Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water aeration apparatus that increases the aquaculture capacity of water for cultivating fish and the like, and increases the treatment capacity of sewage that requires treatment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The water in the aquaculture tank where fish are cultivated is contaminated with food and feces and must be filtered accordingly. For this reason, a circulation path is attached to the aquaculture tank, and the water in the tank is drawn into the circulation path and passed through the filter medium for purification. However, another important point in the management of the water in the aquaculture tank is so-called aeration in which oxygen (air) is taken into the water. In many cases, high-pressure air is blown into water circulating through the circulation path, but this is not sufficient.
[0003]
The quality of aeration depends on how much the specific surface area of water in contact with air is increased. Therefore, even if air is simply blown, a sufficient effect cannot be achieved. In this regard, in an aquaculture pond or the like, a part of an impeller that is partially peeking on the surface of the water is rotated, and this is also the same. Furthermore, there is a method for cleaning sewage and other sewage by the predation action of microorganisms, but the result depends on how the microorganisms propagate in the water. The propagation of microorganisms is to increase dissolved oxygen, and the aeration described above is important for this.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves such a problem, and embodies an aeration apparatus capable of increasing the specific surface area of water that comes into contact with air. In the present invention, the aeration apparatus is configured as a unit, and a desired aeration capacity can be obtained by using a necessary number of units. In addition, if the aeration device is unitized, it can be manufactured at low cost.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Under the above-described problems, the present invention provides a perforated plate that is horizontally stretched in a peripheral wall having a rectangular shape in plan view, and the legs are below the peripheral wall from the lower surface of the perforated plate at the four corners of the peripheral wall. This is a water aeration device in which the aeration units projecting vertically are stacked in multiple stages , and when the aeration units are stacked, the legs of the upper aeration unit enter the peripheral wall of the lower aeration unit with a gap between the peripheral walls And an aeration device that is placed concentrically on the perforated plate of the lower aeration unit with respect to its legs .
[0006]
In the aeration apparatus of the present invention, water is first dripped from a perforated plate stretched in a peripheral wall. During this time, water is thinned to increase the specific surface area and to take in air. The amount is large. Second, since the aeration apparatus is of a unitized stacking type, a desired aeration ability can be obtained by adjusting the stage (number). If such a unit type is used, it can be manufactured at a low cost. Further, since the legs of the upper and lower aeration unit is arranged concentrically, perforated plate suffices thin.
[0007]
Furthermore, the present invention provides means in which the filter medium is mounted on the perforated plate of the aeration unit described in claim 2. This can also serve as filtration, and at this time, while the water passes through the filter medium, the layer is further thinned to increase the specific surface area, and the amount of air taken in is further increased. In addition, according to the third aspect of the present invention, the bottom plate is stretched on the bottom of the peripheral wall of the lowermost aeration unit , and the drain outlet is provided at an appropriate position on the peripheral wall. Thus, the water that has taken in the air can be discharged to the side. Therefore, when installing in an aquaculture tank etc., it also becomes possible to install outside the aquarium which does not narrow the area of the aquarium.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings for aeration filtration of water in an aquaculture tank. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an aeration unit constituting an aeration apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional front view showing a use state of the aeration apparatus according to the present invention. A perforated plate 2 is stretched horizontally in a rectangular peripheral wall 1, and an aeration unit 4 in which legs 3 protrude below the peripheral wall 1 from four corners below the perforated plate 2.
[0009]
In this case, the perforated plate 2 is stretched on the legs 3, but when this is not sufficient in strength, a stay or the like (not shown) is placed along the inner surface of the peripheral wall 1 and supported by this. May be. Moreover, the upper end of the surrounding wall 1 is made into the outwardly opened funnel shape. As will be described later, this is to receive as much water as possible from the upper aeration unit 4.
[0010]
Further, the above-described leg 3 can be inserted into the peripheral wall 1 of the lower aeration unit 4 and can be placed on the lower leg 3 in an overlapping manner. Therefore, the aeration unit 4 is sufficient to have the same shape and can be stacked, so that a desired aeration ability can be obtained. As for aeration by this aeration apparatus, a hole 5 is appropriately formed on the uppermost aeration unit 4 and a water guide pipe 7 for guiding water in the water tank 6 is installed, and water is discharged from the hole 5 of the water guide pipe 7. To do. The discharged water falls into the lower aeration unit 4.
[0011]
The water dropped into the aeration unit 4 passes through the hole 2a of the perforated plate 2 and falls into the lower aeration unit 4. The falling water at this time is linear or granular, but both are thinned to increase the specific surface area. Therefore, the aeration capacity is high and the amount of air taken in is large. By the way, at this time, if the filter medium 8 is placed on the perforated plate 2, the water is aerated and filtered even in the filter medium 8.
[0012]
The mode in which water passes through the filter medium 8 includes those that pass between the filter media 8 and those that pass through the filter media 8 themselves. Take in a lot of air. In this respect, the filter medium 8 is preferably a porous material, but may be pebbles or the like. In addition, while the water passes through the filter medium 8 in the above-described manner, in addition to this, filth, dust and the like are excluded and cleaned (filtered).
[0013]
The above operation is repeated by the number of aeration units 4 and finally reduced into the water tank 6. The reduced water takes in a desired amount of air and is sufficiently cleaned. Therefore, since the aeration capacity corresponds to the number of aeration units 4, the number may be adjusted as necessary.
[0014]
3 and 4 are cross-sectional views of an aeration unit 4 showing another example. In this example, a bottom plate 9 is stretched at the bottom of the peripheral wall 1 and a drain port 10 is formed at an appropriate position on the peripheral wall 1. is there. By carrying out like this, since the aerated water can be discharge | released to the side, this aeration apparatus can also be installed in the exterior of the water tank 6. FIG. At this time, if the leg 3 is not protruded downward from the peripheral wall 1, it can be directly installed on the edge 6 a of the water tank 6.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the aeration apparatus according to the present invention firstly drops water from the perforated plate stretched in the peripheral wall, the water is thinned during this period and the specific surface area is increased. The intake amount of is large. Secondly, since this aeration apparatus is a unitized and stacked type, by adjusting the stage (number), it is possible to obtain a desired aeration ability and to suppress the manufacturing cost.
