Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cardboard support for rotatably holding a wrap film roll formed by winding a long wrap film around a cylindrical core, and a storage box for a wrap film roll using the same. About.
In the present specification, the cardboard refers to all sheet-like materials used for this type of box, such as various synthetic papers other than cardboard.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Since a wrap film roll in which a wrap film of about 20 m to 30 m is wound around a core is lightweight, when the film is pulled out in use, the roll is freely rotated in the storage box and there is no problem in the drawing operation. .
However, when it becomes a roll of a wrap film having a length of 100 m or more, the weight is bulky. Even if the roll is simply accommodated in the storage box, the roll does not rotate smoothly and cannot be used even if the film is pulled. . Therefore, such a wound body is accommodated in a storage box while holding the core so as to be rotatable by a cardboard support.
[0003]
Thus, an example of a support that has been conventionally used is formed by bending a cardboard of a developed view as shown in FIG. 6 as shown in FIG. More specifically, one cardboard is cut to form A-plane or E-plane as shown in FIG. 6, and this is folded at the boundary between each plane and assembled as shown in FIG. Insert one end of the core of the wrap film roll into the circular opening at the center of the B and C surfaces, and insert the other end of the core into the circular opening at the center of the D and E surfaces. The film roll is held so as to be rotatable (see FIG. 8). This is accommodated in a storage box, pulled out by a necessary amount while holding the end of the film, and used by cutting with a cutter provided in the box.
[0004]
However, when such a conventional support tool is pulled strongly to cut the film 21 with a cutter, the A surface is curved as shown in FIG. The E-surface bent to the inside of the surface presses both ends of the film roll and impedes rotation of the roll, and an uneven force is also applied to the cutter. There was a problem that the box was deformed.
[0005]
Further, in place of the B, C plane and D, E plane for holding the core of the wound body, there is also provided a paperboard having a thickness of 3 mm to 6 mm. There is a drawback that the resistance increases and the wound body does not rotate smoothly.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is higher in strength than conventional products, can prevent deformation of the cutter and the storage box, and can also rotate the winding body. It is to provide a smooth and easy-to-use wrap film roll support and to provide a wrap film roll storage box using the same.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above purpose is
The cardboard formed by forming the following A side or F side in the development view, that is,
The long side is longer than the width of the wrap film, is set shorter than the length of the core, the short side is a rectangular A surface set to an appropriate length to obtain a predetermined strength,
It has a circular opening that is connected to one short side of the A surface and passes through one end of the winding core in the center, and a corner portion corresponding to the axis perpendicular to the storage box and the short side length of the A surface is cut off. A substantially square B-side;
A C surface connected to the short side opposite to the short side connected to the A surface of the B surface, the shape of which is mirror-symmetrical with the B surface;
A D surface connected to the other short side of the A surface, the shape of which is mirror-symmetrical with the B surface;
An E surface that is connected to the short side opposite to the short side connected to the A surface of the D surface, and whose shape is mirror-symmetrical with the D surface;
It is connected to one long side of the A surface, the long side is set to a length substantially equal to the long side of the A surface, and the short side is a rectangular length set to an appropriate length that provides a predetermined strength. A cardboard formed by forming the F-side,
A mountain fold of approximately 90 ° along the boundary line between the A and B surfaces,
A valley fold of approximately 0 ° along the boundary line between the B surface and the C surface,
A mountain fold of about 90 ° along the boundary between the A and D planes,
A valley fold of approximately 0 ° along the boundary between the D and E planes,
This can be achieved by a wrap film roll support characterized by being formed as a mountain fold of approximately 90 ° along the boundary line between the A plane and the F plane.
In this specification, “mountain fold” and “valley fold” mean that the surface of the cardboard A facing the wrap film roll when the support is used is the cardboard inner surface, and the opposite side is the cardboard surface. The folding method in which the inner surfaces approach each other across the crease line is called “mountain folding”, and the folding method in which the outer surfaces approach each other across the crease line is called “valley folding”, and the angle is folded. It shall refer to the angle formed between the two surfaces approaching each other.
[0008]
The second object is achieved by a wrapping film storage box that accommodates such a support so that the crease at the boundary line between the A and F faces the cutter provided at the opening of the box. it can.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a developed view of a wrap film roll support according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the wrap film roll is folded, and a support is formed. FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which the support with the wrap film roll mounted thereon is housed in the storage box, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the wrap film is pulled out from the storage box and cut. FIG.
[0010]
Thus, the support 1 according to the present invention as shown in FIG. 2 cuts cardboard as shown in the developed view of FIG. 1, and then folds the paper along the boundary lines between the A and F faces. , Produced by valley folding.
Here, the A side is formed in a rectangle whose long side is set to be longer than the width of the wrap film and shorter than the length of the core, and whose short side is set to an appropriate length for obtaining a predetermined strength. The finger holes 11 and 12 are opened.
