【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an excavation tool suitable for excavating a shrub forest or a wasteland to cut tree roots and the like to open a land and cultivate it, or to remove anti-personnel landmines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A drilling device in which a plurality of bit mounting portions are provided on the outer peripheral portion of a cylindrical base body provided with a rotation mechanism at both ends in the horizontal axis direction, and a plurality of bits are attached to each row by a fixing method such as welding has been put into practical use. ing. This excavation apparatus excavates the ground or the like with a bit protruding from the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical base body while rotating. As the bit, a bit having a hardened and hardened blade edge or a steel blade shank with a hard blade such as a cemented carbide chip fixed by a method such as brazing has been used. Those having a cutting edge are not sufficient in cutting edge hardness, and are often worn out in a short time and cannot be used. In addition, in the case where the hard blade body is fixed to the blade edge portion, the life of the blade edge portion is prolonged, but there is a problem that the shank portion is often worn and cannot be used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional apparatus is extremely uneconomical because it is difficult to replace the bit when the bit fixed to the cylindrical base member by welding or the like is worn, and the entire apparatus becomes unusable. Therefore, a bit has been developed that can be attached to and detached from the base so that only a worn bit can be replaced. However, a large reaction force acts on the bit when it is used, and the bit mounting part is damaged. Or backlash. The present invention improves the problems in the excavator and makes it possible to replace only the worn bit when the bit is worn, and to sufficiently withstand a large load during use. Is an issue.
[0004]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following configuration. That is, the excavation tool according to the present invention includes a holder that is fixed to a cylindrical base body that is forcibly rotated, a detachable bit that is attached to the holder, and a fixture that fixes the bit and the holder. A concave portion for engagement is formed in the base portion of the bit from the end portion toward the distal end side, and the holder is provided with a plate-like portion that engages with the concave portion of the bit. In the state where the front side is shallow and the rear side is formed as a groove-like recess having a deep inclined surface as a bottom surface, the end surface of the plate-like portion of the holder is formed as an inclined surface corresponding to the inclined bottom surface of the recess of the bit. with an end face of the plate-like portion of the bottom surface of the recess and the holder of the bits are configured to contact, the engagement of the fastener with these bits and the holder is formed of a shaft body plastically deformable bush is fitted It is characterized by being fixed by inserting the parts.
[0005]
[Operation and effect of the invention]
The holder is fixed to the base of the excavator by welding or the like, and the bit is attached to the holder. The bit is attached by engaging the engaging portion of the bit and the engaging portion of the holder, and inserting a fixture through the engaging portion. Since most of the load that the bit receives during excavation is supported by the inclined surface in the engaging portion of the bit and the holder, an excessive force does not act on the bit itself. When wear of a bit progresses and it becomes unusable, the bit is removed and replaced with a new bit. Since the bit itself is a consumable item and its price is relatively low, economical excavation work can be performed by sequentially replacing and reusing the worn bit.
[0006]
Since the fixing means for fixing the bit to the holder is to insert a fixing tool made of a shaft body in which a plastically deformable bush is fitted on the outer peripheral portion into the engaging portion, it is relatively easy to attach and detach, In addition, backlash and urumi are less likely to occur due to the action of the bush. A bolt or a split pin can be used as the shaft of the fixture. Moreover, since it is a corner | angular part near the blade edge | tip part of the front side of a bit that is especially easy to wear during excavation, it is preferable to form a hardfacing layer in this part.
