本発明は、冷暖房を行うヒートポンプのセパレート型空気調和機の室内送風回路の構成に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のセパレート型空気調和機の室内機は図7に示すように、居室内の壁に出ぱった形で取り付けられていた。その構成は、風上側から順番に、前面グリル4、熱交換器3、ケーシング21とスタビライザ20で囲まれた貫流送風機2、そして、上下風向き変更装置6により成っていた。モーターで貫流送風機2を回転させるにより、送風作用を生じ、前述の順番で空気が矢印で示したように貫流し、冷暖房,除湿を実施する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記の構造を有するセパレート型空気調和機の室内機は、居室の壁に出ぱった形で設置される為、居室に圧迫感を与えインテリアとの融合に限界がある。更に一方の壁に設置されるので、風向変更装置を駆使しても、居室の空調温度分布にムラが出来て、快適性の面でも問題がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するために本発明のセパレート型空気調和機の送風回路は、下方に吸い込み口を有し、円弧の部分に吹き出し口を有する4分の1円弧の扇形台状をした室内側送風回路で、前記吹き出し口に、吹き出し流を上下水平に吹き分ける、円弧状で断面が略楕円形の風向変更装置を設けたものである

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は上記した構成において、円弧状の吹き出し口に、吹き出し流を上下水平に吹き分ける、円弧状で断面が略楕円形の風向変更装置を設けることにより、この風向変更装置を上下させるだけで、吹き出し流を、下方向、上下吹き分け、水平方向にコントロールでき、居室の空調温度分布にムラが無くなり、快適性の面が向上する

以下に本発明の第1の実施例を図1,図2,図3に沿って説明する。

居室内の天井と2方の壁のコーナーに密着して取り付けられ、下方に吸い込み口を有し、円弧の部分に吹き出し口6aを有する4分の1円弧の扇形台状をした室内側空気調和機1である。遠心送風機2が回転し送風作用をしている時、下方に吸い込み口である前面グリル4から空気を吸入し、その下流に順番にエアガイダー8、スクロールケーシング5で囲まれた遠心送風機、遠心羽根車2の半径方向に円弧状の熱交換器3、円弧状の吹き出し口6aへと空気が流れ、送風作用をする。このように、居室のコーナーに設置されるので、圧迫感がなく、インテリアとの融合性がより良好である。4分の1円弧状の吹き出し口6aより、広角に吹き出すので、室内空調の温度ムラがなく、快適性がより良好である。

円弧状の吹き出し口6aに、吹き出し流を上下水平に吹き分ける、円弧状で、断面が略楕円形の風向変更装置6を設ける。これで、この風向変更装置を上下させると、吹き出し流を、図5−(a)のように、風向き変更装置6を上位置にすることで、下方向に吹き出させる事が出来る。また、図5−(b)の様に風向変更装置6を、吹き出し口6aの中間位置にすると上下吹き分けができる。また、風向変更装置6を下位置にすることで水平方向吹き出しが出来る。このようにして、吹き出し流をコントロールでき、居室の空調温度分布にムラが無くなり、快適性の面が向上する。

以上の説明から明らかなように、円弧状の吹き出し口に、吹き出し流を上下水平に吹き分ける、円弧状で断面が略楕円形の風向変更装置を設けることにより、この風向変更装置を上下させるだけで、吹き出し流を、下方向、上下吹き分け、水平方向にコントロールでき、居室の空調温度分布にムラが無くなり、快適性の面が向上する。
