D'の表面に葉書送付先の宛て名をプリンターにて印字する。個人情報を印字した隠蔽ラベル付葉書用または往復葉書用の連続帳票の所定位置に隠蔽ラベル２を貼着した後に、隠蔽ラベル付葉書の場合は個々の帳票を切り離して隠蔽ラベル付葉書が完成し、隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書の場合には、個人情報印字欄７及び個人情報控え欄を隠蔽するように折り曲げて圧着し粘着剤層16により剥離可能に接着させた後に個々の帳票に切り離して隠蔽ラベル付葉書が完成する。完成した隠蔽ラベル付葉書は封書にて個人宛に郵送する必要があるが、隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書はそのまま郵送できる。

例えば、本発明の隠蔽ラベル付葉書をデパート等における残高確認票として使用する場合には、個人情報印字欄７に各お得意様宛の残高が印字され、封書にて個人宛に送付される。上記残高確認票を送付された受取人は残高を確認した後、隠蔽ラベル貼付紙片Ａに貼付けられている隠蔽ラベル２の表面ハーフカツト４から隠蔽ラベル本体６を剥離し、個人情報印字欄７を覆うように貼付けて印字部を隠蔽して葉書を返信する。残高が印字された控えが受取人の手元に残るようになつている。

本発明の隠蔽ラベル付往復葉書をデパート等における残高確認票として使用する場合には、個人情報印字欄７及び個人情報控え欄に各お得意様宛の残高が印字されて、上記のように往信葉書紙片Ｄ，D'と控紙片Ｅ，E'と返信葉書紙片Ｆ，F'とを折りたたんだ往復葉書の状態で発送する。上記残高確認票を送付された受取人は返信葉書紙片Ｆ，F'と控紙片Ｅ，E'との接着部を剥離して返信葉書紙片Ｆ，F'を切り離し、個人情報印字欄７に印字された残高を確認して捺印した後、往信葉書紙片Ｄ，D'の裏面に貼着されている隠蔽ラベル２の表面ハーフカツト４から隠蔽ラベル本体６を剥離し、個人情報印字欄７を覆うように貼付けて印字部を隠蔽し返信葉書紙片Ｆ，F'を返信する。残高が印字された控紙片Ｅ，E'が受取人の手元に残るようになつている。

個人情報印字欄７を覆うように隠蔽ラベル本体６が貼付けられ残高印字部が隠蔽された状態で返信されてきた葉書の残高が印字された個人情報印字欄７をデパートにおいて確認する際には、隠蔽ラベル本体６の端縁部を指でさばいて、透明フイルム層13とポリエチレン層14間で剥離して、隠蔽性のラベル基材層15とポリエチレン層14の積層体を除去することにより、残高が印字された個人情報印字欄７には透明フイルム層13が粘着剤層12にて貼付けられた状態となるので、目視により印字内容を確認できる。

【発明の効果】
表面から順にラベル基材層とポリエチレン層と透明フイルム層と粘着剤層とをポリエチレン層と透明フイルム層13間が剥離可能に積層した積層体からなり、該積層体の粘着剤層面に周辺部にて粘着剤層が露出するように中央部にのみ離型紙層が積層された構成からなる５層構成の隠蔽ラベルとすることによつて、隠蔽ラベルを低価格で製造することが可能である。上記構成の隠蔽ラベルを使用することにより、隠蔽ラベル付葉書、隠蔽ラベル付申込書等を従来よりも低価格で製造することが可能である。
