【従来の技術】
従来の技術としては例えば実開平６−１４１号公報がある。この公報には遊技盤がセットされる収容保持枠の下部にアウト球通出溝を形成し、セット板の下部にアウト球排出通路に連通されたセ−フ球集合排出領域を形成し、セ−フ球集合排出領域の一部およびアウト球通出溝を隔壁部材によって閉覆したパチンコ機の遊技球通路が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はパチンコ機において、遊技盤の裏面から転落したセ−フ球、および、遊技者に払い出される賞品球をその相互干渉を避けて円滑に処理することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１の発明に係るパチンコ機は、後枠部と、その後枠部の前側にヒンジによって結合された前枠部と、その前枠部に固定されたベ−ス枠と、そのベ−ス枠に取外し可能に結合された裏枠を備え、
前記ベ−ス枠と、前記裏枠との間に挟み込まれた状態で設置された遊技盤の裏側には遊技盤を通り抜けて遊技盤の裏面を伝って転落するセ−フ球を誘導するセ−フ球誘導流路が形成され、前記裏枠には、遊技者に払い出される賞品球を誘導する賞品球払出流路が形成されたパチンコ機であって、
前記裏枠には前記セ−フ球誘導流路から転落したセ−フ球を集めて誘導するセ−フ球集合通路が形成され、
前記セ−フ球集合通路の後側の通路壁をなす前記裏枠の後壁板の裏面には、裏カバー板が取り外し可能に取り付けられ、
前記裏カバー板には、前記裏枠の後壁板を分離面とし、かつ前記賞品球払出流路から送り出された賞品球を受入れて誘導する賞品球誘導通路と、球抜き時に賞品球を誘導する球抜き通路と、がそれぞれ形成される一方、

前記遊技盤の下部には、その遊技盤面に打ち出されて落下した球が流入するアウト口が形成されるとともに、同遊技盤の下部の裏面には、前記アウト口に流入したアウト球を、前記ベース枠の遊技球排出通路へ誘導するアウト球誘導溝が凹設され、
前記賞品球払出流路から送り出された賞品球は、前記裏カバー板の賞品球誘導通路を通過した後、前記ベース枠の賞品球排出通路に導かれて下皿に流れ、

【作用】
請求項１の発明に係るパチンコ機では、賞品球払出流路から送り出された賞品球は、裏カバー板の賞品球誘導通路を通過した後、ベース枠の賞品球排出通路に導かれて下皿に流れる。
また、遊技盤を通り抜けて遊技盤の裏面を伝って転落するセ−フ球は、セ−フ球誘導流路を通って裏枠のセ−フ球集合通路に集められた後、ベース枠の遊技球排出通路に導かれて機外に排出される。
遊技盤の下部のアウト口に流入したアウト球は、遊技盤の下部裏面のアウト球誘導溝を通過した後、裏枠内部を通ることなく、ベース枠の遊技球排出通路に導かれて機外に排出される。
また、球抜き時において、賞品球は、裏カバー板の球抜き通路を通過した後、ベース枠の遊技球排出通路に導かれて機外に排出される。

【発明の効果】
この発明に係るパチンコ機によれば、裏枠に形成されたセ−フ球集合通路の後壁板を分離面として賞品球誘導通路を形成する裏カバー板を取り外し可能に取り付けることによって、遊技盤の裏側から転落したセ−フ球と、賞品球とを、前後方向に分離させて相互干渉を無くした状態で的確かつ円滑に処理することができる。
しかも、賞品球誘導通路で球詰まり等の異常が発生したときには、裏カバ−板を取外すことによってその異常を簡単に修復することができる。
また、裏カバ−板に球抜き通路が形成されるため、裏カバ−板の球抜き通路で球詰まり等の異常が発生したときには、裏カバ−板を取外すことによってその異常を簡単に修復することができる。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の１実施例を図面にしたがって説明する。
図３において、パチンコ機の木枠１は定位置に立設される角筒状の後枠部１ａと、この後枠部１ａにヒンジによって前方へ回動可能に結合されて後枠部１ａの前側に設置された方形枠状の前枠部１ｂとによって形成されている。

図１において、木枠１の前枠部１ｂの前面に取付けられた窓枠３にはガラスが枠内に嵌め込まれた金枠４と、上皿口６ａを有する上皿６が前面に取付けられた前板５とが上下に隣接してそれぞれ前方への回動可能に結合されている。前板５の裏面には上皿６内の遊技球を球発射起点へ１個づつ送り出す球送り機構が取付けられている。

木枠１の前枠部１ｂの前面の下端部には下皿口７ａを有する下皿７が取付けられるとともに、前枠部１ｂの下端部には発射ハンドル８が回動可能に軸支されている。

賞品球集合樋２６の片側にはこの賞品球集合樋２６の一方の側壁部２６ａの下端縁付近に連接されてその側方へ横出された底壁部２８ａと、この底壁部２８ａの外端縁に連接されてアウト球誘導樋２４の先端部にそれぞれ連接された１対の垂直な側壁部２８ｂとを有し、セット板１０の裏面に連接された樋収納部２８が形成され、底壁部２８ａの上面には上面が後下り状に傾斜した複数個の突条２８ｃが並行状に凸設されている。

このセ−フ球集合通路６３はスピ−カ−１７を避けて形成されているので、セ−フ球集合通路６３を通行するセ−フ球がスピ−カ−１７の磁力の影響を受けてセ−フ球集合通路６３でのセ−フ球の円滑な流れが妨げられたり、セ−フ球集合通路６３で球詰まりが発生する不具合を回避することができる。

前後壁板５８，５９間の下端部で賞品球払い出しユニット４５側の端部付近には基端部がセ−フ球検出口５６の前側に配設されて先端部が前記遊技球集合樋２９の上方に配設され、内方へ先下り状に傾斜した状態で前後壁板５８，５９にそれぞれ連接された第４の樋板６５と、この第４の樋板６５の下方に設置されて前後壁板５８，５９にそれぞれ連接された第５の樋板６６とが形成され、第４の樋板６５上にはセ−フ球検出口５６内から転がり出たセ−フ球を内方へ誘導するセ−フ球誘導通路６９が形成されている。

セ−フ球検出口５６から放出されたセ−フ球は第４の樋板６５上の基端部上へ転がり落ちて第３の樋板６５上のセ−フ球誘導通路６９を通行し、第４の樋板５４の先端部上から転落して遊技球集合樋２９内へ落入し、パチンコ機外へ排出される。