The B surface is connected to one short side of the A surface, and a circular opening 13 is formed in the center through which one end of the winding core is inserted, and corresponds to the axially perpendicular cross-sectional shape of the storage box and the short side length of the A surface. The corner 17 is formed in a substantially square shape with the cut away.
The C surface is connected to the short side opposite to the short side connected to the A surface of the B surface, the shape thereof is formed mirror-symmetrically with the B surface, and the circular opening 14 is formed at the center.
The D surface is connected to the other short side of the A surface, the shape thereof is formed mirror-symmetrically with the B surface, and a circular opening 15 is formed at the center.
The E surface is connected to the short side opposite to the short side connected to the A surface of the D surface, the shape thereof is formed mirror-symmetrically with the D surface, and the circular opening 16 is formed at the center.
The F surface is connected to one long side of the A surface, the long side is set to a length substantially equal to the long side of the A surface, and the short side is set to an appropriate length that provides a predetermined strength. It is formed into a rectangular shape.
[0011]
The cardboard cut in this way is a mountain fold of approximately 90 ° along the boundary line between the A surface and the B surface, a valley fold of approximately 0 ° along the boundary line between the B surface and the C surface, A mountain fold of approximately 90 ° along the boundary line of the D surface, a valley fold of approximately 0 ° along the boundary line of the D surface and the E surface, and a substantially 90 ° angle along the boundary line of the A surface and the F surface By making the mountain fold, the wrap film roll support 1 of the present invention as shown in FIG. 2 is assembled.
[0012]
When the wrap film roll 2 is attached to the support 1, the one end 22a of the core 22 around which the wrap film 22 is wound is inserted into the circular openings 13 and 14 on the B and C surfaces, and the other end 22b of the core 22 is inserted. Is inserted through the circular openings 15 and 16 in the D and E planes. Thereby, the wound body 2 is rotatably held by the support 1. FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which a minute gusset is provided at the folded portion of the B surface and the C surface, and the D surface and the E surface to stabilize the bottom surface.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the support 1 having the wrap film roll 2 mounted in this manner is accommodated in the storage box 3. In the illustrated embodiment, a saw blade cutter 32 is used as a film cutting cutter, and the saw blade cutter 32 is attached to a cardboard cutter mounting plate 31 without being fixed to the box 3 itself. It fits inside.
The support 1 is accommodated in the box 3 so that the crease at the boundary line between the A plane and the F plane faces the cutter 32 of the box 3.
The corner portion where the box 3 is in contact with the upper end corner of the cutter plate 31 is easily broken because the force applied to the cutter is concentrated when the film is cut, so that arc-shaped edges 33 and 34 are formed as shown in the figure. To prevent damage associated with long-term use.
[0014]
When using the wrap film, as shown in FIG. 5, the wrap film is drawn over the A surface of the support and cut into an appropriate length by the cutter 32 before use.
[0015]
The cutter may be directly attached to the edge of the box 3 without using a cutter attachment plate, and is not limited to the saw blade cutter as described above, and may be a slide cutter or other various forms.
[0016]
Thus, the support 1 according to the present invention configured as described above is different from the conventional support shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 as follows.
(1) The F surface was newly provided, and a 90 ° mountain fold was formed between the A surface and the F surface.
{Circle around (2)} Between the B surface and the C surface, the C surface is conventionally folded at 0 ° so that the C surface is on the inside. In the present invention, the C surface is on the outside by performing 0 ° valley folding. I made it. Similarly, the D surface and the E surface were also folded so that the E surface was on the outside.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
In the product of the present invention configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained compared to the conventional product.
(1) The F side is newly provided, and the A side is strengthened by forming a 90-degree mountain fold between the A side and the F side, and the A side is curved like the conventional product shown in FIG. 8 when the film is cut. Therefore, non-uniform force does not act on the cutter 32 and the box 3, and deformation, breakage, etc. are prevented.
(2) Since the C surface and the E surface are on the outside, the C surface and the E surface do not press the end surface of the wrap film 21 of the wound body 2 by the force applied to the support when the film is cut. Smooth rotation of the body 2 is ensured.
(3) When the film is cut, the film adheres to the surface of the A surface that is kept flat without being bent, and the cutting operation with the cutter is stabilized.
(4) Since both ends 22a and 22b of the core of the wound body 2 are held with a paperboard having a thickness of 3 mm to 6 mm, the contact resistance is small, so that the winding body 2 can be smoothly rotated.
(5) Since the corner 3 where the box 3 is in contact with the upper end corner of the cutter plate 31 is formed with arc-shaped edges 33 and 34, the force applied to the cutter during film cutting is dispersed, and the Damage due to use can be prevented.
In this way, when according to the present invention, the strength is higher than the conventional product, the deformation of the cutter and the storage box can be prevented, the rotation of the roll is smooth, and the wrap film roll support that is easy to use, A wrapping film storage box using this is provided.
[0018]
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes all modified embodiments that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art from the above description within the scope of the object of the present invention.
